是夜未想到晚飯的用餐處,索性直接去到尖沙咀食街 —— 厚福街 —— 才慢慢覓食。站在 H8 大樓外牆的餐廳廣告牌前,無意中看到這家燒烤店,心中暗生好奇。反正就是不想吃太多澱粉,於是毅然決定做一回白老鼠。一口氣點了十款串燒之後,店員會隨即燃起煎鍋下嘅蠟燭,這個煎鍋的作用是放上串燒以保持住溫度,以免影響口感。新疆羊肉串這是菜單中的必選推介,沒有羊羶味,非常美味,外面燒得又硬又香脆。大大大茄子一個非常大的肥茄子切開兩邊,上面鋪滿了蒜蓉、少許辣椒碎和蔥,燒得非常香,口感鮮嫩,吸入了蒜蓉同油香。金菇肥牛卷口感一般,可能牛肉燒得比較熟,口感有點硬,沒有特別出色嘅地方。豚肉韭菜花卷讓人非常失望,韭菜很老,吃起來有渣,而且豚肉非常薄非常細,基本上沒有吃到什麽肉,可以說是不合格。即開即燒生蠔在生蠔上鋪滿了蒜蓉進行燒烤,味道非常足,但是生蠔的質素一般,燒烤之後變得很細少,而且燒得過熟,口感很硬很韌,咬不開,不推薦。即開即燒大扇貝同樣是在大扇貝上鋪滿了蒜蓉進行燒烤,汁料非常美味,但燒烤之後扇貝變得非常細少,燒得過熟。新鮮魷魚鬚這個還不錯,燒得很脆,有著魷魚的香味,不會燒得過硬過韌。多春魚絕對有驚喜,燒烤之後非常好吃,外脆內軟,調味的孜然粉讓它提升了一個層次。燒大鮮冬菇失敗之作,一串裏面只有三顆,首先並不是很大顆,完全與名字不相符,而且冬菇燒得很乾很硬,咬下去又沒有汁液,非常乾,沒有冬菇的味道。一口甜薯值得推介,因為入口真的很甜,而且皮燒得很香脆,可以當作甜品來吃。竹蔗茅根,雞骨草非酒精飲品都是現成瓶裝或罐裝的,可以在便利店買到,所以不需要評價了。整體來說都是可以的,但是發覺好吃值得推介的,跟失望難吃的落差也真太大,所以選對了串燒,真是太重要了!順帶一提,這家餐廳的洗手間管理非常不善,女廁廁所門口不關門,內裏有兩個廁間,一個維修中,只能使用另一個,而坐廁非常殘舊,又沒有提供衛生紙,垃圾桶周圍散落著許多廁紙,洗手位置沒有洗手液、紙巾或吹風機。經歷了三年的疫情,這樣的衛生狀況確實令人無法接受。…Read More
