同平時三聖、西貢等等一樣,都係買完海鮮再加工,我地買左聖子、鮑魚、瀨尿蝦、大石斑、扇貝,煮法其實都差不多係standard,我地都唔例外。另外仲加左蜜糖雞翼(其實都ok,但唔算好特別,因為太肚餓,一黎就食晒,所以無影),菜只有油菜心同油生菜,兩樣都有叫,菜心好老,另外加左炒飯同伊面,仲有魚湯,但個魚湯比較淡口。總括而言,酥炸蠔好有驚喜,值得一試!…Read More

今次是第二次來邦記上一次非常有驚喜, 鮑魚超大隻, 蝴蝶蚌非常爽甜, 可惜大家太興奮忘了影低食物, 所以無法跟今次做一個徹底的對比.今次過了這麼久才想起寫好的食評一直未有submit上來, 希望不會太過時吧.一行6人, 星期五的晚上約7:30pm到達, 根據上次經驗, 上菜太快, 令大家吃得好急, 餸菜很快就涼, 味道打了折扣. 故今次特別要求上菜不用那麼急. 但不知是星期五的原故(全場爆滿), 還是我們這個特別要求, 故此等到9pm才上第一道菜....實在餓死我了. 豉油皇蝦 - 幾香口, 味好濃 一魚兩味 - 炒球炆骨, 肉質鮮嫩, 但比較多油 蒜容粉絲蒸扇貝 - 帶子夠鮮, 唔會韌, 粉絲夠入味 奄仔蟹, 我第一次食, 都幾多膏, 當然無黃油蟹勁啦..志在試下ja! 豉椒炒蟶子 - 唔見晒D殼既???感覺唔係幾新鮮, 最差這一碟. 蒸鮑魚 - 都幾大隻, 不過唔夠上次大, 唔知係咪季節問題, 雖然都大隻, 但食落一D都唔韌, 仲有少少鮮味. 楊州炒飯 - 都幾乾身, 不過唔係必食. 今次食完的感覺覺得無第一次來那麼有驚喜, 海鮮本身質素唔錯, 但烹調方法掩蓋了不少鮮味. 另外, 環境都尚算乾淨. …Read More
