呢度黎過4-5次架喇, 今次去西貢出海, 玩完順便黎醫肚!!因為玩完水上活動真係好肚餓, 我地瘋狂叫左粉絲湯煮蜆- 呢個係伙記推介, 佢話今日啲蜆好肥好大隻, 狂sale之下叫左...真係每一隻蜆都超肥美!!! 個湯仲要超鮮甜, 完全有哂蜆既精華, 真係無介紹錯呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!豉椒炒聖子- 一向好鍾意食聖子, 份量都好多, 聖子係中型size, 炒到岩岩好, 勁爽口!!! 而且個汁唔會偏甜, 岩哂我!!!!!豉油王蝦- 呢個次次黎親都必食, 啖啖肉, d殼一撕開就甩, 唔會過熟,蝦肉超新鮮彈牙, 加埋個汁黎炒真係人間極品!!!!!!!!!!!! 蒸石斑- 呢度蒸魚有一手架, 黎親一定會蒸條魚, 呢度絕對好過無數間酒樓同海鮮酒家, d肉滑到無得傾, 但條魚又唔會過生, 火喉控制既工架絕對係唔惹少!!!!!!!!!避風塘炒花蟹- 呢個又係伙記介紹, 話今日花蟹好靚, 靚就真係幾靚, 不過用避風塘煮法, 花蟹始終唔及肉蟹, 令花蟹本身既清甜味被辣蒜蓋哂...炸桶蠔- 呢個炸蠔真係超大隻, 炸得岩岩好, 入口好似食cream咁, 不過炸粉太厚, 如果薄薄地包住黎炸會更好....龍蝦米通- 伙記推介唔用伊麵用米通做底, 橫掂未試過一於試下, 可能自己太鍾意食麵既關係, 都係覺得伊麵夾d 喎!!! 但朋友都覺得係唔錯既新嘗試!!!我地仲叫左半隻雞, 同椒絲腐乳通菜.... 呢度既雞又係值得一讚, 另外呢度既豉油皇吊桶又係必食, 可惜當日吊桶唔靚, 伙記叫我地唔好叫,叫左都未必好食...哈哈, 又幾誠實喎...最後由於我地叫左太多野, 最後要打包收場…Read More
