爸媽係都要黎依間酒樓,不停話抵食,點心難食,而且環境迫夾殘舊,衛生一般,位置隔躡行到我傻,平又如何啫。燒腩仔,除了皮脆外,咸到癲,油到傻!叉燒切雞,不是白切雞嗎?勁咸雞肉,全部雞胸皮薄肉鞋。咸咸肥叉燒,肥都乾鞋硬,劣質。鮑汁雞腳,水汪汪只有豉油味,浸雞腳唔係炆雞腳,白雲鳳爪般爽口。稻香炆得更色香味,更膠黏好食。滷水鵝掌翼,翼瘦猛猛細細,肉質韌韌而幼嫩不足。掌非常爽脆,清淡滷水味道。咸水角,平庸普通,先油後脆再嚥嚥韌韌,微量肉碎添點味道。炸雲吞,室溫不是新鮮即炸,還算脆卜卜,沾上咕嚕汁酸酸甜甜,不過不失。炸魷魚鬚,點解有殻既?原來係層厚厚硬硬炸粉,我當然剝左殻先食啦!魷魚鬚爽彈彈牙,咸鮮可口,不計脆漿係好食的。雞絲春卷,食得到雞絲,蒜味強,脆卜卜滾埋酸咪咪喼汁,還可以。蒜香長春卷,餡料份量少到彷彿沒有,咬緊春卷皮。唔似蝦肉,腍劈劈似肥豬肉,食極都唔覺有蒜味。百花釀魚肚,雖然有點酒味,食得到蝦膠極不新鮮,師傅想蓋過腥味異味實在太天真喇!錦繡雞紮,終於發現有味食得過,皇殷浩盪呀!魚肚爽滑爆汁,火腿咸香彈彈,冬菇厚厚水潤滑嘟嘟,雞柳嫩嫩結實醃味甜味,讓嚥韌腐皮捲著享用,幸福滿意。北菇棉花雞,魚肚質素跟雞紮不相伯仲,綿綿滴汁魚肚,厚厚不腥不鞋。硬掘掘乾爭爭雞柳,整件塞進趙到我牙骹軟。半塊冬菇清香,厚厚滑嘟嘟。魚肚鴨腳紮,雞紮的變種嗎?魚肚、芋頭條,冬菇碎、火腿,感覺怪怪的。鴨腳沒什麼汁能釋放,所以魚肚乾乾的。鴨腳一向瘦瘦無肉食,食其爽脆滷水腳皮。琴晚宵夜重份量,排骨飯加個牛腩河再加雞紮,依家晏晝三點都未肚餓,是但食少少啦。豉汁蒸鳳爪,熱熱的加分不少,芡汁沒有凝固一舊舊,醬汁特濃帶甜,蒜味豉味惹味,損著爽皮腳趾開心愉快。豉汁蒸排骨,半肥瘦啖啖肉,香甜無肥膏。鮮竹卷腐皮,乾硬味道一般。鍋貼,居然係韮菜餡,點解唔寫明係韮菜呢?如果食唔到韮菜會浪費食物,我花掉三十年光陰才能夠克服得到,不再反胃打冷陣,而且越食越愛。雖然餡少少皮厚厚,但落味真的討人喜歡,韮菜爽甜多汁,間中食到零星肉碎。潮州粉果,油淋的果皮包著勁多蔥勁多花生,只一啖已受不了!全數歸老爸享用,媽妹都不吃的。蟹子燒賣,激咸燒賣!連咸得下既阿媽都要浸完滾水洗洗去先食到。勁多肥豬肉一咬就散,強差人意。早前質素免強還可以,現在莫講跟銅鑼灣曉廚軒相比,就算稻香都較高質。過橋米線,魚腐加腐皮加菇菌,淡茂茂。順德魚湯米線,魚湯米線?淡淡的湯底,足料有魚有菇有肉有菜,跟米線齊齊掃入口,味道還可以。乾炒豚肉河,我雙嘴脣好鬼潤啊,紙巾一抹全部油,有吸油紙就更好。我已講要全走,走芽菜走蔥,最後原封不動。賣相大方得體,顏色明亮啡色。河粉炒得完整不散碎,滑溜而結實,值得一讚。靚就靚但無味道淡茂茂,而且鑊氣欠奉。豚肉彈彈,美甜有咬口。星洲炒米,我食一定會叫全走,不過屋企想有洋蔥、蔥段、芽菜,無緊要我可以慢慢挑走交比他們處理。難得一遇的高質、足料、乾爽、味濃,拍手好味道,蛋香肉香咖哩香要添食添食!…Read More

朝早9:30 a.m.係大埔墟站集合,因為又要做義工,探訪大埔區既老會員,今次義工大約有10人,每2人一組,今次我同Julia一組,之前都未試過咁既組合架.今次負責人係阿卓,佢首先派發簽到紙同埋車馬費,之後再分發老會員d資料,之後,齊來影張大合照,再等埋阿燦車黎既物資.就開始四散啦.今次搵既地方,我同Julia都唔識,最弊既係...今次連地圖都冇,只可以靠把口...問人囉.好彩都俾我同Julia搵到,而且仲好順利,我地一共探訪了2家,2家都好好傾,傾到差唔多一點,我同第2家既會員講,我地要去食飯啦.跟住我地打番俾負責人阿卓,睇下我地要去邊度食晏,佢就叫我地去富亨邨既嘉年華飲茶.去到...又係我地最尾,點解每次做探訪,我都會最尾架.不過唔緊要,其他義工已經叫了食物,我地一去到,已經可以食啦.見到枱面有d乳鴿,我唔食既...但見到佢地食得津津有味,即係好味啦. 而我一開始就食碟炒飯,唔..d飯唔錯,但係d菜粒,點解有d苦苦地既.杏片流沙球,裡面個餡係芝蔴,好香,個個都話好味道,唔會太甜...正 其它點心都算係咁,幾好味,唔錯.…Read More
