2013年11月9日,週末,朋友忽然慶起,想去西貢食海鮮,兩人便抱著短遊的心態,由旺角出發,往西貢海傍吃個海鮮晚餐。我對西貢海鮮店的印象,其實並不太好的,價錢比市區貴,質素也不見得比離島好,但有時就是喜歡西貢的小鎮風情,所以每年都總會來一次。西貢海傍街有多間海鮮店,別以為行遠一點會便宜一點,價錢是一樣的,只是遠點的店比較少人,而且正值初秋,有點微風,坐得很舒適。今晚的客人確實不算多,店員都忙著拉客,可知生意難做。這裡的價錢真的每年遞增,明明記得去年的六道菜兩人餐大約$288,現在已是$388了,貴了30%以上,但我的薪金郤原地踏步… 唉!芝士龍蝦配伊麵底龍蝦並不大隻,但仍算多肉,味道也鮮美,芝士份量足,且也頗入味,整體水準可以。椒鹽瀨尿蝦炸得很香脆,連皮帶肉都可以咬下,而辣椒味和鹹味也恰到好處,令我吃得很滋味。豉椒炒蟶子始終認為蟶子用清蒸比較好,最能帶出鮮味,這次用豉椒來炒,是很惹味,肉質也爽滑且有彈牙感,但就豆豉味就蓋過了鮮味,或許真的沒有兩全其美吧。清蒸海上鮮(龍躉)魚用傳統的廣東方法去蒸,薑蔥是必然要的,蒸得也剛剛好,這條魚本身也算肥美,肉質也鮮嫩。海膽炒飯海膽在哪裡? 要找一會才找到,份量太少了,香味完全不夠,且海膽炒得太熟,入口有點硬,六道菜中,這味最失色。炒白菜仔西貢油菜,我們選了白菜仔,菜看來還可以的。在這裡吃海鮮,適合來一支德國啤,很有輕鬆自在感。這餐的食物很豐富,水準中等,不致於劣評如潮的,假日來西貢吃海鮮,味道是其次,最重要是抱著渡假心情,跟親友聚一聚,順便吹吹海風,還是寫意的。…Read More
