精精 咩中大宵夜飯堂,當陳根記喺禾輋越做越大,就開始差,附近花圃養滿老鼠,喺花圃食客枱邊走嚟走去.... 自己手寫落單,食蠔餅又唔被魚露,炒蜆無肉又凍又豆粉芡食鼻涕咁, 真係又貴又細碟,搬咗去石門都無再幫襯,幫襯唔落.... 沙田友都係咁話。

成日都聽人介紹陳根記,所以一直都好想試下佢個wasabi蟹子手撕雞。 終於約到朋友特登去沙田間陳根記朝聖,等位大概等左20分鐘左右,叫左wasabi手撕雞例牌+ 椒鹽鮮魷+ 豉椒炒蜆+ 甜品一口芒果蘇。老實講,可能期望太大,覺得其實個手撕雞味道好一般,唔多夾d味道,蟹子份量都好少,感覺蟹子+ wasabi+ 手撕雞 夾埋一齊,味道好似混合唔到咁,所以味道覺得一般般。椒鹽鮮魷同炒蜆都係一般水平,反而個芒果一口酥有驚喜,外脆內軟,芒果雪到好凍又夠甜。 總括而言,如果住附近都可以去試下,價錢合理,不過如果住好遠,就可以唔洗特登去試了…Read More

日前一家人打算出外吃飯,決定就在家附近的石門區搵食,忽然想起這家老字號牌檔。這家食店原設於禾輋邨內,最記得他們的炸饅頭,第一次去食時是用大饅頭,新鮮熱辣炸出來非常好食,只食過一次,後來就轉了用小饅頭。食店後來因敵不過加租而宣布結業,不過後來又聽聞由一些員工接手,於大埔以另一店名重開,之後在石門區又以原名開了一間。來到新店,新人事新作風,竟然用上Food Gulu電子取票系統,而且設限食90分鐘,店員也用了藍牙耳機聯繫,原來還可以下載程式訂位,真是與時並進。我們取票後等了大約半小時才有位。進入店內,地方在區內不算小,雖然座位很多,但亦已全店滿座。裝潢以懷舊為主,枱面也沿用牌檔形式,夾著多張膠枱布,用一張就起一張丟掉。我們點了菜後很快就送來,果然是促進流量。先上的是冷盤的醉拳($70),就是醉豬手,盤底放滿了冰,所以豬手保持冰凍,但同時亦沒有酒汁浸著豬手,幸好豬手的酒味已有相當,不過太太就覺得酒味欠了一點點。冰著的豬手大約也有十件,而且皮爽肉腍,一點都不膩,味道不錯。繼而是牌檔的熱門菜色--豉椒炒蜆($78),蜆肉肥美而沒有沙,鑊氣十足,味道亦調校得適中,也不太辣。之後是通菜炒鮮魷($75),及兩個白飯(共$22),鮮魷新鮮爽脆,雖然蝦醬是另上而不是與通菜一起炒,但亦很有鑊氣。另一個菜是西檸軟雞($75),雞件內軟外脆,脆粉不太多,啖啖雞肉,蘸著檸檬汁來食,味道帶點酸甜,是開胃的選擇。我們坐的位置就在甜品區的前面,加選甜品很方便。我們買了一客芒果一口脆($38,這個不用加一服務費),而且是限量發售的。外面的酥皮造得很鬆脆,而內面的芒果卻是雪得冰凍的,一冷一熱,相影成趣。下次再來時會用手機程式攞位。…Read More

陳根記搬家之前,有幸曾經去過沙田禾輋那邊吃過一次,覺得味道不過不失今晚第一次黎新舖,一黎到就已經勁多人o係門口等...最激氣既係黎到先知原來可以透過THE GULU攞飛..如果早知就唔洗黎到先慢慢排啦..雖然佢門口有寫住每檯限時食1.5小時,但我o地都等o左45分鐘,等到望穿秋水之後先終於可以入座啦...Wasabi手撕雞..以前舊店食過,好「攻」鼻..反而新店Wasabi味無咁重,較易入口,我覺得比較適合香港人口味,撈埋海哲一齊食好爽口川芎白芷魚雲...食面頭果舊時覺得唔多入味,但點埋下面D汁,就覺得好入味,藥材味好重椒鹽豆腐....不過不失,外脆內軟既都椒絲腐乳炒通菜...呢個反而有驚喜,夠椒絲腐乳味得黎又唔會太咸豉椒炒蜆..全晚最令人失望既餸,好淡無咩味咁椒鹽白飯魚...炸得香脆,令人不知不覺食完一條又一條沙嗲牛肉粉絲煲...好惹味,但勁細煲,而且叫既時候無留意佢係牛肉而唔係肥牛,雖然都好味,但始終都係覺得佢應該配肥牛...滷水拼盆...好味之選,入面有豆腐,鵝肉,魷魚,紅腸,豬腸,豬耳,牛展同蛋,好多款好豐富同好大碟其實都ok既呢餐晚餐,但佢搬家之後黎到石門,對9龍區既居民黎說真的有點太遠了,唔係咁岩朋友揸車,應該唔會過黎食..朋友仲要一晚幾次去移車,因為警車不斷係附近行黎行去疑似抄牌…Read More
