剛好好友生日,大家一班人到這間好有霸氣的彪哥為好友慶生。一行12人點了九菜兩湯。先來兩湯,分別是大白菜燉豬肺湯和竹笙響螺燉雞腳湯。呢個燉湯算幾甜,另一個竹笙響螺燉雞腳湯都可以,不過飲唔到有響螺味,成個湯就有少少藥材味!蜆的size有份咁大隻,炒得幾辣,不喜歡太重豉椒呢個唔錯。童年白切雞,肉質滑,不過雞味就不足。椒鹽鮮魷,香口,鮮魷不會太韌,好食!香港炒飯,不知道是否今天對炒飯沒有好感,個人感覺味道不太夠,雖然有薑味,不過我覺得味道有點淡,和不夠火喉。蠔大大隻,配埋汁味道不俗。賣相幾好,豆腐入口都滑,中間的菜料少少辣,淡加辣的口感不錯。家鄉煎藕餅,可以一試。另外,還叫了生炒骨,ok。魚香茄子煲,魚香唔算好多,茄子就夠淋,ok。整體來說都算不錯,海鮮類好味,不過有些食物火喉不太足夠,味道較淡。另外份量不會太多,食完份量剛剛好,每人135價錢適中,一定要多人分享才抵食。…Read More
