和親戚在東涌逛完Outlet後,親戚提議來大頭蝦南風海鮮酒家食晚飯。酒家位處黃泥屋村,雖是村屋,但都方便易達,毗鄰逸東邨及北大嶼山醫院,搭5分鐘巴士車程或由東涌站步行20分鐘可達。酒家有室內及室外座位,室外座位有帳篷瓦遮頭,滿有風味,坐室外的食客比坐室內的多。酒家除了供應小菜,也有烤魚及雞煲,選擇充足。我們不太餓,所以就選小菜。惟等候上菜的時間頗長,落單後等了有30分鐘才上菜,鄰桌也有食客追問職員是否漏單。獲回覆是一桌一桌的單輪住煮,果不期然,上了第一道菜後,其他菜式都緊接送上。椒鹽雞軟骨,雞軟骨炸得乾身脆口又不油膩,椒鹽味調得恰好,微微鹹香又有點微辣,好惹味!粉絲雜菜煲,雜菜煲加入蝦乾及魷魚去烹煮,湯底味道鮮甜。粉絲份量十足,爽滑又吸湯!南風小炒王,配料有韭菜花、帶子、魷魚、蝦仁及腰果,韭菜花鮮嫩爽脆不起渣,炒得夠鑊氣,送飯食一流!蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒,牛柳粒份量好足!牛柳口感軟嫩得來又有咬口,有黑椒汁的香氣之餘,帶蜜糖淡淡微甜,醬汁惹味又不會嗆口。薑蔥魚雲煲,魚雲表層沾上粉後先走油,令魚雲微脆又不會煮得鬆散。用大量薑葱爆炒,魚雲味道鮮味且嫩滑。豉椒炒蜆,味道惹味,雖然蜆肉飽滿不瘦削,惟蜆的份量不多。整體菜式美味又抵食,只是等候上菜的時間長,要有些耐性才可!…Read More

大滿足鑊氣十足小炒酒家🤭.放工後坐朋友車嚟食嘢🙆🏻‍♀️地點近馬路但有少少穩閉。門面非常靚。東涌的大排檔,意外地室內位置舒服有冷氣嘆,仲有卡位坐🤭.今日特別肚餓,第一道菜上枱時我哋已經好興奮,非常肥美又厚肉脆皮的南風燒鴨。南風燒鴨 - 例牌$108望到燒鴨皮的光澤已經垂涎三尺。燒鴨的肥瘦剛好,唔會一大層膏係皮下。脆皮燒鴨連皮食,厚厚的肉不會太實和韌,晚餐加餸買番屋企一啲都唔失禮。店內設有燒味部非常專業。燒鴨配合酸甜醬,解膩之餘讓燒鴨食落層次更豐富。開胃的酸甜醬>脆皮帶少許油脂香脆的外皮>有燒烤風味的鮮甜嫩鴨肉如果家住附近,😂我應該會經常嚟買燒味回家。.坐低食完第一道菜式,大家都想點飲品,🎶可樂Cola  Zero配上小炒風味一流。第二道菜式色香味都同樣吸引。豉椒炒蜆 - $78香味傳千里,🤭豉汁一向係我頭幾位鐘意嘅醬汁,煮咩都好好食,濃郁嘅豉汁,不太油膩,食完又唔會極度口渴。特別值得一讚海鮮蜆處理得好好,真係無食到沙。鮮甜之餘吸哂其他爆炒過的疏菜嘅味道。洋蔥不太淋但用油爆炒得非常香口,青椒同紅椒都爆炒得好香,特別喜歡配料中有雞髀菇,菇軟軟的又爽口,配合埋豉汁撈飯撈麵不二之選。.第三道菜式川椒豆椒雞煲,一上枱就香噴噴!類近豆豉汁嘅香味,但食落多咗少少辣味,令雞肉更滋味。川椒豆椒雞煲 -  $88雞肉香而不太辣,肉質鮮嫩可口。香滑嘅雞肉因為打咗芡汁,完全鎖住了雞肉的甜味,配菜方面青椒,洋蔥同樣爆炒得好香,仲有我特別愛好的雞髀菇。以一向譚仔10小辣都食唔多到嘅我,都接受到依個辣度。雞肉厚身而一啲都唔韌,烹煮時間要處理得剛剛好,唔太生唔太熟先保留到最好嘅肉質。雞肉份量都幾多,好滿足。.店內嘅小炒菜式真係非常出色,👍🏻全部都夠哂鑊氣。.第四道菜式豉汁惹味烤魚 豉汁惹味烤魚 - $188特地有爐加溫,一大座的魚上枱😂,氣勢十足。店員有指示將湯汁淋上魚身等魚肉慢慢熟🤭。魚肉滑溜,相對地依個豉汁無之前的小炒濃味,但湯頭飲落濃淡度剛好,有魚嘅鮮甜味,同時有醬汁嘅喊味同層次。.魚身多肉小骨,見住朋友一邊淋醬汁多了一種視覺享受,好期待品嘗當中魚肉😂。.湯煲滾一陣水蒸發了少少,醬汁會更濃味。.不能話清淡,但相比起小炒係第二種豉汁風味,同樣惹味。.第五道菜式面醬肉碎唐生菜作為生菜愛好者,見到依個菜煲超級興奮,天氣涼涼地熱鍋,上菜嘅菜煲特別能keep住溫度,加上面醬同肉碎炒得超香。菜身嘅色澤都好吸引。.面醬肉碎唐生菜 -$78小小甜味嘅中式面醬,平時比較少食,肉碎粒有肥有瘦,生菜中食到肉嘅甜味。生菜口感都剛好,吸滿醬汁嘅菜不太油膩爽脆清甜。.最後一道菜香煎墨魚餅香煎墨魚餅 -$98非常考功夫嘅菜式,爽口的墨魚肉,軟軟的肉包裹在金黃鬆脆的外皮中。煎香過的外皮,配上酸甜醬,口感及味道都多重層次。炸過後在底層的米粉都好好食,魚餅都炸得好夠乾身,碟低唔會佈滿油。真係好好食。.因為大家食得好盡興,食飯氣氛環境都好好,所以我哋發揮甜品第二個胃嘅特異功能,明明已經好飽,仲特地點咗1人1個甜品。…Read More
