我們一家似是跟龍蝦有段宿世情仇,家母酷愛吃龍蝦,尤其上湯龍蝦伊麵,百吃不厭。早前有親戚在這間酒樓設婚宴,今晚就來嚐嚐龍蝦的滋味裝潢充滿粉嫩嫩的鮮花色彩,還有用絲花砌成的玫瑰花拱門,浪漫優雅。一看Menu, 龍蝦、雞、蒸魚、菜,這份套餐完全滿足了媽媽的N個心願那就不用多想啦!每檯規定一碟前菜-涼拌雲耳,雲耳爽脆,拌少許菜甫,帶點辣味,很開胃主菜-上湯焗波士頓龍蝦伊麵,一整隻波士頓龍蝦不算很大,但肉結實,味道不錯,伊麵底尚算彈牙期間侍應生也很勤快換碟,不怕吃到滿碟龍蝦殻豉油皇雞做得皮滑肉嫩,豉油香濃卻不會太咸沙巴海斑仔雖然未算很嫩滑,但咸淡適中,不「鞋」,不過不失吧!而這味紅燒鮑蔘肚翅材料頗足,有瑤柱、菇絲、鮑魚絲和少量魚翅,不像平常吃的酒席般黏稠,粉明顯較少不錯大魚大肉過後,終於來一碟蔬菜類,西蘭花翠綠爽脆,帶子、珊瑚蚌、燈籠椒也不會Overcook再來一碟濃湯浸鮮蔬,白菜仔浸泡在米白色濃湯內,有淡淡金華火腿和蒜味。最後以一件清甜冰涼的桂花糕作結—有淡淡桂花香,內有水果增加糕點口感,用叉子取不會散又不會太硬*註:四人套餐另收茶芥和一碟前菜加一…Read More

行開觀塘APM,這裏附近真係有好多好野食,隔離鱷魚恤大厦,成幢大厦就有好幾層食肆任君選擇。今晚想食酒樓廣東餸菜,就决定這間玉桂軒酒家。時間尚早,只不過下午18:30,座位好多選擇。侍應就比張6人檯我们4人坐,相當鬆動,加上檯與檯之間距離較大,完全沒有擠迫感,坐得特别享受。翻過餐牌看,發現最低都是這個冬瓜盅龍蝦餐,4人份量都是$788元。當中有海皇冬瓜盅、 上湯焗波士頓龍蝦(一隻,伊麵底) 、西蘭花帶子珊瑚蚌 、清蒸沙巴海班仔、濃湯浸時蔬、鼓油皇雞半隻和精美糕點,有湯有菜又有海鮮咁多野食,認真超值!不用多想,我們剛剛4人,就點這套餐。上菜前的小食冬瓜盅龍蝦餐份量足夠每人飲2碗,足料火喉夠,當中的蝦肉更新鮮嫩滑,食落蝦肉有彈性,超爽。而湯沒有多餘味精,味道不鹹不淡, 很清甜。上湯焗波士頓龍蝦更好食,原隻斬件落啖啖龍蝦肉,肉質非常鮮味,肉身食落口感更彈牙,食完咀郁郁,超滿足。而伊麵底我認為更值一讚,麵身超彈牙,加上索哂上湯龍蝦味而不杰身,食落沒有太黏感覺,味道、口感都好滿足。清蒸沙巴海班仔更值一提,蒸魚時間剛剛好,沒有蒸過籠,魚好滑身,加上鮮味鼓油配搭,食到停唔到口。在家裏點蒸都蒸不出這種口感,實在超滑,一點黐牙感覺也没有。 肉質鮮甜爽滑,回味無窮!而鼓油皇雞好入味,没有雪藏味,而雞肉好嫩滑,味道香濃,口感細嫩滿足,好正。而其它的如西蘭花帶子珊瑚蚌和濃湯浸時蔬,菜夠清甜,加上湯底夠濃夠惹味,清鮮健康不致食得太肥膩感覺。最多精美糕點是贵花糕,凍凍地食又不太甜,略帶清香的贵花味,令這餐食完大滿足!…Read More
