經過呢間Lúa好幾次,門口嘅裝潢真係好靚,有漫天燈籠,仲可以選擇室外嘅位置,呢個天氣真係啱晒。今日咁啱去咗銅鑼灣SOGO買嘢,所以就順道到訪一下。室內設計亦都不俗,掛著充滿越南風情嘅吊燈,就係要話俾你知佢哋呢度係出品正宗越南菜。越南小食好多都好吸引,所以我哋就二話不說揀咗呢個乜都有齊嘅街頭小食滋味拼盤,款款都可以試吓。越南小食又點少得雞翼,不過呢度唔係牛油雞翼,而係沾上秘製柑桔汁雞翼,雞翼帶有柑桔嘅清香,感覺冇咁油膩。另外就有自家製甘蔗蝦及甘蔗豬串各兩件,相比起甘蔗蝦,甘蔗豬串味道更加出色,甚有驚喜。豬肉春卷餡料細膩,除咗有豬肉,仲配有唔同嘅蔬菜蓉,外皮又夠脆口,味道比較突出。另外仲有一群迷你春卷,其實同大春卷味道相若,不過每啖一小口嘅感覺,佐酒真係一流。另外我哋仲揀咗自家製純魚扎肉三味漢堡,原來佢並非漢堡,而係有三件巨型魚塊疊成嘅魚肉漢堡。自家製魚扎肉分別有原味、茴香葉同胡椒味,100%魚肉製造,所以非常彈牙,我就會鍾意由淡味嘅原味開始食,三款味道亦各有特色,個人認為最好有三至四人分享呢個巨無霸。另外選擇咗潘切直送小墨魚春撈檬,撈檬嘅汁並唔係普通魚露咁簡單,而係啖啖充滿海鮮味。最鍾意佢嘅原隻墨魚,爽滑彈牙,有啲小墨魚入面仲充滿墨魚汁,食到個嘴黑哂好搞笑。飲品買一送一,所以揀返兩杯有酒精嘅Cocktails,Autumn in Hanoi係烏龍茶底配上桃味酒精,兩者味道平均,好啱女仔飲。而另一杯Phu Quoc Ocean Paradise味道真係非常非常特別,首先沿着杯邊嘅原來係海鹽,再配上濃濃嘅伏特加味道,真係非常特別!…Read More
