日式居酒屋文化傳到香港後,不少港人也愛上這種輕鬆休閒的用餐方式,又可細嘗豐富多樣的小吃料理,今次就來到位於銅鑼灣的和居和居。溫暖昭和風裝潢充滿懷舊情調,享受穿越時空的復古氛圍。除了卡位外,還設置bar枱,可以近距離觀看師傅在燒食材,香味撲鼻而來。餐牌主打串燒,另有刺身、飯類、壽司等日式料理,選擇繁多。來到居酒屋又怎能錯過燒物呢?!即點即燒,風味十足。梅醬雞肉串 $30日本梅子醬帶有溫和酸味,紫蘇葉包著雞肉串增加一股特有的清香。免治雞肉棒 $42重量級size的免治雞肉棒將雞肉切碎混合雞軟骨搓成棒狀,口感更有嚼勁。咬下去可以感受到雞軟骨特有的韌度,蘸點日本蛋漿,滿溢濃濃蛋香,入口更滑溜。蟹肉甲羅燒 $85蟹蓋上盛載蟹膏、蟹肉絲及蟹籽,比起坊間的甲羅燒,這裡的蟹肉比例較高,絲絲蟹肉真材實料。將三者攪勻,每口都充滿蟹肉的鹹鮮味,最適合我這些愛吃蟹但又最怕拆蟹的懶人。燒日本河豚干 $58雞泡魚乾燒得微焦,吃時蘸些蛋黃醬,鮮甜可口,一點也不腥,質地煙煙韌韌甚具咬口。紫菜年糕 $45紫菜襯托出年糕濃厚的米香,口感軟綿黏糯,煙韌QQ富彈性。日本蕃薯 $40質地粉糯密度高,燒香後在熱力的逼使下,番薯的糖分慢慢由內滲出,更能提升甜度,蕃薯味極濃。炸八爪魚丸 $55八爪魚丸個子渾圓飽滿,點上蛋黃醬及燒汁,突顯出正宗日式章魚燒的原始風味。丸子外脆內軟而不會糊口,裡面藏有口感爽彈的八爪魚。鯛魚一夜干 $148將鯛魚從背部對半剖開,把鹽度調節至接近海水的味道,連鮮味也濃縮了。燒至皮脆肉嫩,魚肉雪白嫩滑,調味不重,不會完全蓋過白身魚的清爽鮮甜。自家製牛肉薯蓉餅 $95意想不到炸薯餅竟如拳頭般巨型,脆卜卜的吉列炸漿外層不會過厚,炸得乾爽不油膩。內裡滿載軟綿粉糯的薯蓉,爽雜著口感實在的切粒牛肉,份量紮實非常有飽足感。明太子厚燒玉子 $120將蛋漿層層捲起,每一口裹滿濃郁蛋香,厚切堆疊的蛋皮帶來綿密彈性。中間釀滿鹹香微辛的明太子醬,更能襯托出玉子的香甜,讓味道更添層次。…Read More
