家上海係1975&co旗下餐廳, 即時join免費會員就可以用會員價買一送一, 食到原價HKD 888嘅金秋淮揚大閘蟹宴, 連埋加一茶芥大約500, 可以由7點慢慢食到10點, 對喜歡蟹粉又唔想拆咁多蟹都唔錯:)蜜汁脆鱔 - 套餐以外另叫嘅小食, 炸到非常脆口, 加上芝麻蜜糖好香口, 但感覺比較乾柴少咗鱔獨有嘅香味江南四式拼盤 - 陳醋紅蜇頭、花雕醉蝦、淮鹽溏心燻蛋同目魚大烤, 頭三款都中規中矩, 但目魚大烤就幾失望, 目魚大烤本身係傳統寧波冷盤, 理應加豬腿肉煮汁再燜墨魚片, 做到肥而不膩肉味鮮香, 但呢碟食落似潮州滷水墨魚:(紅燒蟹皇三絲翅 - 飲個湯暖暖胃就準備食蟹清蒸大閘蟹 - 公蟹, 目測都似4.5至5兩, 餐廳會提供每人一份拆蟹工具, 肉質都新鮮飽滿, 軟膏香濃, 唯獨係蟹鉗一拎起就跌哂, 其他了蟹腳又冇呢個問題蟹粉荔芋盞 - 見到食評讚好, 可以每人一粒都試試, 芋茸軟滑, 炸到酥脆後放入蟹粉, 唔錯蟹粉脆皮黄魚柳 - 厚肉但炸過火, 只可以話香口炸物同蟹粉唔會有問題蟹粉香酥竹炭豆腐 - 炸豆腐外脆內軟, 外層竹炭粉加少少甜味, 都係呢句蟹粉係好食嘅:)蟹粉小籠包 - 每人2件, 未算極薄皮但貌似足摺數係手工包, 夾起唔會穿, 湯汁融合豬肉、蟹膏、蟹膏幾鮮甜夠薑湯丸 - 芝麻湯丸加埋驅寒薑底糖水完結蟹宴…Read More

同朋友第一次lunch嚟食飯,見到會員有買一送一優惠所以叫咗一個特價大閘蟹套餐套餐前菜揀咗小排骨同埋蒜泥白肉排骨甜甜的很入味,可惜肉質很硬,食咗一半便想放棄了蒜泥白肉唔知道係咪廚師唔記得咗放蒜泥?因為根本無蒜頭味。值得欣賞的是白肉不算太肥,吃起來挺爽口。大閘蟹(四両)大閘蟹都幾多羔唔錯。餐廳提供膠手套,濕紙巾,鉸剪同埋捧仔方便食蟹:)很貼心蟹粉小籠包正呀呢度嘅小籠包皮薄餡靚,蟹粉都幾多唔錯唔錯花膠羹係黃色嘅,點解?因為裏面充滿着蟹粉,真係好正!建議可以放多少少大閘蟹嘅肉放落去一齊食咁樣食落去蟹肉更鮮甜,個羹就口感會豐富左蟹粉炒河蝦仁蝦仁好細粒,感覺上唔叫太新鮮,不過味道都可以嘅,食物亦都夠熱!雞油竹筍豆苗呢款唔錯!不過個人認為稍為鹹咗少少黑芝麻湯圓薑糖水湯圓得一粒好大粒。個芝麻餡亦都好好味呀想提一提呢度嘅服務真係幾好。尤其是戴眼鏡嗰位經理,非常好人!…Read More
