繼鳳城1954再來試鳳城酒家, 同樣是推廣傳統順德菜。今次試了它新推出的大閘蟹餐, 作為今年蟹季大閘蟹第一擊 😁 清蒸/鹽焗大閘蟹每人分別有公乸各1隻, 每隻4兩重, 說話這次是我人生第2次吃大閘蟹, 上次食過就愛上了, 不過蠻費時, 吃2隻用了約1小時才完成 😮‍💨 一打開看到有不少蟹膏, 蟹公的蟹膏比較軟身, 而蟹乸剛好相反, 另外味道上蟹乸更加濃郁香口跟鮮甜, 所以我喜歡蟹乸多一點 ☺️金湯蟹皇鮑翅顏色金黃, 單單看著已經流晒口水 🤤 有火一直保持鮑翅既溫度, 這點做得很好 👏🏻 湯頭濃郁又鮮甜, 微微杰身。 當中有大量魚翅, 每一塊又大又厚, 看到時大家都非常雀躍 🥳 明顯魚翅並非平價貨, 口感幼細而軟滑, 單是這個翅已經值回價錢!滋味欖角骨一上碟已經嗅到十分惹味的香氣, 令人開胃 😆 欖角邊有點脆, 整體肉質鬆化, 做到肥瘦均勻, 每一口都吃到欖角和蜜糖味道, 甜度適中之餘又不黐牙 😀 盡量趁熱食, 涼了就會有很大的分別。 美食米紅杞泡龍躉球湯頭奶白色, 帶濃郁魚味, 有好幾塊龍躉, 每塊都大大件, 口感嫩滑 🤩 另外再配水瓜, 令湯頭更加清甜!頂級蟹粉小籠包蟹粉份量並不少, 反而肉汁偏少, 相對未夠鮮味, 另外還嚐到薑的味道。薑茶湯丸以這麼多款食物中, 湯丸稍微失色, 皮厚餡少, 形狀上已經覺得不夠圓 😗 以為餐廳自己製造, 怎料是買回來, 不能理解為何形狀會這樣凹凸不平 😅 雖然湯圓麻麻, 但薑湯蠻辣的, 可以的話它可以再辣點, 我會更加開心。雖然今次食物不夠上次般澎湃, 但菜餚相對精緻, 正所謂貴精不貴多, 反而今次食物質素更加好, 吃後覺得份量恰到好處 🫶🏻 同樣預訂了廂房, 今次聽歌之餘更有唱歌 😊…Read More
