近日去開尖沙咀經過 - 樂意點心,見到門外對出有人等位,好奇之下,就入去食呢度嘅絕配套餐同特色點心。入去店內,地方唔算大,但裝修有格調,環境舒適,同埋點心用料上乘,賣相精緻嘅點心。呢度啲點心種類唔算少,無論係傳統蒸點、煎炸、腸粉、包點以至蒸飯和甜品,都應有盡有。而且係即叫即製,保證新鮮熱辣。絕配套餐 $68依個套餐有蒸飯、燉湯及可+$10追加精美點心,非常抵食。而且還可以加錢換成比較貴價嘅食材。這次加了$22 轉換為「籠仔豉椒汁帶子飯」及 +$10 臘腸一份。帶子爽口彈牙,臘腸肉味香濃,海鮮醬汁嘅鮮味被蒸飯所吸收,再加上蒜蓉的蒜香,每一啖都非常享受。椰子燉烏雞湯一上枱就聞到濃濃嘅椰子和烏雞香氣,湯底清甜順喉,飲落暖胃又滋潤,真係身心都滿足!以套餐湯品來講,質素遠超預期!茜牛肉腸粉        $28牛肉份量非常多,肉味濃郁而軟腍,配合有米香又滑溜嘅腸粉,高質。海蜇青瓜川椒汁        $25海蜇同青瓜份量頗多,海蜇和青瓜都好爽口,配自家製川椒汁,帶少許辣,味道都不錯。蘿蔔絲酥         $22蘿蔔絲酥每一件都好大件,炸至金黃色,外酥內軟,餡料有爽甜嘅蘿蔔絲及鹹香味火腿,每一口特別香脆完全唔油膩,愈吃愈滋味。蟹籽燒賣        $19依度啲燒賣包著鮮肉,爽口嫩滑,配合鮮爽大蝦同脆脆嘅蟹籽,多重口感嘅燒賣。薄荷青檸梳打        $20這飲品都透心涼,味道清甜,青檸和薄荷味夠出,口感好fresh,非常解渴。…Read More

難得星期一放假,做完嘢後就去咗樂意點心食個lunch,本身早一日就諗睇下食啲乜,最後揀咗呢間人氣唔錯嘅點心餐廳。店嘅面積唔大,一般只適合2-4人左右,座位嘅數目亦唔係多。雖然舖仔細細,但都好衛生企理;食物方面,點咗6樣嘢,其中《籠仔鳳爪排骨飯》同個湯係一個set嚟,各樣菜式均各有驚喜。首先係嚟個湯,我哋點咗《鮮無花果雪耳沙參玉竹燉排骨》,個名就好長,到底係咪真係咁巴閉呢?佢個湯飲落係有無花果嘅清甜味,淡淡沙參玉竹嘅輕藥材味,好有下火嘅感覺,而且真材實料,呢個湯出面飲至少都$4-50蚊,而且唔係清一色嘅例湯味,呢個湯真係絕讚。第二樣上菜嘅係呢個set嘅主角《籠仔鳳爪排骨飯》,見到呢個排骨飯忍唔住哇咗一聲,會唔會太大啊!一個人食我覺得會食唔哂。呢個蒸飯,有荷葉放响底,令到個飯蒸出嚟有荷葉嘅香氣,而且响上面加上蔥、蒜、莞茜同洋蔥,將佢地撈埋個飯一齊食,連同排骨同鳳爪嘅精華夾雜响一齊,各種嘅香氣一同爆發,一滴豉油都唔使落,味道亦十分足夠,$68蚊(連湯)就食到呢個我食過最好食嘅排骨飯,呢個係真正嘅平!靚!正!有人會覺得排骨飯上嘅青色東東好恐怖,但我不但可以接受,而且非常喜歡。個飯食到一半左右,第三樣《蘆筍蝦餃》登場!唔好睇佢只係得兩粒,但佢係大大粒,外表非常飽滿,而且皮亦夠薄,完全透視到皮入面嘅蝦肉;最緊要係,蝦唔係細細粒,再加一堆筍扮蝦;呢度嘅蝦餃絕對係真材實料。目測有兩粒蝦仁,咬落去係十分爽脆,而且有蝦嘅鮮香味,雖然點都唔會用新鮮蝦整,但至少冇食到果種雪藏嘅味道。嚟到第四樣係《帶子菜苗餃》,外表十分吸引,帶子雖然係開半,亦唔會覺得寒酸。佢個皮冇完全包住啲餡料,可以清楚見到入面嘅餡料,除咗個主角之一嘅菜外,仲有爽脆嘅蝦仁,入口係軟綿綿,同一般嘅菜苗餃嘅質感完全唔同,佢呢個菜苗餃,有種好新鮮嘅感覺,食落好清新。跟住第五樣係《懷舊馬拉糕》,我一向麻麻地食馬拉糕,但點咗嘅我點都會試下。入口係好鬆軟,亦帶出好香嘅焦糖味,而且唔會太甜,味道剛好,佢跟排骨飯個餐只係加$10蚊,鍾意食馬拉糕嘅foodie ,我都覺得值得去試下。到第六樣係我覺得去到邊間點心店或茶樓都要點嘅燒賣~《蟹籽燒賣》。佢呢度嘅燒賣有樣得意嘅係,佢有一陣花鵰酒味,我諗我唔會食錯掛,呢個味道同燒賣放响一齊又係另一個境界,能夠將成粒燒賣嘅鮮味提升,加上佢肉質鮮嫩有口感。佢同蝦餃一樣只係得兩粒,同樣地都係大大粒,食落令人非常滿足。最後一樣係我平時甚少會叫嘅《蟹柳棉花雞》,呢個棉花雞同一般嘅外表都係差不多,只係多咗件蟹柳仔。我好鍾意佢啲雞肉夠嫩滑,連埋個汁一齊食個味道好鮮,冇雪藏味,處理得好好,加上我最愛嘅魚肚,啲汁完全滲哂入魚肚,非常juicy同入味。佢個汁好鮮甜,唔係一般好咸果種,最後連啲汁都飲埋。埋單兩個人食連茶錢都係$187蚊,我覺得算好抵食,唯一缺點係地方比較細,好似我11點到已經要等幾枱。但即使要等一陣,食到咁正嘅點心,我覺得都係值得。…Read More

💮好耐無食過點心,今日熊妹適逢阿妹一齊放假,又想去尖沙咀行吓🛍️,阿妹話食得西餐太多,今次想試吓食中式點心。特登上網搵到呢間位於漢口道的《樂意點心》多人評價又多人食過,仲要入圍《開飯熱店2024五十大外賣自取餐廳》🏵️,主要係喺尖沙咀地段點心嘅價錢好抵食,一於去試吓。📌下午茶三點嚟到,原來星期一至五下午茶時間3:00開始到6:00,仲有88折,全日唔收加一,難怪勁多人喺街度排隊🚶🏻🚶🏻‍♀️,攞飛等叫號都等咗大半個鐘,咪話唔誇張。📌終於入得啦,一坐低,店員就會問「想飲咩茶?香片、普洱、菊花、白桃烏龍、荔枝玫瑰?」做法好傳統點心店,不過引入了新式茶葉品種,裝潢又以暗花深綠色的風格,華麗時尙,傳統得來又切合尖沙咀的高尙地段,係新一派點心專門店💮。三色小籠包,$35招牌三色小籠包咁吸睛👀,梗係要試吓啦!三色即係原味,川辣同松露。三隻顏色真係好吸引,湯汁都幾多,就算放涼了一陣都仲有湯汁流出嚟,其中川辣味🌶️味道最為突出,辣汁滲入小籠包肉入面,味道好夾。松露味雖然唔算好出,但味道好特別。蟹籽燒賣,$19一籠燒賣有兩粒,大大粒燒賣剛蒸起,咬落好有驚喜,豬肉蒸到好軟淋,唔係實的的既豬肉,點埋豉油成粒啪真係好正。香茜牛肉腸粉,$28兩條腸粉各切三份,有六大件,腸粉滑嘟嘟,蒸到熟度剛剛好,軟綿綿,入面有牛肉饀帶點芫茜味🌱,冇諗過腸粉都可以做蒸到咁滑溜,唔錯。百醬蒸鳳爪,$23充滿濃郁醬汁的鳳爪啜入口好入味,鳳爪大大隻好飽滿,下面仲有蘿蔔索埋醬汁,成籠醬汁鳳爪係好惹味!籠仔蒜蓉龍蝦配帶子飯(半隻),$110《樂意點心》招牌主打係籠仔蒸飯,籠仔蒸飯當中,龍蝦配帶子當然係最為名貴!即叫即蒸香味濃郁,一上枱,剛蒸出來的蒜蓉香氣四溢♨️,半隻龍蝦🦞佔滿大半個籠仔範圍,份量十足,加入大量嘅蒜蓉🧄同龍蝦一齊蒸,鹹香嘅蒜蓉味更出龍蝦嘅海鮮味,海鮮嘅用蒸的做法係好出色,仲有兩大粒帶子,成個籠仔飯鋪滿蒜蓉味道,完全唔使加額外嘅醬料已經好夠味😋,果然係招牌菜,成為全場嘅MVP都當之無愧🎖️!楊枝甘露,$23竟然有西式糖水可以揀,食咁多點心,飲返個甜品真係好爽。楊枝甘露入邊有好多西米露同埋啫喱粒,楊枝甘露唔會好稀好水,食完咁多鹹野好解渴。茶位,每位$8📌《樂意點心》除了招牌籠仔飯,仲有脆炸小食、蒸籠點心、腸粉、包點、燉湯、蒸海鮮同甜品。📌一間少少嘅點心專門店,仲要喺尖沙咀旺區位置,價錢親民到極點,難怪今時今日仲見到有人流排隊嘅情況啦!…Read More
