羅麥記到到都有,餐廳主打懷舊風格,精美嘅裝修好似入左以前嘅餐廳咁,懷舊之中帶點新潮,就連招牌都整得非常靚!招牌磚頭焗豬扒飯$88極重手嘅焗豬扒飯,份量十足,成份方包做底座再鋪上爆滿嘅蕃茄汁同豬扒,賣相先比100分!磚頭方包上面嘅蕃茄醬真係非常多,切開仲見到入面嘅炒飯係一層醬一層炒飯,每啖炒飯都沾滿醬汁!完全唔同平時食開嘅焗豬咁只有表面個層嘅醬,食多兩啖都無汁撈,呢度要再加100分!正!豬扒切件再放入去焗,豬扒嫩滑完全唔硬又唔韌,咬落去仲有非常多醬同芝士,肉汁仲爆出黎,到底點樣先可以做到咁好嘅豬扒?重點係豬扒食唔完,正啊!一百分推薦啊!一個磚頭焗豬扒飯可以四個人食,我地三個人都食唔曬個麵包啊!麥Sir乳鴿仔$56令立立嘅乳鴿仔其實都唔細隻,肉厚而且皮又燒得脆卜卜,食落啖啖肉,鴿脾相對較嫩,食落唔會太咸,可以唔使沾淮鹽都夠惹味羅麥雞翼$56呢度啲羅麥雞翼出名好食,仲有得撈公仔麵食,甜甜嘅醬汁就好似瑞士汁咁,再多一點惹味,雞翼入味得黎又嫩滑,唔會老,顏色一流又吸引,招牌果然係招牌,正蜂蜜豬頸肉(跟餐+$28)抵食之選,性價比高嘅小食,大大塊嘅豬頸肉上面仲落左大量嘅鬍鬚叔叔蜂蜜,見到都流口水豬頸肉肉質鮮嫩多汁,肉仲有少少白裡透紅,外層嘅皮加左蜂蜜再烤,極度脆卜卜嘅口感,甜蜜蜜食落非常驚喜,外脆内軟嘅正宗典範!必試高質小食!正到爆!蝦多士$60原本諗住蝦多士係細細舊,點知上枱咁大件,全部炸得金黃色嘅表面,一啲過火都無,蝦肉又唔會同多士分離,廚師手工一流!用左法式麵包做多士底,炸得十分香脆,又無左食法式麵包個種硬身口感,酥脆酥脆嘅口感,再加上彈牙嘅蝦滑,沾滿沙律醬一齊食,大滿足!鮮菇絲蟹子蛋白扒西蘭花$88賣相一流嘅小菜,西蘭花調味十足,食落十分濃味而且煮得夠淋,再上淡淡嘅蛋白蟹肉,鮮味十足,不錯雪糕紅豆冰$38最愛飲紅豆冰,紅豆夠淋夠甜,配上雪糕有得食又有得飲,正!…Read More
