這間新開的點心專門店位於深水埗元州街,鄰近深水埗站,主打即叫即蒸的精美點心,還有煲仔飯及生滾粥等,所有食物即現場製作保證新鮮。店內環境寬敞舒適,大部份為卡位,充滿香港特色,適合多人聚會。下午茶時段設有85折優惠。蟹籽燒賣皇 -$33軟韌適中的燒賣皮,包裹著飽滿的鮮蝦豬肉餡,有明顯的肉汁感,有粒粒爽脆的蟹籽。魚翅灌湯餃 - $40薄透的餃子皮包滿鮮蝦等餡料,醇厚的高湯有淡淡膠質,更有半透明的魚翅腍中帶滑。蝦餃皇 - $33晶瑩剔透的外皮軟滑,蝦仁鮮甜彈牙,清淡凸顯蝦的原本鮮味。鮮蝦菜苗餃 - $28晶瑩剔透的餃皮煙韌彈牙,有彈牙的蝦仁,又有脆嫩的菜苗增添清香。蜜汁叉燒腸 - $27細膩滑嫩的腸粉皮,卷著肥瘦適中的叉燒,有鹹甜的蜜汁香。脆皮鮮蝦紅米腸 - $33軟韌的紅米腸皮,包暮酥脆的油炸鬼,更釀入爽滑彈牙的鮮蝦滑,還有爽脆的蟹籽。蒜香蝦春卷 - $24金黃酥脆的春卷毫不油膩,有蝦仁的鮮甜,又有蒜香的濃郁。金安鹹水角 - $24炸得軟糯又帶點嚼勁,咬開有炒香的豬肉碎及蝦米等,鹹中帶甜,香氣四溢。…Read More

自從有了點心專門店,就可以任何時間也可以吃到點心了,相比起上酒樓,點心專門店就划算很多,茶錢收得相宜,又不用加一,今晚就與家人來到「百味小棧」吃吃看。整個鋪位原來好深,再走進入面,還有大片用餐區。裝修簡樸,最重要是光猛整潔。無論通道、枱面都乾淨企理,感覺十分好。目測所見都是街坊多,跟店員有講有笑,打成一片。打開張點心紙,說明即叫即蒸,點心選擇真不少,還有生滾粥、煲仔飯、燉湯……等等,全日免加一。先來個「虎皮煎釀尖椒」($23),煎得金黃焦香,表面焦脆,中間所釀的鯪魚肉非常大件,彈牙有魚味,沾點豉油更好吃。炸類人人都喜歡,所以選上「金安鹹水角」($24),外皮厚薄均一,入口煙糯不黏牙,餡料調鹹香惹味,又不油膩,炸功了得。以前吃點心有一道咖喱蒸土魷,現在好像越來越少見,今晚反而發現現這「紫菜蒸墨魚鬚」($29),味道很不錯,濃濃蒜香,墨魚鬚柔韌有咬口,下面確有不少紫菜。 飲茶怎可以沒有腸粉,「蜜汁叉燒腸」($27)的腸粉皮拉非常薄,透出叉燒餡,而且,餡料包得滿滿,叉燒鬆化,裡面還添加了少少芫荽,令味道更好。估不到「蠔仔煎餅」($48)以這個價錢,是如此大份,厚厚的薄罉很飽肚的,更下了不少蠔仔,十分抵吃,而且,蠔仔肉飽滿肥美,沾上少少魚露更具風味。見牆上有張海報推介此小食「檸檬鳳爪」($48),好奇一試。其實這是一道冷盤,雖然最後先上菜,但其酸酸香香的味道,正好為這頓飯清新一下。鳳爪已去骨,口感爽彈,有淡淡檸檬清香,有驚喜。雖然是小店,但點心做得極具水準,價錢亦十分相宜,店員很有禮貌,招呼熨貼,值得推薦,家人亦話打算再來。…Read More
