大除夕前一天到了港廚與朋友晚間小聚,這間不起眼之餐廳,大廚有二十多年經驗,當晚一行七人叫了八個餸,南瓜湯滋潤,花芝丸彈牙爽口,水煑魚肉質滑溜,黑山羊肉片全冇酥味,咕嚕肉外脆內輭,炸子雞肉質嫩滑,十二菜被蟲草花引出優香,牛仔骨給蜜餞土豆混合得天衣無縫。這味牛仔骨肥美,配了蜜餞土豆簡直錦上添花。好一度十二菜,蔬菜本身無味,但經過蟲草花及什菌帶出他之優香,喜歡素食的朋友不可錯過。這隻雞皮脆肉嫩,完全食唔出係雪雞,喜歡濃味的一定喜歡。這味咕嚕肉與其他食市不同,因為加了荔枝,而那些咕嚕肉外脆內輭又不肥漏,味道一流,好味。這味餸簡直一流,以為佢辣,原來唔辣,佢炒到又冇酥味,怕酥之朋友有口福了。這味水煑肉質嫩滑,的湯浸入的魚肉內,十分美味,喜歡食辣的朋友,不可錯過。這味花芝丸爽口彈牙,新鮮熱騰騰,超好味。此湯火喉十足,南瓜已經全部溶入湯內,唐排已煲到入口即爛,這個湯超潤喉。 …Read More

香港是美食之都,什麼菜式也應有盡有,吃了很多餐西餐,魚生,Pizzza 之後,也會想有啖飯下肚,因為我是飯人嘛!這晚不得了,要一眾朋友陪我,吃港式Comfort Food 就好!剛病好不敢食煲仔飯喔行行覆行行,行到油麻地時,決定試一試這間新的餐廳 ^_^一坐低,發現餐廳樓底高,坐位不會迫迫的,有電視,但不用鬥大聲那種,感覺幾舒服的~好啦!點菜啦!一如以往,朋友負責點菜,我專心吃就好!先來的是老火湯--南北杏蜜紅棗南瓜唐排其實呢~我就好憎南瓜的, 已是打死也不會吃,早把我媽氣壞!飲的時候是不知道是南瓜來,否則一定不飲,原來南瓜做湯味道不錯,清甜,唐排也是大大塊的下,但油份不多,整體也沒很好,可說對南瓜的憎惡感減少了一點~花枝丸剛病好,不敢在最熱的時候咬下去,放了半小時才敢吃!當然炸好的時候咬下去熱辣辣超香脆,喜歡香口野一定爽死了~之但係放冷了,也不會變得油笠笠,足料花枝,口感超彈牙,不是病好的話,我自己包辦半碟~蟲草花陽光十二菜出外吃飯要多吃菜, 這個菜包含了十二種不同的菜蔬及菇類,一次可以滿足多人的要求,總有人像我這不吃,那不吃嘛,各取所需多好!遠看排列像一個大太陽呢~菜蔬都是用上湯浸熟,清淡吃得出每個食材的味道,中間的大太陽是咸蛋黃來的!我還以為是我另一個:"仇家" --紅蘿蔔!!!!炸子雞皮炸得好脆,咬落是卜卜脆的,雞皮脂肪不多,肉厚硬要批評的話,就是調味有點過咸,未能大量的吃喔~咕嚕肉My Comfort Food!!!!豬排厚度適中,咬開有肉汁,不用吐骨太好了~糖醋汁甜酸適中,送飯之選香烤鉗魚 (中辣)這個嘛~我是在門口見到display 覺得很吸引, 冬天凍到死左,有咩好過一路滾一路食呢!其實佢有幾個辣度,分別原味是不辣, 中辣 及 大辣,朋友中有大量吃辣貨,所以就叫了中辣, 其實中辣對譚仔小辣黨來說也頗辣,而且愈滾會愈濃味,所以不吃得辣的Kawai,一開始已夾起了一點,汁料惹味,配料足,幸好侍應提醒,不能吃太辣的要先夾起,不然我就吃不到滑滑的魚肉~ ^_^蜜餞土豆牛仔骨粒怎麼說呢,平時都是吃一整塊的牛仔骨,把它們切碎後,口感零零碎碎,感覺肉少多骨,汁料是甜甜的,是一道開胃的菜式京丈炒黑山羊片Kawai 平時是不吃羊的,怕膻味,而山羊片比羊肉更厲害,但這個山羊片切得薄薄的,口感不韌,入口沒有膻味,小辣,怕膻味都可以接受到~吃了這麼多,是晚人均消費約$140,又雞又魚又山羊又豬排又牛仔骨,湯及菜也齊備價位以油尖旺來說,也算是合理~…Read More

下午約咗幾個老友喺佐敦行完街, 入夜後打算行上睇衫買鞋。但實在太累太肚餓,所以順路試吓依港式茶記!然而,永遠都喺冇期望先會冇驚喜。原來依間茶記一如其他茶記一樣,日間賣港式茶餐,晚間喺提供港式小炒同家常便飯!但出品相當頗有特色。我哋叫咗下面幾個餸!開飯前緊喺叫返個湯飲吓先啦!是日老火靚湯喺《南北杏蜜棗南瓜唐排》,真喺好清甜!南北杏蜜棗再加上南瓜,真係甜上加甜,而且非潤喉,再加上排骨吊味,真喺十足又濃郁!肯定冇加味精!好有心思!跟住叫咗碟《花枝丸》!依班好朋友襯我行開咗,夾剩四粒俾我,真喺夠老友!不過都要影吓,正所謂有圖有真相!依幾粒小丸子,真喺爽口,外皮炸得香脆!內裏彈牙!因為痴力十足,都幾難咬得開!內裏魷魚膠十足,都頗有魷魚味!如果有埋豆瓣醬就最好!老友仲叫咗碟《蟲草花陽光十二菜》!吓,乜鬼嚟架?一上枱都睇唔明同個餸名有咩關係,但聽返姐姐講,原來中間果個喺太陽,旁邊嘅菜當作光線!哈,聽落都幾有心詩意,而且真喺用上十二種菜!其實我自己真喺唔識分菜名,但中間個太陽喺用鹹蛋做,煎咗金黃色成個太陽咁!不過碟嘢擺得太遠,夾咗一兩條菜食,只知道味道適中!依個《咕嚕骨》就真喺幾好!豬排厚道適中,唔會太熟!糖酷汁做得啱啱好,甜酸度適中,非常刺激味覺!所以我都爭先食咗幾舊,送飯真喺一流,真心推介!依盤《香烤鉗魚》真喺好大個盤,條魚又真喺超大條!老友叫咗中辣,等成盤嘢慢慢加熱後,傳來一陣陣嘅辣味,真喺引死人!食辣食魚都唔喺我強項,所以等大家食剩咗之後,我先夾啲魚肉碎嚟試吓,點知越食越想食,而且魚肉碎細細粒,浸滿哂啲辣汁,真喺超爽!依碟《京醬炒黑山羊片》真喺正,因為真喺超鐘意食羊,而且好少餐廳會有黑山羊!依個黑羊片做到冇乜羊羶味,而且仲有少少辣味,真喺好刺激味蕾!而且羊片剪得薄身,好見師傅對羊肉的做法非常有認識,否則會容易煮燶!雞蟲朋友叫咗成隻《炸子雞》,心諗點食得哂呀?但食過一舊之後,又真喺唔差喎!點解?雞有雞味外,內裏嘅白肉又唔會做乾身,有肉感!而且特別入味,外層雞皮同內層嘅白肉都入到味,鐘意重口味嘅我就覺得好好,一隻雞幾個人分都食得哂!又有羊,又有雞,我又點可以唔叫返碟牛!我就決定叫咗碟《蜜餞土豆牛仔骨粒》,依個牛仔骨粒唔好特出,可能我唔鐘意食甜嘢啦!夾咗一兩舊食咗就算,但水準都唔差!總體嚟講,依間茶記水準算中上,仲好過隔離某間!而且價錢合理,每人都喺夾咗 140 蚊左右!喺油麻地區真喺抵食!…Read More
