近排都幾鍾意行 K11 Musea,覺得商場設計好似去咗藝術館一樣,又大又靚  ;  前日行行下,發現一間新開咗兩個月嘅餐廳 "王家沙。花樣年華",食上海菜感受一下滬菜特色。餐廳地方寬敞,雅致時尚,設計帶有新中式元素,空間感充足,不會有壓迫感,環境舒適寫意。餐牌上除咗有好多特別嘅上海涼菜、點心、飯、麵、年糕、湯羮等,亦有多款特式套餐選擇,真的很不錯。我哋就揀咗 "二人精選分享套餐"  $328,包括前菜、主菜、點心、時蔬、甜品同飯。麻辣口水雞  每次食上海菜我必定點口水雞,麻辣特別惹味,依款麻辣口水雞味道甜中帶辣,辣中帶香,亦帶少許麻,雞肉入口細嫩幼滑,雞皮爽口,十分唔錯。韮王炒鱔糊上海菜特色係濃油赤醬,[韮王炒鱔糊] 就係其中一道代表作。鱔糊炒得極之惹味,醬汁香濃,份量十足,碟內有好多鱔肉呢。蘇式鮮肉小籠包小籠包外皮透薄,嚴選優質麵粉,陣陣香氣散發出來,而且手工精細,包著豐盈湯汁同鮮嫩豬肉,食起嚟會爆汁,肉餡加上甘香嘅湯汁,鮮甜美味。乾煸四季豆睇起嚟係一道簡單嘅菜式,確實,做起嚟難道𣎴大,但勝在用料新鮮,完全唔油膩,仲好乾爽,加上四季豆幼嫩爽脆,微辣惹味!甜品係上海出名既酒釀丸子,酒釀丸子帶有桂花既清香之餘,甜甜既酒味,丸子口感軟糯,好滋潤既甜品。每逢食上海菜,我一定會揀上海菜飯,味道無白飯咁淡,而且啖啖飯都有高湯香味,夾住小棠菜一齊食,多種口感。…Read More
