小食堡的炸脾是先蒸一蒸再拎去炸，好處就是不用炸太耐，令雞皮爽脆而肉質可以keep住嫩滑。因為是即叫即炸的關係，所以每次來小食堡，都有著不少人排隊。老闆娘細心地覆述每個客人的order，而且口吻好似朗誦咁。今次是第4次幫襯了，炸脾依然是大大隻嘅！我們每次都點辣的，辣粉加上脆薄雞皮，係邪惡嘅！真係不得了！可惜今次的炸脾肉質鞋口偏乾，對比以往的質素確實差了，明明是雞脾肉，但是口感就好似食緊雞胸肉咁。唔知係米一時失手overcook呢？希望下次可以食返以往嘅質素啦！…Read More
