本身今日係想打邊爐,朋友介紹左呢間食店,於是來左試下。食店位於山林道銀座38,其實呢棟野喺山林道最入,真係好唔起眼,但係成棟大廈都有啲幾出名既食肆,我之前都來過一間rooftop bar,大廈非常新淨舒服,有成4部lift,極快就上到餐廳。 餐廳裝修簡潔,枱都夠大,坐得舒服。呢度基本上得一個set食,跟住佢餐牌既4部曲上菜。 第一式係食雞煲,其實我同朋友都食得幾辣,但係我第一次食,所以保守揀啲左小辣,點知係冇乜辣勁,下次再來食應該會揀中/大辣。但係雞煲香口,味道濃郁,有炒炒孜然粉既味道,亦都有麻香,幾唔錯。店內姨姨會教你炒,炒4次就可以食,有埋計時器提供,幾貼心。 第二式係食蒜蓉蒸海鮮,呢個相對來講一般般,不過份量幾多,款式都多,有扇貝、鮑魚、聖子、蝦同埋斑塊。因為夠多蒜蓉,而我係garlic fans,所以整體來講都ok。我本身唔鍾意食海鮮,不過呢度我估都係雪藏海鮮,唔重海鮮味,但係唔難食。 第三式就係飲湯,飲完湯就係第四式用個湯打邊爐。個湯底係蕃茄著仔湯,味道偏鹹,應該都落畫味精,不過真係有新鮮蕃茄同薯仔,飲飲下都幾好味。重點係之後佢上左碟牛頸脊,真係好滑好好食!我驚艷左,但係記得淥幾秒就要食,咁先唔會鞋!店內仲有其他土鍋配料比你自己攞,款式雖然唔算多,但係我覺得都夠,因為食到邊爐已經幾飽,同埋仲有飲品任飲! 呢餐人均$298,個人覺得真心幾抵,好難有埋海鮮食都唔洗$300!…Read More
