自從流行石燒, 间中都會尋找石燒過吓癮, 貪佢 時間快啲唔使成晚燒烤一陣油煙味~ 而且熱石上 高溫效應更能保持肉汁,特別惹味!今晚目標係《野狼stone x 鰻工房》, 新店搬咗去渣甸坊 喺好多檔口裏面, 唔算顯眼不過好近地鐵站。可以去門口部機自助落單, 便可以用八達通卡。吧檯位置有自助冷熱水, 各款調味料, 燒汁,川椒粉,胡椒, 蒜蓉 ,岩鹽 ,芝麻, 還有自家製辣椒味噌,這個十分推介少少辣。👍美國上級牛小排石燒$118肉類有好多款, 普通級數揀咗牛小排。 加30蚊仲有沙律吧, 一份沙律加飯/意粉/薯菜和 一罐汽水, 唔怕唔夠飽~ 👍吸油紙蓋著熱辣辣嘅石板, 熱辣辣迫出牛扒嘅香氣, 不過一边切一边也彈啲油出嚟。 有少少竅門記得食一塊,切一塊燒, 如果一次過切開就會一齊熟, 肉質好快乾。牛小排夾雜少少肥膏最美味, 肉香四溢, 放少許岩鹽,更提升鮮味!! 米飯甘香軟熟, 也可加上飯素,椰菜沙律混入芝麻醬 味道很棒!蒲燒鰻魚丼$68加$30 有白飯, 溫泉蛋,鹹菜,鰻魚乾白貝湯, 玄米茶小朋友試了這份《蒲燒鰻魚丼$68》, 便當形式 好特別, 飯裏有很多切碎玉子, 所以吃到有點甜, 鰻魚兩大塊,冇細骨, 鰻魚燒汁 唔會過多 蓋過鰻魚嘅鮮味~ 整體味道和賣相都唔錯 !白貝湯有海鮮嘅味道, 溫泉蛋裏放上的甜豉油非常讚!👍去到最後發現石板仲係熱, 乾脆也放上鰻魚熱一熱~ 更添美味!…Read More

最近成日出黎銅鑼灣做野, 聽講依邊多野食, 於是同同事黎依邊食飯, 估唔到有間咁得意既野。間鋪頭主打係石頭燒肉, 把高級的牛肉放在預先加熱左既石頭上煮熟, 有點似鐵板燒原理, 但因為石頭比鐵板既溫度更柔和, 所以令肉更軟更不會焦掉。而這家店主打日式風味, 所以同時也有鰻魚便當可以點, 因為我們都想試, 於是便點了一個美國上級牛小排和一個蒲燒鰻魚丼! 有自肋調味料站先上黎的係美國上級牛小排! 看著貼在旁邊的教學, 我們先靜等20秒再打開, 牛肉在石頭上嗶咧嗶咧的響, 油四處飛淺, 香味和牛味十足, 只是提一提大家不要穿白色衫去食...不然就會彈到成衫油漬呢! 一切開牛小排, 可以看到入面紅紅的半熟, 可以隨自己喜歡的熟度再把牛在石頭上煮熟, 這對於熟度有要求的人來說十分合適呢! 而之後上來的鰻魚飯, 想不到是一整條的份量上! 切開了三折, 汁雖然比較小可是它用了日式傳統的雞蛋絲做襯托, 甜甜的加上一點鰻魚汁, 配上白飯, 十分有風味。總結來說這一家店很有特色, 係疫情期間去不到日本, 也可以來這裡一嘗日式小餐店風味呢!…Read More
