香港吃海鮮的地方其實很多,不一定要到西貢或鯉魚門。除了一向喜愛的金九記之外,布袋澳的發記也是一個可以一遊的地方,價錢又比西貢便宜一點,一試又何妨。只是發記水準有時不太穩定,而且交通也真的不太方便,沒有駕車的朋友真的要有莫大的動力才有興趣一遊。這天剛好朋友駕車,一行數人一起去「嚐鮮」。布袋澳位於西貢附近,地理位置比較偏僻,交通不方便,因此造就它優靜的環境(晩上例外)。駕車到了以後,發現很多人,根本沒有地方泊車。因此和其他人一樣,將車交給專門泊車的檔口。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝不知道甚麼時候開始蒜蓉和扇貝已成一對。沒有蒜蓉的蒸扇貝,清甜有餘卻總是若有所失,少了一份韻味。發記這碟蒜蓉蒸扇貝,非常清甜,扇貝飽滿有肉,蒜蓉不會太乾身,也沒有那些新蒜的辛辣味,蒸的時間也剛剛好,粉絲吸收了扇貝的鮮味,帶著濃郁的蒜香,令人垂涎欲滴,不錯。清蒸青斑(應該是青斑吧?忙著吃,忘了)這條斑肉質細嫩,味道鮮美,只是略嫌不夠爽口。蒸的時間掌握得剛剛好,偌大的一條斑,不容易。加上蒸魚醬油,鮮味十足,「撈」飯吃一流!蛋白蒸蟹是日蟹非常新鮮,蟹肉結實清甜,蒸的時間剛剛好,蛋白不會顯得太老。蟹水混著蛋白,連帶蛋白也滲出蟹的鮮味,「撈」飯很美味,不錯!如果蟹可以再肥美一些,味道會更好!龍蝦伊麵龍蝦肉質「實淨」,味道不錯。只是伊麵麵身比較硬,沒有充份的時間吸收龍蝦的汁,失色了一點。是晚整體而言,水準還算不錯。…Read More
