上星期,兔小妹跟友人打完羽毛球後,突然想飲番杯,吃個串燒chill下,友人隨即就帶了兔小妹到尖沙咀 BLiBarLa  吃好西~本以為在尖沙咀吃串燒飲野會比較貴,沒想到這間店的價錢相當親民~! 竟然 $10 一串就有交易,而且款式還不少。嘴饞的的兔小妹立即雙眼bling bling,一口氣就點了滿滿的一枱,要盡情開吃一番。先來藤椒魚皮 ($38),香麻開胃,魚皮滑嫩,微辣但舒服,令人意外地喜歡。汁燒金菇五花肉捲 ($10),金菇爽脆,五花肉鹹香,每一口都夠味。燒原條茄子($38) 吸足醬汁和蒜蓉,細膩又香口,幾快就清了盤。鹽燒牛舌尖($20)質感類似滷牛舌,很有層次;蒜蓉燒生蠔 ($48,買一送一)生蠔大隻又鮮嫩,蒜蓉香氣恰到好處,入口滿足,兔小妹大愛!!!!味淋魚乾($38)甜甜的,帶點香脆感,配啤酒最適合。溶岩炸蝦球($38)外層酥脆,蝦丸彈牙,還有流心芝士,沾上蜜糖芥末醬很有驚喜。鹽燒雞中翼($20)外皮夠脆,肉質鹹香。汁燒白鱔($38) 皮脆肉彈,鮮味突出。夠莤汁燒牛肋肉($28) 吸足芫荽汁,夠Juicy。香燒翠玉瓜($10)保持水份,爽甜可口;麻辣雞腎和麻辣雞心($15)配上麻辣醬,非常惹味又有口感。燒露荀($10) 鮮嫩多汁汁燒油豆腐($10)外皮脆卜卜,吸滿醬汁。汁燒原隻魷魚板($38)外層微焦,內裡彈牙鮮味,海味十足。鹽燒豬頸肉($15)嫩滑鮮甜,令人回味。飲品方面,兔小妹的Asahi Sour(荔枝)($58)有新鮮果肉,入口清甜。 而友人的Asahi Sour(玫瑰)($58)帶玫瑰香,飲起來很舒服。整體來說,BLiBarLa的串燒選擇多、價錢合理、味道有驚喜。很適合運動後或三五知己聚一聚,輕鬆享受一下串燒和美酒。值得一試!…Read More
