今晚與好友到元朗好燒式吹水吃飯,又係落大雨都無阻大家吃飯。座位濶唔會迫同埋佢開到凌晨02:00真係吹水吃飯好地方。今晚每人都選擇了一些想吃的東西,選了以下食物:七味魚翅,蒜蓉燒茄子,蒜蓉扇貝,鹽燒白鱔,蒜蓉燒蠔,多春魚雞軟骨,雞中翼,雞腎串,陰公豬,牛舌芯,蒜芯,菠蘿,特式蒜蓉包,香蒜白酒沙白意粉,仲有飲品竹蔗茅根,Sappror 。送既枝豆都唔錯。七味魚翅-香口加上七味粉更加惹味可口。蒜蓉燒茄子-蒜蓉配茄子燒係絕配,互相提昇各自長處。令口感味道更加好味道。蒜蓉扇貝-濃郁蒜蓉加上扇貝鮮嫩肉質。鹽燒白鱔-依個真係必吃,白鱔燒到皮脆內熱,厚厚的白鱔口感非常好。再加上鱔香十足,店員提醒襯熱食會最佳,果真是非常好味道。蒜蓉燒蠔-香濃蒜蓉配起大大粒蠔蠔汁十足飽滿。仲要買一送一唔,抵食。多春魚-香口又唔會爆開晒,仲保到魚汁。雞軟骨-雞軟骨外脆內嫩,口口咬口都令人想一吃再吃。雞中翼-雞中翼燒得香口,而保留到肉汁。雞腎串-有口感又燒到岩岩好。陰公豬-肉質嫩滑加上惹味醬汁更加可口。牛舌芯-唔會燒到太乾身,香得來又保到肉汁。蒜芯-唔會燶又夠香。燒菠蘿-外面香鎖住菠蘿汁在入面。特式蒜蓉包-原粒蒜頭燒到香口好似搽牛油咁搽到香脆蒜蓉包上,一個字香。香蒜白酒沙白意粉-意粉軟硬適中,香蒜加白酒令冇沙沙白鮮味更為突出。竹蔗茅根-清熱氣之選。Sappror-爽到爆,凍啤加上燒烤。同埋做緊優惠買一送一,超抵呀。…Read More

好燒式在新開張時試過,覺得不錯,今日約朋友在又新街下午茶,決定再戰。今次看到餐廳門口多了一些設計,墻上畫有「燒烤男」在燒烤,還寫著2013年源於砵蘭街,18年在大南街擴充...下午茶時段人不多,和朋友傾計坐咗好耐。龍蝦半隻店員介紹,龍蝦特價$68半隻,見到這個價錢,我倆忍不住點了一個芝士味和一個蒜蓉味。起初以為半隻龍蝦是作為「前菜」的份量,但當上菜後才驚訝地發現原來它是「主食」的份量。龍蝦又大又新鮮,芝士和蒜蓉的味道都非常濃郁,肉質口感豐富,十分鮮美,絕對必點!煙肉露筍卷我非常喜歡這道燒烤,煙肉香脆誘人,筍份量豐富,口感清新,味道極佳。蒜蓉燒茄子非常惹味,茄子和蒜蓉混在一起,淡淡香,如果有飯,送飯一流。蒜蓉扇貝扇貝一隻$58,兩隻$88,我們當然選擇了兩隻。蒜蓉美味多汁,我連汁都一滴不剩。雞中翼皮脆肉嫩,加上微辣,十分美味。低溫去骨燒乳鴿皮燒得脆,但肉可以更嫩。泰式無骨鳳爪鳳爪爽脆,但略帶酸味,如果稍微甜一點的話會更適合我。香蒜白酒白扁意粉最後上意粉,口感適中,蜆鮮美可口,完美收工!…Read More

元朗區內近期相繼有不少主打燒烤的食肆開業;好友約了這晚到區內來個晚餐,並順勢搭上這股燒烤熱潮,經一番搜尋後在一眾食肆中,選了甚具人氣的--好燒式串燒專門店在元朗新近開業的分店;放工後與好友在大馬路見面後,就往又新街的方向走去;跟著Openrice大神的指示,大約五分鐘左右腳程就來到餐廳了;餐廳的裝潢走時尚簡約路線,有兩邊開放式的廚房;室內以木紋色為主調,高樓底加上燈光通明,已完讓人眼前一亮;加上強勁的冷氣抽風系統,沒甚油煙味,而枱面及餐具也十分潔淨;所有元素相加,置身室內感覺特別舒服!除了門口廣告牌標式的焗澳洲龍蝦外,觀其提供豐富食物的餐牌,其中一版以海鮮作主打,當中更包含各式烹調方法,似乎不應錯過;加上其他的如串燒/薄餅意粉等等,與好友研究一番後,就即刻落單點選食物;率先登場的--焗開邊澳洲龍蝦,好友與我分別選了蒜蓉及芝士焗製(每人只限一客);接近3隻手掌長度的開邊澳洲龍蝦,單看其68元的價錢,已十分值回票價!由於那如雪般白嫩的蝦肉量真的多,可與好友交換了兩款調味的蝦肉來品嚐一下,發覺蒜蓉味的較突出鮮味,芝士味的較突出肉味,各有各好!食材本身優質,焗製的火候得宜,得以令龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,實讓人太享受那啖啖肉的美妙滋味!更甚者,龍蝦頭的豐潤蝦膏配搭著芝士,既滑溜又鹹香鮮美,回韻醇厚!跟著上來的蒜蓉扇貝,貝肉甘鮮爽滑,有蒜蓉的加持,更突顯那海洋氣息,讓停留在舌尖的美味充滿活力!但更完美的--蟶子王,其做法充滿心思!蟶子王處理得十分乾淨,白淨脆彈的肉質也清鮮可口,細緻的味感在咀嚼間不經意散發開來!融合了牛油的金針菇,再吸收了蟶子王的鮮味,其豐富的味道,爽滑的質感,美味程度也不亞於作為主角的蟶子王,以令整個口感很完美!黑松露菌蝦多士,餐廳炮製如此「邪惡」的食物真是手到拿來!黑松露醬的霸氣,芝蔴香的旁白,蝦膠肉的甜美爽彈,炸多士的油潤香脆,四合為一,層次分明又互相融匯,其味美之甚個人給予五星!墨西哥薄餅芝士雞肉,薄薄的外皮烘烤到很脆,整個肉餡味道複雜兼帶點煙燻氣息--拉絲的芝士鹹香軟糯,雞肉也足夠的嫩滑,小黃椒甜中帶微辣,層次感十足!再上來串燒類的--鹽燒白鱔,燒得皮脆肉滑,調味恰當,鹽燒的鹹味褪其腥留其美,鱔皮的油份更是討喜味蕾!大京蔥有孜然粉的點綴,啖出了甜味來,尤其當中的水份滋潤,更覺爽脆,加上那微微的辛味(或蘸上餐廳秘製的酸辣醬更加放大本身的辛辣),不一樣的美味!選了多孜然+小辣的韮菜,雖然過了當造季節,但這三種味道的融合,依然是時下串燒食物中不可或缺的美味體驗!餐廳另外贈送的燒墨西哥黃椒,水份充足,燒得甜中帶辣,外皮帶來的煙燻味增加了味感,讓人吃得過癮!最後埋單時才知原來新張期間免加一,好友與我都讚賞有加,一來食物質素很高,二來服務也很貼心,不愧是與朋友食燒烤聚會的好地方!…Read More
