九龍城出名多美食,難得和夫人來到這裡,當然要留低食晚飯啦!泰菜,清真菜都是九龍城非常出名的美食,今日夫人就推薦我嘗試一間又平又好味嘅泰國菜,興隆泰國美食。我們叫了六道菜,串燒:雞翼、牛肉、豬肉各一。味道不錯,不會燒燒得太乾太硬。豬肉生菜包:極品!食過最好食嘅生菜包。生菜新鮮是基本,豬肉碎加入左飯焦粒?所以比其他店做得更香及有粒粒脆的感覺。力推!蟹肉炒飯:上品,有鑊氣,蟹肉亦清香,新鮮蟹肉嗎?不知道,但是夠好味了。青木瓜沙律:一般,食不出櫻花蝦,也沒有蝦肉,木瓜不夠清爽。青咖喱雞:上品,夠香,不太油,夠辣,有水準之作蒜蓉包:極品,又香又脆又熱,即整即食,沒有在其他餐廳食過如此美味的蒜容包。極力推:豬肉生菜包及蒜蓉包滿足地走出店外,我知道我和夫人會再來的。…Read More

九龍城宵夜泰國野一路都是喜愛的食物之一,這間興隆泰國美食都食過好幾次。呢晚叫了冬陰公,青咖哩,香葉牛肉炒河,蒜蓉包同一枝象啤。冬陰公叫了小辣,口味適合我倆,是偏向酸的,沒有加很多椰奶,不錯。另外也有不少蝦,蝦是新鮮,因為很彈牙。青咖哩也叫了小辣,配雞肉,及用來點蒜蓉包食。青咖啡有大量茄子。茄子入味。另一半很喜歡,說煮得好,又不算辣,雞肉也算足夠。香葉牛肉炒河就一般,雖然鑊氣夠,但牛肉不好,河偏油,青豆,紅蘿蔔粒多,沒太大特色。總括來說不錯,野食配象啤當宵夜,又不算貴,nice。…Read More

呢間鋪如果路經此地只睇外裝,一定唔會選佢。因為簡陋的裝修加上大排當式的圓凳,真係好難吸引到人經過食佢。但往往就係呢類鋪頭先食得出驚喜,呢到可以話由晚上7點開始旺到1點都仲有客。 作為為食的我地緊係只吃食物唔吃裝修啦! 只要你唔介意流水式作業,包你呢餐一定話正。今次我地就叫左生蝦、豬頸肉、青咖哩牛肉、蒜蓉包、飛天通菜。落單5分鐘左右就先上左個生蝦可以食住先啦![為食推介]生蝦 - 極力推介!!蝦鮮、肥!個汁仲精彩,有青辣汁同平時點紅色果隻。個青辣汁係仲辣,愛辣之人必試!而平昤果個都好帶到成個味出黎。因為廚房細所以之後d野都要得大約10分鐘到先黎,但都算上得快。先介紹青咖哩牛肉 - 唔食得辣叫呢個岩岩好,細細的辣好香咖喱味。但牛肉過曬火,我建議你地食雞會好d。蒜蓉包 - 中規中矩,幾香脆但又未叫有驚喜,點過咖喱汁食次後係好食幾倍。[為食推介]碳燒豬頸肉 - 又一極力推介!!平昤食豬頸肉多數只有肉無乜肥膏,但呢碟果係每件都痴住少少肥膏位。味道極香,入口味濃。就好似食手切牛腩如果走肥會點呀?呢個肥膏真係精髓所在,而個汁都係好配個豬頸肉,少少辣好醒神!仲有個飛天通菜唔記得影相,好食的香、爽脆,如果係叫菜呢個都係一個好選擇。之後仲叩左個青檸7同椰青。埋單2個人$340/4個餸+1個小食+2個野飲我覺得價錢算ok,因為食到個質量。…Read More

這個晚上,心血來潮想吃泰菜。九龍城是必然之選,然而想吃多款泰菜,又想價錢廉宜,在九龍城也有必然的難度。以前曾吃過興隆泰國,記起它的低廉價錢,當時想,如果來到到九龍城,會再訪小店的。大約晚上九時來到,幾乎坐無虛席。食店面積不大,而且空調不足,一邊吃辣辣泰菜,一邊在拭汗。剛好在店舖內有兩位,我和友人即時內進享用美食。因為記憶中,興隆的泰菜美味程度,已經可以蓋過空調不足的缺點。當晚店內有一位泰籍店員(疑似老板?)很殷勤招待!他非常熱情介紹生蝦,以前和友人也吃過, 因為我對生蝦不是非常熱烈喜愛,上次要友人自己一人啃了成碟生蝦。雖然爽口,調味汁也很豐富,但要一人之力吃盡,試過也怕怕。於是今晚就跳過生蝦,嘗試其他菜式。很喜歡這裏的蒜蓉包,焗得非常香脆!蒜蓉包的香味,即使在漱過漱口水後仍然存在... 今晚就試了五款菜式: 燒烏頭($65):以前吃過烏頭和鰂魚,個人比較愛吃烏頭,喜歡它肉質結實。可能這晚上的食客太多,烏頭不夠從前的多香草(從中烏頭的魚肚位置,會釀入大量香草),吃起來不夠香味。幸好魚皮燒得香脆,魚肉味能夠緊緊鎖住在魚複中,吃起甘香無比。整條魚是極速之間清理了! 炸蝦餅($48):$48 有四個蝦餅,八個半件。蝦肉爽口彈牙,外面金黃香脆,沾上特配的酸辣汁,中和了蝦餅的熱氣感,也提升了蝦的鮮味!上枱時熱辣辣,要吃要趁熱。 青木瓜沙律($25):青木瓜,給了我一個美麗的誤會。我誤以為青木瓜等同木瓜,誰知上枱後不是黃黃橙橙的木瓜絲,換了青色的食材。幸好青木瓜非常爽脆,清清淡淡,正中跟晚餐中的炸物作出了中和,減低了油膩感。木瓜絲配以辣椒和疑似魚露的汁液,吃起來有些辛辣,非常新奇。 蒜蓉包 ($15):蒜蓉包 $15 有 5 件,平均是 $3 一大片,算是價錢適中。香味非常強烈,雖然明知蒜蓉包卡路里很高。但美食當前,如何忍口?值得一讚是疑似老板的泰籍店員,見我和友人和 蒜蓉包,便熱情地拿了一碟沙爹汁給我們。 平時要沙爹汁,是要錢買的,但今天疑似老板的泰籍店員私人醒了醬汁給我們,即時搽一些在蒜蓉包上,非常之惹味!完全是高層次的享受!感謝該疑似老板的泰籍店員的熱情招待和禮貌,以及他的推薦! 泰式炒飯($35):有肉片,菜心,蕃茄,洋蒽,雞蛋以及一些泰式香料炒成。離遠已經聞到非常香,賣相也十分吸引!炒飯不算太油膩,而且粒粒也炒得很均勻。店內有另外一位華裔女店員,比較少笑容。但基本服務都做到,這裏賣點是食物和特色!結賬時,只是 $188!非常超值, 平時要吃這樣高質素的食物,恐怕要上三百元了。惟有一樣是環境請改善,店內抽氣不太足夠。而其他也是超水準完成的。隱世小店的興隆泰國美食,請加油!…Read More
