澳門一向是我的後花園,只需花費一二千元便可訂間心儀酒店渡過兩至三天悠閒假期;並且四處享用當地美食,確實一樂也。而今疫情關係世界各國皆封關,惟有阿Q精神找間葡國菜的餐廳當作一解思念情懷。時代廣場十三樓原來有間食葡菜食館,其裝修令我仿似置身於澳門。而餐牌上看見二人乳豬套餐正是我懷念的葡式食品,毫不疑地落單。是日餐湯(南瓜忌廉湯)買相OK,味道一般沒有太大驚喜。小食拼盤拼盤有辣蝦柚子沙律、墨魚球、芝士馬介休薯球和芝士脆豬包各二件。兩種丸子炸得金黄,買相吸引。墨魚球爽口彈牙,咬落好多墨魚肉。而薯球用了馬介休和芝士,有鹹香魚味和芝士味。爽脆鲜蝦配上些微辣椒粉能提升食慾。沙律菜亦新鲜。乳豬件乳豬以各種香料醃製,味道唔錯。以燒烤烹調不但能鎖住肉汁,咬落嫩滑唔鞋口;最重要是皮脆香口,配埋D醬汁十分惹味。蝦子松露意粉醬汁以蝦子松露調製所以味覺非常濃郁,意粉亦好有口感;混埋一齊來吃是唔錯組合,不過一定要熱食否則便會感覺會好漏。葡撻撻皮鬆化蛋味香,上面焦糖不會太甜是我喜愛。熱情果疏打甜甜酸酸的熱情果和冰凍疏打水混合一起清凉解渴,亦能舒解一下濃郁嘅味道,不致太滯口。…Read More

現在疫情末過,除了在家煮就會叫外買;但往往都揀中式、西式、甚至會幫襯粥麵舖。今次偶然見到時代廣場十三樓有間以葡菜做買點,突然勾起以往經常去澳門找美食的日子;一於入內嘆番個葡式精選下午茶餐。這個下午茶套餐售價$168,是二人價錢收費合理。大大個芝士咖哩牛肉包採用脆猪仔包,外脆內軟。本來咖喱已很惹味,再混入芝士特別濃耶;夾上牛肉來吃與傳统澳門豬排包別有一番風味。葡撻撻皮鬆化蛋味香濃,面上的焦糖味美;最重要是不會太甜,是我的至愛。芝心薯仔馬介休球炸得香脆,內裏薯蓉軟綿綿混入芝士和小小馬介休食落唔覺滯口。沙梨頭手打墨魚餅用料算足夠,非常彈口是唔錯的小食。椰香奶凍是惟一的甜點,椰奶味濃郁很香很滑;甜度適中,有意外驚喜。因這個是二人餐,除了個包外其他食品皆有兩件和包一壺花茶;但可惜因外買只能提供兩杯飲品。…Read More

星期一約了幾位朋友吃飯, 在銅鑼灣時代廣場食通天隨便找找, 見到"澳門"就突然很想吃葡撻!! 很久都沒吃了餐廳很有格調, 是西式的裝橫, 坐下我很快就想好要吃葡撻、豬扒包!!紫玫瑰花   : 最近要養生, 晚上又不敢喝澴茶, 所以點了紫玫瑰花 , 超級多玫瑰, 壺嘴很小, 不用擔心玫瑰花會倒出來~ 葡撻 : 我最喜歡就是它上面甜甜的焦糖面, 蛋撻滑, 有焦糖香, 吃完想再多吃一件~豬扒包 : 份量很多!!! 原來還有薯角, 一定要跟朋友分享! 豬扒有肉汁一大塊, 麵包乾身很脆另外還點了椰香雞湯米  : 要快點吃, 因為米粉是比較吸收水份的, 放久一點會變成"撈麵" , 湯汁充滿椰香, 很邪惡>< 上面有一些油條片, 即刻吃盲可以又有點脆, 又吸收了椰香。雞件也挺多份量!強烈建議要跟朋友分享, 每個菜分量也不少, 吃了葡撻又勾起我的心癮, 經常想再吃~…Read More

今日到時代廣場的食通天搵食,有好多餐廳可選擇,我們最後選擇了比較少食的澳門菜。雖然澳門好近香港,但都好幾年無去啦,所以就食門菜當自己走轉澳門吧。餐廳用上我至愛的Tiffany Blue做主色,及用上澳門出名的花紋圖案磁磚,令整體更加有澳門的風味。餐廳座位闊落,光猛,2 個人都可以安排卡位,坐得舒服。餐廳的餐牌同餐具的顏色都是用藍色好主。餐廳提供了好多澳門出名的菜式。因為太掛住澳門的豬扒包,所以是必叫的。餐廳的除了普通經典豬扒包,還有幾款特式豬扒包,如辣肉腸松露芝士,馬介休蝦籽滑蛋,乳豬脆包。我們選了經典的一款,雖然價錢比外面的貴,但份量很大,足夠2個人食,還配有薯角及沙律,不錯啊!豬扒包上枱熱啦啦,好細心切開2份,方便大家分享。包皮脆身,豬扒還有肉汁,煎得不過火,不乾身,配上沙律醬同生菜,好味。連配角薯角都炸得香脆。老公選擇了咖哩雞飯,份量十足,咖哩汁香濃,雞件嫩滑,好岩送飯。最後再飽都要點多個葡撻滿足一下,餐廳有4款葡撻提供(焦糖,奶黃流心,咖啡及鮮橙檸檬)我們要了焦糖及咖啡,葡撻熱啦啦,酥皮層次分明,有蛋香。而咖啡的那個雖然外表唔吸引,但多了一份香濃咖啡味,咖啡控一定要試下。食了咖啡葡撻,我們還配上一杯cappuccino,真係prefer match 呀!今餐真係好滿足,未有時間去轉澳門,就這樣當一下吧!…Read More
