之前在路德圍有分店時,一直未有機會一試以為無緣試她們的招牌雞髀,但原來她在大窩口也有分店既然樓下冰室的招牌是瑞士雞髀,當然要叫一客來試試瑞士雞髀配薯角$43雞脾很掛汁,色澤油潤看起來也很飽滿瑞士汁的味道偏甜,應該是傳統瑞士汁風格?雞髀肉質不柴不嚡也不乾軟腍,肉質算是嫩滑薯角略有調味,不會太鹹有薯味,少少外脆內軟但個人喜歡更脆一點,炸的時間再長一點更好冰室另一項必食之選,又可以一試冰室的功力西多士$30面本來有一片未溶將溶的方形牛油,但已被友人用刀一抺,平均地塗滿在西多士上再淋上糖漿塗勻外層炸至金黃,麵包軟熟不會太油淋淋,只是未夠香脆但不太吃到蛋香蛋味,也看不到一絲絲的蛋絲中間是粗粒花生醬,有口感, 花生味算突出,起碼比起上次的「牛奶冰室」更有花生味芝士煎蛋豬扒包$35豬扒包的包是奶油豬奶油豬烤得香脆,而且包也夠軟熟,所以做到外脆內軟而即使不立即吃,也維持到香脆口感另外店家應該有搽上牛油才烘,所以也夠香豬扒包的配料也極豐富,除了厚實的豬扒還有煎蛋,芝士,蕃茄和生菜主角豬扒厚實,沒有羶味嫩滑,不嚡不柴不乾蕃茄和生菜也新鮮而且處理得也不錯,所以有較濕的食材,例如生菜和蕃茄也不會令包太濕爛蔥油雞扒雞扒上海麵$46雞扒也是很大的一塊,蔥油也不少,也油潤有蔥油香還配上少量椰菜減低一下油膩感雞扒有略煎過,所以有一點香脆也有點調味,帶有鹹香雞扒也算厚,嫩滑沒有羶味店家也很細心,沒有用即食麵因為已經有蔥油,再用即食麵便會油上加油取而代之,用上少有的上海麵配上來也不會不搭,吃上來也會很順口只是上海麵煮得有點淋,不夠爽口彈牙以下是4個下午茶餐配的4杯飲品華田脆脆;紅豆奶茶話梅柑桔蜜;熱菜蜜華田脆脆$10也是不會太甜,但華田味也很出面的脆脆真的很脆,也很甜紅豆奶茶$10紅豆煮得夠淋,也不會太甜,但不是綿密奶茶也夠香濃而且滑,沒有太大驚喜話梅柑桔蜜, 雖然是點了凍的,但第一口喝是温的…Read More

冰室愈開愈多,是香港人的恩物,全因用一個划算的價錢就能吃到大量的食物,真的很有滿足感。之前在荃灣逛街也發現了不少冰室,逛過路德圍,有不少美食在那兒,聽說一間叫「樓下冰室」的餐廳很有名,但這天不在那邊,而是近悅來坊的荃薈商場那邊,吃完晚飯後便和朋友在悅來坊逛逛。裡面的裝潢十分有懷舊風格,「士多」和「茶檔」等字眼都令人想起香港的經典。樓下冰室的蕃茄濃湯通粉十分有名,可選一餸、兩餸、三餸,也可選擇搭配各類特色小食。單點的小食種類也有不少,來到冰室當然要嚐很多款小食,有特色又便宜。不想吃小食的人也可選擇吃主食。不少冰室都會有一些特飲,這裡則有華田脆脆,其實即是阿華田表面有些阿華田粉,口感脆卜卜,阿華田則有很濃的朱古力味,不會只有死甜。除了經典的紅豆冰,這裡還有數款特飲,譬如是紅綠椰冰。紅綠椰冰即是紅豆加綠豆的椰汁冰,還真是第一次試這款飲品,紅豆加綠豆竟然真是不錯的配搭,紅豆有補血的作用,綠豆則有清熱的作用。這裏最有名的是蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋,貌似沒什麼特別,其實蕃茄湯的蕃茄味十分濃郁!能感覺到不是罐頭湯,而是新鮮蕃茄弄出來的湯蕃茄湯也不會很酸。牛乳炒蛋滑溜溜的,新鮮熱辣。說是德國什腸,我當然不能確定它們是否真的全部都來自德國,姑勿論是否真的來自德國,味道倒是挺好的,有芝士腸、司華力腸和德國肉腸。麻辣脆雞粒真的非常好吃!本以為會沒什麼特別,事實卻不是如此。每一件都辣辣的,卻不會令人受不了啊,連我這個不太能吃辣的人也覺得辣得很滋味雞件非常脆,也不會讓炸粉覆蓋雞件太大部分的範圍。瑞士雞髀是這裏必吃的食物,瑞士汁非常多,甜甜的味道在口中徘徊,極度推薦雞肉也嫩滑的,將它切開,每一件都能沾上瑞士汁,又甜又好吃。西多士則比較遜色,表面有一層牛油,中間是花生醬,份量足夠,只是不夠脆,多士也沒有很熱,扣了一點分。…Read More
