上星期係婆婆生日,老人家做生日,就最喜歡食中餐! 所以我上網做左好多功課,揀左一間出名既粵菜同婆婆做生日! 駿景軒 - 多年既米之蓮一星食府! 好早以前都聽過大名,原來近年搬左去皇后大道東果面!當晚我地book左7點,都幾多人,上到去見到裝修好有高級粵菜館既風格。門口見到尊典雅的白玉觀音像,背面有精緻木雕,右邊掛上"駿景軒"名牌,簡單得來好有格調!臺面既鋪陳好簡潔,望落餐具都好高級,好靚!呢餐生日飯,婆婆交比我發板叫餸,佢話想食d傳統+辣野! 既然係咁…當然先黎個廣式靚湯啦:杏汁白肺湯 - 相信白肺湯,係街外都買少見少,但就算係有,我都未必敢飲! 但婆婆近來有d咳,所以每人叫左碗黎飲! 個湯底煲到奶白色,好香,帶住絲絲既杏仁味,但唔會太搶! 重點係個白肺一d都唔騷,一定反覆洗左好多次先有咁既效果,食落好似食緊豬肚咁! 呢盅湯,無得頂啊!頭盤 - 飲完靚湯,當然要食下d頭盤啦! 我揀左個口水雞! 不同于出面,呢度既口水雞既汁係另上,怕辣既可以點少d汁! 實話講口水雞出面食得多,但呢度係唔同d! 雞皮滑兼彈牙,肉雖然唔多,但好有雞味,相信係用新鮮雞整先有咁既效果! 出面食到既口水雞雖然多肉,但大多係雪雞,層次係幾回事!粵菜 1 - 終於到主菜啦! 當然要試先試粵菜啦! 我叫左最普通既菠蘿咕嚕肉! 識食既一定知呢味菜最考功夫,菜式雖然普通,但整得好食既好少! 呢度既咕嚕肉,炸炸唔厚,面脆肉嫩,最重要個汁掛晒係每樣料上面,基本上食晒成碟,碟面好干淨,高水準啊! 汁甜甜酸酸,好開胃!粵菜2 - 瓦罉焗胡椒蝦 - 呢味是當晚主菜, 雖然胡椒係基本野,蝦係普通海鮮,但用瓦罉黎焗, 呢種傳統做法,唔係一般餐廳可以食到! 用瓦罉黎焗,可以將胡椒既香味迫入蝦度,而且瓦罉保溫好好,蝦肉剛剛熟,但唔會老! 又係一味菜式普通, 但味道唔簡單既菜式,極品!新派粵菜 - 黑松露野菌安格式牛柳粒 - 新式粵菜,炒得安格式牛柳粒,當然用貴價露筍伴碟,加上不同既野菌,用黑松黎炒,非常惹味,有別一般粵菜既食法!改良版粵菜 - 黑醋珠蟹肉帶子炒鮮奶 - 呢道係今晚最正既主菜,婆婆最種意,似係大良炒鮮奶既改良&創新版本! 有別于一般既炒鮮奶,呢味餸唔落炸粉炸,所以表面唔係脆口!初先食仲以為係炒蛋白,但口感無咁削,較彈牙,口感好好,但奶味唔算濃,好正!至于同炒鮮奶一齊炒既,有好大梳既蟹肉,肉身好有質感,似係花蟹肉! 另外仲有大大粒既帶子,相當新鮮!最特別既係配上黑醋珠,應該似係魚子之類既野,酸酸地,好特別,都係第一次食!* 整體呢道餸真係食到,完全顯示到星級既功架,應該拿得獎! 無得頂!川菜 - 酸菜桂花魚 - yeah! 終於到我最期待既川菜啦! 婆婆鐘意食魚,就叫左最基本既酸菜桂花魚! 又再一次平凡菜式,見不平凡既水準! 以往係好多地方食過酸菜魚,唔係魚骨多,就係魚好腥,或者酸菜無味,又或湯底死辣太鹹! 但呢次食既酸菜魚都係一流:魚片薄,明顯廚師刀工好好;而且桂花魚雖然多骨,但今次食既魚片一條骨都唔見,好勁啊! 魚片鮮,肉質嫩。 酸菜底未好夠,唔識點形容種酸味,但就係好夠味,好夠酸,十分醒胃! 湯底唔會鹹,基本吸收左酸菜既味,已經令到個湯好濃郁,我都忍唔住飲多幾啖,真係好好味!今餐婆婆食得好開心,話樣樣都好好食! 見到婆婆食得開心就好啦,婆婆身體健康,下年帶你再食過!…Read More

每逢家庭聚會,吃的都是中菜。尤其家人長年在外,吃一頓正宗美味的中菜,實在有難度。今次選擇了米芝蓮推介的中菜餐廳,一慰家人對中菜的思念,哈哈!餐廳位於酒店內,進酒店上一層。餐廳面積不算大,但裝潢簡潔大方,以米黃色為主調。設有幾間廂房,牆邊刻有精緻的木雕圖案,還有球形的玻璃吊燈為餐廳添了不少貴氣呢!值得一提是餐具十分講究,每個客人都有兩對筷子,方便用餐呢!⭐️是日老火例湯$88是日例湯是花旗蔘三珍煲豬肘,簡簡單單一盅滋補湯羹,卻喝到家的味道。淡淡的花旗蔘甘香,配料有海底椰、花旗蔘、川貝和豬肘,豬肘肉嫩無渣,十分滋補,不俗。⭐️杏汁燉白肺湯$90平時很少喝杏汁,杏汁甜品也很少聽吃。杏汁味道香濃,但輕易喧賓奪主。這盅杏汁燉白肺湯下恰到好處,杏香馥郁,入口甘醇,和白肺十分協調,最滿意是豬肺,嫩滑無比呢!⭐️黑醋珠蟹肉帶子炒鮮奶$328這道菜式是餐廳的創新菜式。一大碗白色的蛋白鮮奶,既似泡沫又像雲朵,一碰輕輕軟軟的,入口輕盈,絕不像在吃炒鮮奶。鮮奶裡頭還裹了一撮一撮的鮮蟹肉,配搭鮮帶子,啖啖鮮味,略顯寡淡,幸好黑醋珠調味,味道恰到好處。⭐️酸菜桂魚片$308這味酸菜桂魚片是四川名菜,我在內地吃過一次,雖麻中帶辣,魚片嫩滑,可惜湯底盡是辣椒油和辣椒,實在有點吃不慣。但眼前的一大碗酸菜桂魚片,份量多,湯底呈奶黃,入口甘醇不覺麻辣,魚片鮮甜爽脆,配搭酸菜,口感酸甜微辣,很開胃呢!⭐️菠蘿咕嚕肉$178咕嚕肉是我的最愛,必點!粒粒咕嚕肉金黃酥脆,大小相若,咬一口,外脆內嫩,吃起來酸酸甜甜,就愛這種酸甜滋味,再吃一口菠蘿,實在滿足呢!⭐️正宗四川擔擔麵$48這碗擔擔麵的湯頭香濃,伴點麻香,以四川菜來說,它的辣不過是BB辣,但足以令我滿足!幼滑的麵條吸附惹味的湯汁,香而不辣,滋味無窮!⭐️上湯雲吞$98 這客雲吞只有六顆,索價$98實在稱不上便宜呢!不過湯頭清澈,雲吞粒粒分明亮澤,皮薄滑,嚐一口,蝦肉彈牙,妹妹最喜歡吃了,哈哈!▫️作為米芝蓮餐廳,唯一挑剔的是賣相不夠精緻吸引,不過食物完全彌補這項不足,菜式質素毫不遜色,每道菜都很有水準呢!…Read More

昨晚準時放工,朋友駕著他的車子接我下班,然後我問他「今晚我們去那裡?」他簡單回答駿景軒,我沒聽錯吧,他說一星米芝蓮中菜駿景軒。把車泊好,去到駿景軒門口我才知道他真的不是說笑。入坐後,店員詢問我們想喝甚麼茶,這裡的茶選擇挺多的,有龍井,鐵觀音,菊花等,朋友交給我決定,我就選菊花,以免晚上喝濃烈的茶而睡不著,菊花溫和多了。我們先淺嚐酸辣海鮮羹,海鮮羹用料豐富,每一匙羹都可撈起蝦肉,帶子等配料,而且非常鮮甜。湯羹其酸辣香氣十足,光是聞已讓我口水一湧而出,那迷人的酸辣滋味剛好,令我們胃口大開。紅油雲吞滑彈的外皮配上鮮香飽滿的菜肉內餡,吃起來飽足感十足。雲吞稍微久放一點特製的紅油,讓外皮可吸附更多醬汁,雲吞帶點微微酸辣,又有點肉的鮮美,肉汁豐富,齒頰留香。養顏至上的我怎會錯過黑醋珠蟹肉帶子炒鮮奶,果然它沒有令我失望。黑醋珠在白滑的炒鮮奶上如寶石般耀眼生輝,鮮奶火喉恰到好處,混合絲絲的蟹肉滑溜好入口,再嚼一口柔嫩的帶子,清甜餘韻不絕,女生定必愛上。酸菜桂魚片特別將桂魚片去除所有骨刺,客人方便進食,魚肉細緻滑嫩,甘甜無比,真的很讚。酸菜湯除必備的酸菜,小青辣椒外,駿景軒的還加入薑片,炒香的蒜片,蔥花及青芹加持,湯底酸中帶小辣,味道層次豐富,好喝極了。菠蘿咕嚕肉色彩繽紛,絕對是視覺的享受,一口可嚼的咕嚕肉經酥炸後香脆十足,再以菠蘿,青椒,紅椒及洋蔥香炒,淋上酸甜的醬汁,開胃又美味,很快就一掃而空,大滿足的晚餐。…Read More

多謝朋友搭線幫忙才可以成功轉工,所以請了佢去灣仔的駿景軒食一餐貴價中菜。先來一人一盅的杏汁燉白肺湯,豬肺無一點雜質味,洗得非常乾淨,而且非常腍滑,杏仁味又不會太濃蓋過湯本身的鮮味,配搭比例剛好,整個湯鮮甜無比,潤肺養身。之後再上了黑醋珠蟹肉帶子炒鮮奶,炒鮮奶裏面夾雜住一梳梳的蟹肉,油份不多人,而且炒得很滑,帶子大隻且表面微煎,裏面嫩腍,加些醋作調味可減輕膩感。酸菜桂魚片一大鍋酸菜湯裏面浸著桂魚片,酸菜不會太酸,咸味適中,還帶點辣,桂魚片每片切得一樣厚薄,魚肉嫩滑鮮甜,配酸菜真係一絕。菠蘿咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉外脆內軟,酸味調較恰當,肉質很腍,加上三椒菠蘿配菜,非常開胃。最後食埋個四川擔擔麵,擔擔麵即使放左幾個字,麵質都唔會發水脹及變腍,而且不會糊口,帶點麻辣味之餘,又有很香的花生醬味。…Read More
