約了朋友到銅鑼灣登龍街1-29號金朝陽中心2期Midtown1樓的紅樓吃晚餐, 紅樓是一間新派摩登中菜館, 裝修風格以工業風和中國的元素混合一起, 店內以紅、黑色為主調, 還放滿各種特色畫作,再加入霓虹燈元素, 懷舊與時尚融為一體。 餐牌菜式種類多,除了主餐牌之外,還有一個餐牌叫impossible menu, 裏面有一些植物肉的菜式, 我點了兩款來試下,一口植物肉煎餃$62和菠蘿咕嚕植物肉 $168,還有香檳金蝦餃$52,招牌黑豚肉叉燒有機蛋飯$138,太極馬拉糕$42。香檳金蝦餃~ 粉紅色的蝦餃皮, 掃上高貴的金粉, 少女味爆燈。 皮薄餡靚, 蝦肉大大粒而爽口, 非常吸引。一口植物肉煎餃~植物肉是全植物製造的,用料包括大豆、馬鈴薯蛋白和大豆血紅素。 外層金黃色的煎餃, 雖然餡料是素食, 但味道跟免治牛肉很相似。菠蘿咕嚕植物肉~ 色彩繽紛的菜式, 將植物肉做到跟傳統的咕嚕肉一樣, 配上三色椒和菠蘿伴碟, 食落不油膩, 味道甜甜酸酸的, 開胃又惹味。招牌黑豚肉叉燒有機蛋飯~ 叉燒肥瘦適中, 熱辣辣軟綿綿的口感, 再加上一隻流心蛋, 非常推介。太極馬拉糕~ 精緻的外貌, 有兩種顏色, 味道分別是原味和黑芝麻味, 甜度適中。紅樓是一間新派粵菜, 地點方便, 服務周到, 食物高質, 值得再光顧。…Read More
