早兩日蛇竇要結業嘅消息流出,小編就知道係時候要去試吓bookmark咗好耐嘅滑蛋叉燒飯啦😞因為再唔試就真係可能永遠都冇機會試😩不過可惜小編去到嗰日一早已經賣晒,可能真係有緣無份啦🥺但好彩是日最後一盤菠蘿包都俾小編試到,都算冇咁遺憾😉樂香園係1950年代開業,聽聞因為當初環境隱蔽,吸引左中環嘅打工一族去蛇王,所以又有蛇竇嘅稱號😚店舖有兩大名物必試,分別係滑蛋叉燒飯同雞批🤫-🍴粟米肉粒飯雖然小編今次食唔到佢哋個滑蛋叉燒飯,不過粟米肉粒飯亦有驚喜。金黃色嘅粟米肉粒茨汁🌽鋪滿晒成個飯面🍚,非常吸引。味道方面,茨汁入口有好重香甜嘅粟米味😋而且目測粟米份量都算幾多,絕對係真材實料🤗另外,粟米肉粒嘅質感亦偏向比較杰身,撈飯一流😚雖然啲肉粒入口嘅質感就比較嚡口,不過入口仍然可以食得出有肉香味😝整體來講粟米肉粒飯真係非常好食,話佢係小編生平食過最好味嘅粟米肉粒飯一啲都唔誇張😎所以如果大家都同小編一樣同滑蛋叉燒飯緣慳一面,都可以考慮吓試吓呢個吖😁-🍴菠蘿包菠蘿包🍍新鮮熱辣辣啱啱出爐,所以攞上手嘅時候仲係暖暖地架,嗅落亦都帶有少少菠蘿嘅香味😯菠蘿包入口估唔到真係食到有菠蘿嘅香味,而且麵包亦都比較大個😳食起嚟口感暨鬆軟又厚實,唔係空氣包,所以絕對抵食☺️另外,菠蘿包表面嗰層菠蘿皮會做得比較厚身,所以入口亦相對會比較脆😉整體來講菠蘿包絕對抵食,而且食到有菠蘿味亦都係驚喜位😚-🍴熱奶茶熱奶茶☕️入口非常香滑,帶有濃濃嘅茶香味但又唔澀🥰香濃嘅茶葉味又會夾雜着有少少淡奶嘅味道,即使唔額外加糖都唔會覺得好難入口😙而且飲每一啖奶茶口腔都會留有茶葉嘅香味喺度徘徊,真係好好飲😌只可惜小編發現得實在太遲啦🤧…Read More

我之前經過中環機利文新街,見到呢間懷舊茶餐廳,對我哋後輩嚟講,反而有一份新鮮感;原來呢度就係蛇竇!我分開兩個星期六嚟幫襯。第一次:(下午茶) 蛋撻 + 熱好立克 $17.5第二次:(午餐) 腿蛋治 + 菠蘿包 + 熱杏仁霜 $28.5蛋撻:$4.5不論堂食抑或外賣呢度都係同價,出面有茶餐廳堂食貴 $1~ $2。蛋撻烘焗得恰到好處,撻邊及撻底無焗燶!牛油撻皮有牛油香味,撻身夠薄;一咬開,見到中間蛋漿份量不少,有蛋香、夠滑,亦無小氣孔!甜味適中,食起嚟好鬆化。我始終覺得牛油蛋撻係好食過酥皮蛋撻!因為酥皮蛋撻要做得好,先要條件係酥皮夠多層兼要鬆化!唔係度度食到令人滿意嘅酥皮蛋撻。熱好立克 :$13儘管天氣有幾熱以及時間有幾趕,我依然堅持飲熱飲!因為可以飲出淡奶嘅真正濃度,唔會受冰而影響。凍飲嘅冰會破壞質感,變得水汪汪!以肥肥矮矮嘅杯盛住,慢慢品嚐箇中味道,奶落得夠多,水夠熱,夠帶出好立克特有香味!凍好立克未必感受得到!腿蛋治 :$12我發覺呢度每枱食客都會叫蛋類有關嘅食物,例如:滑蛋蝦仁飯、滑蛋叉燒飯、滑蛋牛肉飯、蛋治。蛋治 $11,腿蛋治 $12,唔爭在俾多 $1 食埋火腿。 我見同枱女食客叫咗蛋治,起碼成 1cm 厚嘅滑蛋,睇到我都心郁!先講方包,雖然只係普通方包,勝在夠軟熟,夾蛋果一面搽咗牛油,蛋係滑蛋,但唔算多,亦唔覺油,又有蛋香;當然不及澳洲牛奶公司咁正啦!牛油嘅咸味配合淡味雞蛋,確實好夾!至於火腿,喺出面有啲茶餐廳嘅火腿凍冰冰,照放落三文治入面。呢度嘅火腿係熱嘅,應該係淼過水,表面無油漬亦無煎過嘅痕跡。雖然加咗 $1 多塊火腿,但係蛋嘅份量少咗起碼一半!:(菠蘿包 :$3.5呢個菠蘿包真係好抵食!面頭嘅菠蘿脆皮明顯比其他西餅店嘅更厚!給予我一份驚喜,就係未食已經嗅到一陣清甜菠蘿香味!成個菠蘿包無落到菠蘿片,相信脆皮部分加咗菠蘿汁。食落去都有菠蘿味,新鮮出爐不久,仲係暖暖地,但略嫌唔夠熱;包質密度高,食起嚟仍然軟熟,外脆內軟,無可厚非令人回味!值得推介!熱杏仁霜:$13同以肥肥矮矮嘅杯盛住,我飲熱杏仁霜通常落一茶匙糖,呢度係用糖罌,棄用糖包,雖然環保,但易受潮!我見罌入面有些糖凝結成一大粒。攪勻一飲,先係聞唔到杏仁味,跟住飲唔出杏仁味,飲到底才有些少杏仁味,怕且只係落得一茶匙,難怪好似飲緊奶水! 如果落夠兩殼,杏仁味更香更濃又夠滑!我喺度食嘢一陣間,聽到有趣嘅暗語:熱好立克 - 「好力」菠蘿油 - 「加油」幾有鼓勵作用呀!大家做嘢都會落力啲啦!:)…Read More

還記得蛇竇結業前虛冚熱鬧,相隔不足半年,又另覓新舖重開。與舊址一樣,分上下兩層,環境較以前光猛乾淨,連碗筷也是新的,但地方就細了很多,所以舖面排了等位及外買的人龍。滑蛋叉燒飯是每次指定必叫之選,今次也不例如。周遭十之八九的食客也是滑蛋叉燒飯,黃黃的炒蛋及又多又大塊的叉燒十分吸引,反觀我們的,炒蛋顏色帶點焦黑,叉燒,飯身又腍,破壞了它在我心目中的美好形象。粟米肉粒飯-將粟米湯用水開稀,效果太濕,像湯飯般似的,味道又太甜。菠蘿包-酥皮的細紋不夠清晰可見,欠缺鬆脆外,也少了以前有種鳳梨酥的香氣,飽身較實,與舊舖時差別很遠。蛋撻-撻皮帶有牛油香,惜未夠鬆化,燉蛋亦夠香滑,始終不是新鮮出爐,味道當然差一點。心理上有種新不如舊的心態,我還是懷念以前的蛇竇。…Read More
