晚上在荃灣看完電影,已10 點,很多餐廳都快關門,兩個人,便在OpenRice search 下有什麼餐廳會開得較夜,於是便找到這間冰室,看到評分也很高,便去一試~一到步,見到雖然已經 10 點多,但仍然很熱鬧很多人,看來果然是挺受歡迎的食店等了數分鐘,便很快有位,不過位置有點迫,店面不大,但人很多,以冰室格局來說,迫一點也是在所難免吧~看看餐牌,很快便決定好了,點的都是這裡的招牌菜色。等候的時間也不長,大約 5-10 分鐘,食物便陸續來了,很有效率~!先來的有自家制叉燒滑蛋飯 $50這個滑蛋叉燒的確有別於一般茶餐廳的,炒蛋很香很軟綿,叉燒半肥瘦,加上醬汁後,吃下去有點甜甜的,混埋叉燒、蛋和飯一起吃,的確很滿足~!而且份量很大碟,兩個人分著吃也可以!然後有特色蕃茄濃湯通粉 $50這個就沒有想像中那麼特別,我覺得都是比較像雜菜湯的味道,然後加點通粉和蛋進去,沒有想像中的驚喜~招牌瑞士雞脾這個果然是招牌~!雞脾啖啖肉,配上濃厚的瑞士汁,實在好味~!我平時食雞都不太吃雞皮的,怕那陣雞皮的騷味,但這個雞脾,也許是醬汁的味道略有甜,剛剛好,我竟然可以連雞皮都吃下~ 值得推介!只是,咁多樣東西加埋一起吃,真的有點滯,吃完後都飽到不得了~!還有兩款飲品,都有驚喜~菠蘿冰 $11第一啖喝下去,很surprise, 非常清甜,菠蘿美非常新鮮及濃,誠意之作~!華田脆脆 $11這個也是濃濃的阿華田味,上面再加了阿華田脆脆,很有咬口,有點很冰的感覺~ 熱愛阿華田的朋友必試!最後埋單 2 人總共$122…Read More

男朋友雖然成日陪我食西餐食日本菜,但我都明白男人的浪漫係茶餐廳,今日準時收工就去荃灣接佢放工,陪佢食佢推薦ge茶餐! 來到餐廳大約7點左右,晚飯時間餐廳差唔多滿座,好彩岩岩趕得切入到最後一個空置ge二人卡位。一入到來望到D裝修好懷舊,唔係殘舊果種,而係睇得出店主想做出仿舊的感覺,黃色牆壁和掛畫都有八十至九十年代的色彩,我好像覺得曾經在當年的電影看過的熟悉感。大概,這就是男生喜歡的浪漫吧。第一次食當然要試招牌菜--蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋,另外加了一塊吉列魚柳。蕃茄湯底濃郁,但不會很酸,味道偏鮮甜,絕對不是罐頭蕃茄湯味,我覺得湯的調味做得很好。而牛乳炒蛋一如所料的非常香滑,吉列魚柳炸得香脆,魚肉也嫩滑。看似很普通的茶餐,但這麼簡單的菜式,卻可以做到讓客人覺得好吃,才是高手呢。男朋友點的另一個招牌菜--瑞士汁雞脾,另配沙律及蒜蓉包。我吃了一口就明白為什麼會是招牌菜了,雞脾肉質鮮美,瑞士汁帶有濃濃的香草味,大概是獨家秘方,非常惹味。蒜蓉包也烤得鬆軟,難得的是沙律也沒有交行貨,薯仔蘋果沙律感覺很新鮮。另外點了芝士焗西蘭花。一碟西蘭花淋上滿滿的芝士,份量足料,很好吃也很飽肚的。飲品方面,我們點了紅豆冰和菠蘿冰,看外表就充滿懷舊風味。另外就是飲品非常足料!我們一邊喝一邊覺得很驚訝,一直吃著紅豆和菠蘿,都好像吃不完似的,喝完飲品覺得超飽!值得一提的是,餐廳雖然人多,但侍應服務態度仍然很好。下單很快就有人過來招呼;因為二人枱較小,而我們點的東西又多,侍應都會幫我們盡量擺好,而且吃完以後很快幫我們收碟,服務很貼心呢。普通茶餐廳的價錢,不普通的食物和服務,怪不得男朋友常常來吃午餐呢。以後也許會多來接他放工…Read More
