老人家最愛吃中菜, 今次預先訂了 V walk 這間酒家小富臨去慶祝 一年一度的母親節。幸好剛放寬了限聚令,可以一行八人去慶祝。假日的小富臨非常多人, 而且今日是母親節一定要預先訂位。酒家很窩心,因為母親節,店員在門口為每一位母親送上一枝康乃馨。小富臨門面雖然不大,但內裏位置都相當多。他們的裝修以中式為主,但枱是長方形的,不是平常酒樓用的圓枱。 座位尚算舒適。晚市的餐牌是跟午市一樣,都是點心和小菜。母親節有一個特別的套餐,但我們比較想吃點心,所以沒有點這個套餐。沙田燒乳鴿 (每人限購一隻) (每隻 $29.8)這個乳鴿味道都不錯,不算太鹹,皮脆肉嫩。只是乳鴿不算大,肉不算多。但以這個價錢都算抵食!即製小籠包(4件)($32)小籠包的皮非常薄,剛好包住裏面的餡,做得非常好。小籠包味道也不錯,而且非常多湯汁。推介!蟹肉啤梨果(3件)($38)啤梨賣相非常有趣。味道像鹹水角,內裏的餡是蟹肉。味道其實不錯,但蟹肉的餡實在太少了。這個只供打咭而且。彩虹鮮蝦餃(3件)($42)顏色賣相不錯,打咭一流!皮不算厚,內裡的蝦非常大,而且爽口!味道很好!推介!招牌老壇酸菜魚 ($198)可選原味和辣味,因為有老人家,所以選了原味。酸菜魚是用 一隻非常大的碟盛載著,非常誇張。 這個 酸菜魚的份量夠八個人享用,魚片非常滑,酸菜味道剛好,湯也不算太酸,飲完感覺很開位。菠蘿生炒骨 $118生炒骨味道一般,酸甜算適中。汁有點稠。生炒骨炸得有少許硬,但可接受。     紅燒蟹籽自家豆腐 ($78)為了老人家點了這個豆腐。豆腐外層微微炸過,內裡仍很滑,味道也很好。干扁四季豆 ($88)這個菜也是推介。豆煮得剛好,不太腍也不太硬。肉碎很惹味,雖然表面有少許辣椒,但一點也不辣,如果用來配白飯一定很好!小貝浸豆苗 ($78)豆苗是菜心苗吧。湯比較淡。小貝是蜆,但很多只有蜆殼,沒有蜆肉,蜆肉去左邊呢?荷葉蒸飯($98)一打開就聞到很香荷葉味,飯煮得剛好,不會太濕,味道也恰好,不太鹹。茶介費每位八蚊,另加一服務費。母親節沒有特別加價。母親節,客人都比較多,服務算可以。整體來說,食物,服務,價錢都可以,可一試!…Read More

今晚跟家人中秋追月一 聚,精心挑選咗呢一間 新派粵式菜, 可能今日係公眾假期,等位都比較耐 ,大約半小時, 雖然等咗咁耐但係侍應態度都有善有禮:)招牌老壇酸菜魚 :超級大碟呢約四至五人份量 ,魚肉很鮮嫩,不鞋口,配菜有芽菜 ,鮮蘆筍 、蘿蔔片、 魚片,亦有不少薯粉, 無論魚或是其他配菜都非常入味 酸酸的, 非常開胃:)松露香菇包:外表十分精緻,跟真實鮮菇的外表十分相似但內裡餡料並非十分多,但浸透著淡淡的松露香味即製小籠包: 上枱熱辣辣, 皮薄多汁黑金流沙包:大開眼界 像是一件藝術品,有外表同樣有內涵, 搣開後,濃濃熱熱的黃金流沙會湧出來天鵝金枕酥: 一向認為榴槤用來做熱甜品是一件非常困難的事,因為很難做得美味,大多會失色,但這金枕酥卻相反,榴槤濃香的口感仍在,配合不油膩的酥皮,榴槤迷必試鴻圖超脆麵: 麵炸得非常香脆 ,大大件, 配合極多香濃蟹粉,啖啖蟹炒配合脆面, 食法十分新鮮 ,亦一點也不油膩 有雞先定有蛋先, 其實係鹹水角+雞蛋布丁 ,賣上十分精緻。食物被放在模仿鳥巢的盛器上,增添趣味。 古法乳鴿: 肉質相當鮮嫩, 亦非常入味,不用點椒鹽 荷葉蒸飯 :分量十足,飯滲透著荷葉淡淡清香…Read More
