灣仔哩一段謝斐道主要都係平民食店,但當中就夾雜左一間日式鮨店,仲要日日lunch time都爆滿。朋友介紹話哩間鮨店嘅中午廚師發版幾抵食,五舊水就食倒12件壽司嘅廚師發版套餐,趁今日放假終於可以黎試下。店面比較細,圍住壽司吧枱大約只坐倒十幾個食客,所以一定要預先book枱。惠嘅午餐只有兩款,價錢相差一倍,我地點左平啲嘅壽司十二貫($498),裡面除左壽司,仲有茶碗蒸、味噌湯、甜品/咖啡茶。茶碗蒸 - 哩度嘅茶碗蒸同平時有啲唔同,因為佢加左日本百合落去,食落會比較粉,蒸蛋熱辣辣同好滑。甘鯛壽司 - 先由白身魚甘鯛開始,甘鯛魚味比較淡,所以師傅加左帶鹹香味嘅三星漬喺上面吊下味。牡丹蝦壽司 - 牡丹蝦爽甜彈牙。伊佐木壽司 - 伊佐木肉質柔軟,魚味幾突出。北寄貝壽司 - 北寄情幾爽口,師傅加左少少青檸汁僻左啲醒味。墨魚壽司 - 墨魚好有咬口,上面加左少少淮鹽同柚子皮,令墨魚鮮味更突出。帆立貝壽司 - 帆立貝上面放左少少海帶,令味道天加豐富。池魚壽司 - 池魚魚味雖然唔算好濃,但食落好清爽。三文魚籽軍艦 - 三文魚籽鹹鮮味十足,紫菜亦夠乾脆。赤海膽 - 海膽超鮮甜。深海池魚壽司 - 食落同池魚一樣咁清爽,但就較為魚甜,上面放左木魚花更加吊出深海池魚嘅鮮味。鰤魚壽司 - 鰤魚好肥美,比起平時喺魚生下面放wasabi,今次師傅喺鰤魚上面放wasabi,芥辣味好突出。野生拖羅壽司 - 拖羅好軟滑完全冇筋,油份啱啱好唔會太膩。味噌湯 - 味噌湯熱辣辣,不過空口飲就略嫌偏鹹。甜品 - 最後可以揀餐茶或者甜品。甜品係蜜瓜,瓜肉軟腍清甜。總結,壽司質素幾高,以哩個價錢食倒一餐廚師發辦都交足功課,因為係lunch hour,上菜節奏都ok,由頭食到尾大約1.5hr,如果喺附近返工都夠時間食。…Read More
