好耐冇食點心喇~出開紅磡見倒哩間點心店好多人幫趁,加上見佢啲點心款式幾特別就入去試下。紅假lunch hour坐滿人,好彩等左一陣就有位。店面雖然唔大,不過以新派中國風做裝潢,感覺都幾骨子。茶錢$5/位,除左普通普洱香片,哩度仲有點心店少見嘅洛神花、碧螺春等等,我地就揀左瑰荔堂皇,雖然茶色比較深,但飲落又唔會澀,仲帶少少荔枝香味。花膠碗仔翅($38) - 碗仔翅杰度適中,入面有大大條花膠同好多冬菇絲,都幾足料,加埋紅醋食幾好食。炸蝦三文治($36) - 三文治連蝦一齊炸,炸到脆卜卜但又唔會太硬同太多油,炸蝦蝦肉仲keep倒爽口結實,必點!南瓜米網卷($30) - 米網卷入面係香甜軟腍嘅南瓜蓉,米網卷外皮鬆化唔會過硬。老干媽蘿蔔糕($36) - 蘿蔔糕輕煎過,鹹鹹香香好惹味,只係略嫌比較多油。八寶蟹蓋釀糯米飯($38) - 以糯米飯釀入蟹蓋,上面再加左隻冬菇,店家為左令賣相更吸引,特別加左豌豆同紅蘿蔔粒,賣相幾精緻,令人食慾大開。黑金流沙包($36) - 流沙包好軟熟,就算上左枱一段時間,咬開仍然好流沙,鹹蛋黃味都好香好突出。紫薯煎堆仔($32) - 煎堆仔脆得黎口感軟糯,除左香甜紫薯味,原來中間都一樣有流沙,都幾好食。竹燕椰汁糕($30) - 下面係椰汁糕,上面係類似桂花糕,唔會太甜,椰汁味幾香。雀巢咖啡($12) - 唔想飲茶嘅話,除左普通啤酒汽水,哩度仲有雀巢咖啡同綠茶可樂揀,雀巢咖啡都幾滑,味道以罐裝咖啡黎講算唔錯。除左一般點心,佢地都有幾多創意點心,而且味道都係好食同熱辣辣嘅,價錢大部份都係三十幾蚊,去開附近好值我試下。…Read More
