太耐無去旅行,好掛住日本的味道,一於去日本居酒屋,解解思念之情。今日同家人黎到令和鍋物酒場食晚餐,到達餐廳已感到滿滿日本風情。電話掃一掃QR Code就有電子餐牌,一見了然,電子自助下單,十分方便。我們點選了美丈夫氣泡柑橘酒 ($239),五色刺身盤 ($195),清酒生蠔 ($28/隻),燒廣島生蠔 ($48),芝麻雞翼 ($38),角切雜錦魚生丼 ($118),炸櫻花蝦 ($58),鍋-A4日本黑毛和牛 ($298),  (追加)鍋-油揚 ($18),生雞蛋 ($10),串燒拼盤 ($138)及一口燒蕃薯仔($15)。黎到居酒屋當然要叫返支酒先盡興啦! 宜家令和鍋物酒場食全場酒類半價,咁抵當然要試一試啦! 職員推薦左美丈夫氣泡柑橘酒俾我地,原價$478,半價後$238。平時都偏愛柑橘味產品,這支氣泡酒正合我們心意,原材料是高知產柑橘,酒精濃度是微微的6%,適合我這易醉人士。入口果香味濃,配上冰球,飲落夠凍先夠爽,真心無介紹錯!雪櫃酒類繁多,可以慢慢挑選自己喜愛的酒。食物方面,職員先送上五色刺身盤 ($195),有三文魚,吞拿魚,油甘魚,石蝦同帆立貝,刺身厚切口感十足,且食材新鮮鮮甜,是這餐豐盛晚宴的序幕。小前菜,開胃醒神。清酒生蠔 ($28/隻)超驚喜,生蠔大隻肥美鮮甜,蠔味重,配想清酒浸生蠔約30秒,味道更有層次感。清酒生蠔只需$28一隻,味道極佳,新鮮味甜,性價比十足。燒廣島生蠔 ($48)適合喜歡熟食的朋友,燒廣島蠔配上微溶芝士,滋味十足。不過比較起上來,我還是比較喜歡清酒生蠔,鮮甜富層次的口感,令人難忘。芝麻雞翼 ($38)熱辣辣香噴噴,鍾意食雞翼,必定要點這款,外脆內軟,一碟有3隻,小朋友最愛,雞翼永遠是受歡迎的。角切雜錦魚生丼 ($118)當然就是多款魚生混合角切飯,拿不定主意,樣樣魚生都想試下,這個角切雜錦魚生丼正好選擇。各類角切三文魚,吞拿魚,帆立貝,魚子,青瓜等等,顏色鮮艷豐富,食材新鮮,魚生份量不少,賣相口感都能滿足。炸櫻花蝦 ($58)脆卜卜香口,大人小朋友都喜愛。大人佐酒一流,小朋友最愛香口食物,點會錯過呢?鍋-A4日本黑毛和牛 ($298)大大鍋,我們選了豬骨湯,仲有 (追加)鍋-油揚 ($18),生雞蛋 ($10)。鍋-A4日本黑毛和牛賣相十足,肉質脂肪分佈均匀,非常吸引。A4日本黑毛和牛,入口軟滑,味蕾大享受,好像置身於日本當地咁。串燒拼盤 ($138)及一口燒蕃薯仔($15)各類串燒的配搭,燒得香口,有雞翼,雞皮,雞軟骨,大蔥豚肉串,金菇牛肉卷,秋葵,煙肉車厘茄,大蔥,仲叫埋一口燒蕃薯仔,正正子。一餐豐盛的晚宴埋單約$1400…Read More

要講一間高水準日本風裝修,仲要食物有水準,呢間真係旺角首選,長期爆場一位難求,唔訂位等好耐先有,想食一定要訂位,謝謝呢度供應既選擇非常多,有單點,套餐,人多食套餐抵食好多!講下套餐有咩食先,沙律,前菜,燒蠔,天婦羅,石燒牛扒,鍋物壽喜燒,燒飯團茶漬飯仲有甜品日本紅豆年糕,酒水另計,但呢度酒又係特色之一,幾十款唔同既日本酒選擇!單點類:刺身,沙律,日式前菜小吃(和牛他他,炸雞,枝豆等等)刺身類: 日盛/月盛,空運活魚刺身拚盤/海膽 講返我地食咩先~一人前石板燒 ,分別提供美國安格斯,澳洲M6和牛,日本A5和牛,海鮮盛,或豬肉西冷扒,另加25蚊包沙律,蟹膏飯,湯一碗我地要左一份250克既$168 安格斯牛扒 ,上既時候已經切好埋非常方便一件件咁燒,肉質細緻,帶少少脂肪,口感豐富,肉質食落柔嫩,肥美多肉汁,味濃郁基本上只需要加少許鹽或點少少燒肉汁食已經非常美味,令人垂涎~係好抵食既選擇~將蟹膏同飯拌勻混埋黎食,加埋牛肉既油香,飯都食多幾口!熱石板食到尾仲係熱既!!湯同沙律味道唔錯咁我地另外再叫左2杯特飲同小吃,另外再追加了一個牛肉烏冬日式炸雞 / 芝麻雞翼 $ 48 +38  青檸SODA /鮮檸檬燒酒SODA $28 +58  和牛鍋燒烏冬麵 $88和牛鍋燒烏冬麵 醬油濃湯,近似壽喜燒湯底,甜甜地有醬油香氣,中間仲有隻半熟蛋,蟹柳,嗚門卷片,和牛片,蔥等鍋上,食到尾都係熱既,烏冬份量多,吸飽湯料,烏冬係嫩滑中帶少少彈性,一個字正極速掃清無得剩,和牛片夠曬肥同滑,主食類都幾推薦呢一款炸雞翼,皮炸得香脆金黃,咬開雞翼入面既肉汁仍然非常之多,餐前小吃定伴酒小吃都係一流選擇香脆滋味,令人停唔到手,直頭好食到想追加日式炸雞,由於前面雞翼太出色,炸雞反而比下去,皮脆,但肉唔嫩,中間比較乾身,而且細件相比之下無咩特色~我個人建議要多份芝麻雞翼更好食!!環境好有日本居酒屋FEEL 亦真係好多日本客黎食飯青檸SODA 抵飲,28蚊一大杯,食咁多咸味重味小吃,解油膩一流,易入口,提神爽快檸檬燒酒梳打估佢唔到,先將D檸檬雪成冰,放入杯上,個賣相好浮誇~但我鐘意燒酒加新鮮酸香清爽既檸檬,加梳打,比起我係日本飲既完全無分別,好大杯好抵飲!!青檸SODA 抵飲,28蚊一大杯,食咁多咸味重味小吃,解油膩一流,易入口,提神爽快人平均消費$300,記得訂位,推介你飲酒,好多款式,好抵飲食物水準高,用心,服務好,抵食旺角彌敦道613號飛達商業中心1樓1/F, Fee Tat Commercial Centre, 613 Nathan Road, Mong Kok…Read More
