與朋友相約來到銅鑼灣分店,幸好早已訂了位,否則就要跟門外的客人一齊等了。分店裝潢簡約明亮,座位寬敞舒適。我們點菜後不多久,菜色就相繼送上。先來的是芝麻醬油麥菜,油麥菜捲成一卷卷的,蘸芝麻醬來食,清新爽脆,與傳統濃味的紅油赤醬滬菜的風格,截然不同。繼之而來的是招牌的特式皇朝小籠包,八種不同的顏色、八款各樣的味道,薄薄的外皮,每粒都份量十足,盛載著味道豐富的湯汁及肉餡。服務員提議我們要趁熱食,我們還依隨食店建議的次序及食法:先是蘸點醋來品嚐鮮味的原味小籠包;繼而是清新的糟溜絲瓜;然後是香糯的鵝肝;跟著是香味濃郁的黑松露;往後是較為西式口味的芝士;再來是也可蘸醋的較近上海口味的鮮味濃郁的蟹粉;之後是味道較濃的蒜香;還有略帶辣味的川味。另一款份量十足的是皇朝魚湯酸菜魚,除了嫩滑的鮮魚片及酸菜外,湯內還有很多的紅薯粉、萵苣、豆腐、紅椒、藤椒及菊花等。我們要小辣,味道剛好,適合我們的口味。另一款也需要趁熱食的是蘿蔔絲酥餅,原味的蘿蔔絲本身清甜的味道,而外層炸到酥脆,多餘的油份已經隔去。李白醉雞 的雞件嫩滑大件,但酒味可以再濃一點,擺碟成球型,賣相吸引。香煎豆沙窩餅,煎得香脆,乾身不太油,而且不會太甜。…Read More

秋風起,又到食蟹的季節了🦀 今年天氣轉涼的時間遲了,整隻蟹吃好像還沒到時候,吃蟹粉的話就安全些 蟹粉料理總讓人想起京滬菜,蟹粉小籠包是我最喜歡的菜式;但全籠都是蟹粉味也太單調,樂天皇朝的特色小籠包一籠有八色就可以滿足心多多的我這個招牌菜口味設計很有心思,先吃原味,然後吃🥒糟溜絲瓜➡️鵝肝🪿 ➡️黑松露🍄‍🟫➡️芝士🧀➡️蟹粉🦀➡️蒜香🧄➡️川味🌶️,由淡到濃的次序。我自己較喜歡黑松露的香,以及川味的麻而不辣,感覺也跟小籠包這款點心更夾。推薦原味和蟹粉蘸薑絲醋,蟹粉尤其提鮮 其他口味盡量試其自身的味道呢。除了蒸點,炸的點心也很出色:蘿蔔絲酥餅外皮酥脆乾身不油膩內裡蘿蔔餡軟得來絲絲分明,味道清甜。冷盤來個超清新的芝麻醬油麥菜🥬,想不到油麥菜也可以生吃,用薄青瓜片將菜卷成春卷般,是健康的爽脆🥒另外醉雞也是滬菜常客花雕酒香醇,雞肉很是入味。🐥主菜則回了川式的酸菜魚,藤椒麻香,還有泡椒及指天椒放湯,令辣味更有層次🌶️。魚肉很是嫩滑,肉質新鮮不霉身🐟;配料有蜂巢豆腐、萵筍,以及大量紅薯粉絲,份量足夠四人吃呢。最後來個香港人必吃的上海甜品:豆沙窩餅🫘 即叫即整是關鍵,才不會落得滿口是油。外皮不厚而夠脆,內裡豆沙餡不太甜調至適合香港人的口味,再呷口用蠟燭保溫的普洱茶實是滿足🫖這份量其實足夠三人吃,是非常豐富的一頓飯呢另外座位也真的頗舒適,侍應加茶也很爽快,服務不錯。難怪平日晚上也有不少人,甚至有很多外籍人士前來嚐中菜,公司請客也是個得體好選擇-樂天皇朝銅鑼灣利舞臺廣場16樓A號舖將軍澳將軍澳中心G樓G31號舖啟德AIRSIDE 4樓L418號舖1130-2200旺角雅蘭中心2樓203&205號舖1130-2230青衣青衣城1 3樓310B號舖Mon-Thur 1130-2200, Fri 1130-2230, Sat-Sun 1100-2230東涌東薈城名店倉3樓326A號舖1100-2130…Read More

or#Tm65828358 一餐飯被提醒5次用餐時間只有個半鐘, 食都食得不安樂:: 第一個提醒是當我打電話預訂時。我們提前5分鐘到達並再次被提醒。然後在用餐期間,前台的 Hugo 又過來了三次,告訴我們還剩多少時間,精確到分鐘。當我支付帳單時,他再次提醒我,當時我的 1.5 小時配額還剩 12 分鐘。難以置信!至於食物,我最多會給它三星(滿分五星級)。
