Terms & Details:

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去米線陣都好少叫其他野,一定係滋味二人餐,因為太抵食喇~不過最近食都覺得質素差左,配料減得就減,以前可以揀既鮮竹腐皮卷、柱候牛腩同黑醋豬軟骨都冇哂影,湯底又時濃時淡同埋每!一!次!重複幾多次都係唔記得走芫茜!同店員反覆確定佢一定係話ok冇問題,但黎到永遠都係好多芫茜。。。希望可以俾啲心機保持返當初食既質素啦~不過抵食黎講每個餐包兩碗米線(兩款配料)、一款特色小食、一款風味小食、菇菌時蔬同兩杯冷熱飲品,$159算係非常抵~👍🏻鹵水雞翼配香酥豬頸肉米線(麻辣蕃茄湯底)哩個湯底要加$2不過次次都會加,因為好多蕃茄肉好濃味,仲同麻辣好夾,雞翼醃得好好唔會太咸,仲好大隻添唔會瘦猛猛😂不過豬頸就差少少,好細塊同埋太乾,冇左平時豬頸肉應有既juicy特選小食揀左黑醋豬軟骨因為米線配料唔俾揀🤣黑醋汁酸甜好開胃,豬軟骨亦炆得夠淋風味小食揀左花雕醉雞翼以前係一份醉雞例牌黎架,不過而家轉左雞翼😭酒味都冇以前咁濃,不過都尚算ok濃湯菇菌時蔬以前個湯真係濃味同鮮甜,但而家已經變左個普通烚菜加幾條菇~😣飲品有芒果鐵觀音同青瓜豆漿我超鍾意佢個青瓜豆漿!!兩樣野加埋係估唔到咁夾!最緊要係唔算好甜,豆味濃郁,以前會個別用即棄膠杯裝,而家環保就改用左可重用膠杯,成間舖都轉用紙飲管(客人主動要求先提供)…Read More

早兩日去完主題樂園,口乾乾淡淡的。好想食一啲濕潤嘅食物作為晚餐。經過樂富一角,喜見米線陣,沒有多想便進入了食店內用餐!由於同友人都非常餓,看一看餐牌,二話不說就點了擔擔米線。米線好快咁送到面前,呢碗米線係唔包其他餸,只有一碗米線, 一小絀酸菜同肉碎(如上圖),一目了然。小小的食材並沒有為米線打了折扣,味道依然。加上米線本身有小小辣,可能暖身。酸菜伴米線、肉碎聽落平平無奇,但絕對是很合拍的配搭。而且足夠飽肚!飲料方面我選了芒果鐵觀音,而友人則選了青瓜豆漿!芒果鐵觀音內附有鐵觀音茶包,小編略嫌鐵觀音的茶味蓋過了芒果味,而芒果味亦很容易積在底下,需要不斷攪拌飲用!有人表示青瓜豆漿調配合適,有一種小清新的感覺,推薦這個!期待下一次來臨!…Read More

話說,A姐留低咗包出前一丁比我,仲寫低咗張紙條,紙條係咁講嘅:「M佬,我今晚約咗班姊妹食Buffet,你就留喺屋企煮出前一丁,乖乖寫稿啦!」太過份喇!點解唔係出前一丁麻油味架?唔係麻油味,我唔食架囉!而我係絕對唔會向惡勢力低頭,我係唔會屈服架!我決定食我最鐘意嘅打邊爐!但係一個人買料又唔多選擇,去酒樓任食又唔食得幾多,仲要另計湯底同茶醬費。但我係唔會放棄架,我絕對唔會番屋企煮出前一丁架!行過三大快餐店,又覺得無乜新意。直到我遇上佢 - 米線陣!乜原來出名食米線嘅米線陣都有打邊爐架?仲有全新推出嘅泰式農村帽子雞鍋,咁就一於入去試吓先得啦!望住個餐牌,帽子火鍋?唔明!直到個鍋上台,原來係鍋中鍋!中間係湯底,配料就放晒喺鍋的外圍,份量十足!跟餐有十幾款配料,包括菜肉餃、扎肉、牛丸、魚蛋、油炸鬼、豆卜、番茄、蘿蔔、鮮冬菇、同米線!好似我M佬呢啲大胃王都無問題!等到個湯一滾,第一件事當然就要試吓個湯底先啦!湯底用上香濃嘅冬陰功,酸辣味道啱啱好,夠哂醒胃!至於跟餐嘅十幾款配料都係大路貨色,中規中距啦。其中,最驚喜係個雞,夠哂嫩口,好滑呀!而咁多配料當中,油炸鬼同豆卜就最深得我心,完完全全吸收哂湯嘅精華,好好味呀!如果咁多配料都唔夠食,仲可以追加火鍋配料:鮮蝦雲吞、唐生菜、金菇、木耳同薯粉等,樣樣都係$10-$16就有交易。而M佬最推介嘅就係大大粒嘅蟹籽肉丸,秘製過又加入粟米,唔肥膩之餘又夠哂彈牙!而跟餐仲有一杯特飲添!包括水蜜桃茉莉花茶、青瓜豆漿、青檸梳打、椰汁紅豆冰、忌廉菠蘿梳打添。而今期仲有限定嘅圓肉紅棗蜜同肉桂蘋果蜜,啱哂打完邊爐滋潤一吓!我哋就推介芒果鐵觀音,飲落唔算好甜,同茶味好夾。所以話,男人嘅浪漫,豆腐火腩飯?計我M紅佬話齋,一個人快餐店打邊爐先稱得上係男人嘅浪漫!…Read More
