假期第一日,訓醒食完brunch就行咗來深水埗,想嘆碗糖水做下午茶。附近幾間都食到冇新意,喺開飯仔發現lee間三姐松記糖水,剛開始唔知仲以為「三姐松記」係假松記,後來Google咗一下發展史,原來「三姐」喺1994年自立門戶,數下手指,都有廿幾年歷史啦~ 既然係老字號,又點可以唔試~近段時間忽冷忽熱,好容易作病,最啱就係食d暖暖燉品,暖心,補身每日開舖前,必定做足準備功夫我哋來得早,只係下晝三點,所以舖頭暫時冇乜食客,但據住喺附近來買外賣嘅街坊太太所講,夜晚先至多人吖!齋睇嗰咁有歷史嘅招牌,仲以為入面嘅裝修好懷舊,但原來推陳出新嘅唔單止係糖水甜品,仲有裝修~ 舖頭lee兩年裝修過,乾淨整潔,小清新嘅style,無論一家大細,三五知己,定係甜蜜愛侶都非常適合。Lee度d甜品,無論傳統定新派都有,老少咸宜,睇相睇食評都覺得餡料足,份量實惠。不時又有飲食達人推介,就算有選擇困難症嘅朋友,都唔洗擔心~ 如飲食達人推介都唔夠,仲有人氣熱賣,集百家之所長就連雪糕口味都唔普通,除咗熱門口味之外,仲有供應商Fruttato嘅幾款特別口味:- 益力多,出面唔係成日食到啦掛? 本身飲品都越賣越貴- 蜂蜜牛乳,滋潤嘅代名詞- 青檸雪葩,清新嘅代名詞- 薑味雪糕,坊間少有- 紫薯雪糕,薯迷豈能錯過今次揀嘅甜品,分別選配咗青檸雪葩 & 薑味雪糕,眞係好期待吖~ 首先送上嘅係*芒果腸粉*,晶瑩通透,灑上炒香嘅白芝麻,賣相眞係幾可亂真~ 淋上香濃嘅芒果汁,迫不及待要試食~ 果肉夠熟,香甜,必須要有返咁上下經驗先可以揀選靚生果作食材!「腸粉皮」夠薄,又滑,忍唔住問下職員到底有咩商業㊙️密原來佢哋用咗海藻粉同椰汁,有別於坊間其他所使用嘅蒟蒻粉,口感自然零舍不同啦~ 跟住落來嘅係*法式脆糖燉蛋 配 檸檬青檸雪葩*。Custard喺每日開舖前準備好,雪喺雪櫃備用。當收到客人order,會由雪櫃取出,喺custard表面均勻撒上黃糖,然後用火槍將黃糖燒成脆皮糖衣。即叫即燒的焦糖燉蛋如何令人不興奮,香脆的焦糖糖衣,配上軟滑的custard 還混合著幼細嘅黑色雲喱拿籽,真叫人回味。青檸雪葩都唔弱,又fresh又醒神,如果可以再酸d就更好啦!溫馨提示:法式焦糖燉蛋需於燒起糖衣後的 45分鐘內食用,因為焦糖會自然溶解,放耐咗,脆皮糖衣就會變成一攤糖水。外賣嘅朋友記得要留意啦~噔噔噔噔~ 壓軸出場嘅就係*朱古力心太軟  配  薑味雪糕*啦~ 心太軟嘅迷人之處,盡在一刀切落去嘅時候,裏面嘅朱古力漿慢慢流出,有如火山熔岩般,慢慢流動。薑味雪糕,坊間本身就少有,雖然唔係個個都接受得到,但如果喜歡嘗試新嘢嘅話,絕對值得一試。雪糕唔會太creamy,細心睇睇,仲可以見到一絲絲嘅薑蓉,但食落去唔會感覺「有渣」就係佢amazing之一。辣度,也比較出,而且會喺口腔停留一段時間,一啖心太軟,一啖雪糕,冰火兩重天,你都咪話唔過癮。「三姐」仲會不時調整可選雪糕口味,令食客keep住有新鮮感。聽講來緊會推出芒果肉雪糕,市面通常係芒果味雪糕,但可以食到芒果肉嘅雪糕窩!聽到都流口水🤤~ 芒果控咪走寶啦~ 唔怕唔識貨,最怕貨比貨。「三姐」大不同,除咗全港只此一間別無分店之外,仲係三哥每日親手新鮮製作嘅用心出品而非連鎖店的流水作業;緊貼都市人口味及潮流變化經常推陳出新而非一成不變的菜單;與時俱進,連外賣都推出和網上外賣平台 & 近年跑出嘅Ubereats合作,在家也可輕鬆等到三哥出品。「三姐」糖水甜品堅持自家製,真材實料,性價比高,值得食過返尋味。大家記得認住lee嗰註冊商標啦~ …Read More

好有趣嘅舖頭,有一個好中式嘅名,但行到入去又非常西式喎!其實似cafe多過糖水店。餐牌入面有中式糖水、心太軟、湯圓、pancake、木糠布甸、楊枝金露等,種類算多。上完堂餓餓哋,兩個人share三款食就啱晒芒果腸粉 ($35)條腸粉唔似平時嗰啲係用椰汁造嘅,呢個係真係似飲茶嗰款腸粉皮喎,仲要加埋芝麻,像真度更高!晶瑩剔透內裡透黃,粉皮夠韌唔易散,仲要超滑溜,真係唔小心就會瀡咗落喉嚨!再落啲芒果汁,味道更鮮甜到爆!熱椰皇蛋白燉奶 ($34)椰香仲要撲鼻而黎,椰皇本身已經芳香清甜,加上香濃嫩滑嘅蛋白燉奶,徘徊在似椰香又奶香之間,食落滑嘟嘟又香甜;平時飲椰青好難撬到啲肉出嚟食,但食晒蛋白燉奶之後就可以好輕易咁撬起軟綿綿嘅椰皇肉呢!綠茶心太軟 ($56)個menu上得朱古力心太軟,喺失望之際突然抬頭見到黑板寫住有綠茶心太軟,即刻開心到個心都軟咗!心太軟旁邊有一球雪糕及紅豆,感覺上冇咁單調;一切開,杰身嘅綠茶漿緩緩流出;焗得幾好,外面微脆,入面質感似蛋糕,綠茶漿帶有微甘不過又唔會好甜;之後食返個食晒3款甜品滿足晒啦,唔開心都即時開心返服務好好,值得一讚!…Read More

七位好友定期聚餐,今次想找一處可以坐低一邊慢慢食,一邊傾計,而又不會被催埋單,店員黑口黑臉想你快啲走嘅地方;即時諗起松記三姐糖水店,呢度勝在座位多,鋪面大,在同區食店中較易搵位,可以容納多人。我們點了以下各款甜品,中西式俱全,有冷有熱,有飲的,有食的,更可以問阿姐每人多給一隻小碗及匙羹,方便我哋share多種甜品:)1. Summer (曲奇+朱古力味雪糕)~ 賣相吸引,富立體感,兩款雪糕,伴以鮮果加大西米,好味!2. 芒果腸粉 ~ 粉皮夠韌,不易散,包住芒果肉,似食緊甜腸粉,    淋些芒果汁,味道更鮮甜。3. 熱芝麻糊 ~ 熱辣辣黑芝麻糊,香滑,粘稠度適中。4. 幻彩明珠 ~ 多種水果撈大西米,再加花奶。(呢樣我無食到)5. 蜜糖燉蛋(凍)~ 燉蛋微甜,口感似布甸,如有熱食,會較佳。6. 雞蛋布甸 ~ 外型的骰,如蜜糖燉蛋相比,這布甸的口感更像燉蛋白!7. 泰式紫米露(凍)~ 吃不出有什麼泰式風味,莫非加了少少椰汁?    碗底有黑糯米,味道稍為過甜。8. 錦上添花 ~ 西瓜,芒果,木瓜等生果,拼涼粉加黑珍珠,    味道清爽,消暑最啱!9. 花生,芝麻糯米糍 ~ 雙拼的,兩款口味,各2或3粒,    入口感覺軟綿綿,花生味較為好吃。10. 奶皇擂沙湯圓   ~ 湯圓的奶皇餡很香滑,口感不俗,趁熱食更佳!11. 香草綠豆沙 + 百合紅豆沙(熱)  ~ 兩者味道也一般,不過不失。12. 糖不甩 (兩客)  ~ 跟湯圓不同,糖不甩是無餡的,      只在topping加些糖粉及芝麻花生碎,口感煙靭。13. 雪耳木瓜海底椰 (熱)  ~ 清甜,滋潤,聞說更可補身!…Read More
