九龍城是食泰國菜最方便最多選擇的地方。朋友想食泰國菜,於是就決家來到九龍城後再選擇。哇,一整條街都是泰國餐廳,真的不知如何選擇。最後選了一間看似最多人的餐廳我等了大約十分鐘入座。這裏有夜市套餐可選,不這因為想食的東西與夜市套餐不太一樣,所以就沒有選擇。雖然沒有選擇夜市套餐,但感覺也十分抵食首先叫了一份生蝦。這份生蝦不算很便宜,但生蝦的質素的確不錯,蝦也比很多餐廳大得多。醬汁嗆辣惹味,十分正宗的感覺。不過對於不能食辣的人來說可能會不太能接受。新鮮的生蝦配上蒜片和醬汁,惹味開胃,是一道不錯的開胃小菜。:)之後叫了一份泰東生菜包。這個生菜包也是辣辣的,份量不少,可以包到大約8份的生菜包。生菜包有三款不同的肉選擇,有豬,牛,雞,我們選了豬肉。豬肉經過調味後,第一口已經嘗到辣辣的,慢慢有泰式香料的感覺,後來還嘗到一點點微酸。加上生菜清爽的口感,令層次加分不少。好像一直食都不會厭呢。炒通菜是很難失水準的,當然這個也在水準之上。這個也是帶有微辣,但沒有生菜包這麼辣,有馬拉盞和辣椒的惹味,而且通菜也不會太老。它是把通菜炒得很濕潤,菜來帶有很多醬汁,真想配碗白飯來呢。今日最驚喜的就是這個蛋包鮮蝦金邊粉。這個是不辣的,所以不能食辣的人也可以叫這個。這個的份量都頗多,上面包了一塊蛋皮,煎到有少許金黃色。打開後就可以見到細細的金邊粉。金邊粉酸酸甜甜,十分開胃,也不會食厭。加上前幾到都是辣辣的,所以這個就格外特別。裏面有鮮蝦,蔥,更可灑上花生,令金邊粉的口味提升,也可變得更加香口。而且價錢也十分合理最後這是甜品芒果糯米飯。這個飯的份量都幾大,而且芒果份量也很多,真的是啖啖芒果。這個糯米飯是由兩隻糯米組成,味道和口感都更加豐富。而且芒果十分甜!!可能是當造吧。不過因為份量很大而我們又不想放棄它所以最後飽到差點走不動呢。食了這麼多款菜,價錢也不貴,十分抵食呢。而且沒有加一服務費,好像覺得自己省了一筆這一餐十分滿足呢…Read More
