Uma Nota 位於中環蘇豪區,門面超靚壁畫吸引了不少遊客和本地人打卡,大門前面有室外坐位和彩色梯級,是另一打卡位。餐廳人氣很高,所以提前了幾天預訂Weekend Brunch的座位。中午12時到達餐廳,不到半小時已經差不多坐滿。餐廳運用了不少綠色植物點綴空間,感覺好清新,還有大約一半座位可望到街景,感覺舒適。Weekend Brunch 供應時間由中午12開始至下午4時,有5款前菜,1款主菜和甜品拼盤,超豐富。前菜:1.大蝦木薯炸丸子配柚子蛋黃醋汁,口感穌脆,蝦肉爽口,醬汁口味清新,是5款前菜中我最喜愛的一款。2.手握壽司精選包括3款壽司,吞拿魚山椒、帶子配海膽泡沫和煙燻鴨,賣相最有東洋風味的一款,帶子頂的泡沫充滿海膽味道,好特別。煙燻鴨頂配搭薑蓉和蔥,口味好清新。3.煙熏牛肉、黑蒜泥蛋黃醬,牛肉是半熟的,滿滿的香燻味,少少鹹,又帶少少酸。4.芒果油醋八爪魚芒果軟包,麵包仍然溫暖和軟熟,芒果粒和八爪魚粒味道幾夾。5.椰菜花白豆鷹嘴豆蓉、翠玉瓜薄荷芫茜油沙律,瓜切成薄片,舖在椰菜花上面,造型好靚好特別,而且煮得好腍,配搭豆蓉很好味。每款前菜都各具特色,並揉合了巴西菜常見的食材、醬汁和煙燻味道,加上日式烹調方式,製成了好獨特的巴西*日本fusion菜😋。主菜:巴西汁慢煮雜錦海鮮,包括虎蝦、魷魚、扇貝和青口,足夠2人份量,但味道較濃,偏鹹。甜品拼盤包括多款水果,兩款味道的雪糕,芝士蛋糕和百香果慕斯,慕斯偏酸,但芝士蛋糕很好食,尤其餅底部份。整體味道偏濃,但環境服務都十分滿意,尤其每次上餐時職員都清楚說明每碟食物的名稱,態度非常親切。…Read More
