這次是筆者第二次到訪名人私房菜,私房菜館開業於宜昌街一商住大廈內,不是大門上的招牌字樣,門面與一般住宅無異。 餐廳內是三房兩廳格局,地方四正,沒有特別的裝潢,用餐環境普通。餐單於到訪前早已訂定,10道菜$310 一位免加一,每人奉送汽水,定價合理。 大白莱豬肺湯湯汁挺甜,大白菜亦見清甜可口,難怪細周生及魚仔也十分捧場! 花雕蛋白蒸蟹是餐廳的招牌菜,用上膏蟹入餚,橙紅蟹膏充足頂角,味道甘香。蟹肉清甜美味,並泛著微微的花雕酒香。蟹汁落在蒸蛋內,亦賦予蒸蛋一份美味的清甜感,唯獨滑度方面仍有改善空間。荷葉蒸蝦飯,蝦肉鮮度中規中矩,蝦殼霉軟惹人扣分。蒸蝦下方是蒸飯,雖然飯粒明顯乾身了一點,但因吸收了蒜蓉、蝦汁及荷香,味道仍算不錯。 上回在此餐廳享用了一道珍寶扇貝,體型之大,事隔兩年,大家仍津津樂道。當大家抱著期待的心情靜候這客金銀蒜粉絲蒸扇貝,眼見面前細小成品,再加上帶韌的肉質,結果難免令人失望。清蒸沙巴海班,重量約斤餘重,魚香嫩感理想。帶子花枝片西蘭花與鮮魚湯什菌水準合預期,無特別驚喜。菜膽雞雞肉鮮味一般,雞脾部份口感軟嫩,其餘部位肉質未感突出。蘋果咕嚕肉以酸爽蘋果取代常見的菠蘿,食感上較特別,亦令甜酸汁偏重酸味多一點。咕嚕肉製作鬆軟,是餐廳的另一招牌菜。芒果布甸是是晚甜品,布甸製作成鯉魚狀,賣相悦目。雖然布甸欠缺粒粒芒果肉,但味道仍算不錯。平實的用膳環境,合理的食品與定價,是一間受歡迎樓上私房菜的條件之一,可以一試。…Read More

出街食飯來來去去都係西餐、日本菜、打邊爐。有時候想返璞歸真,所以揀左私房菜。私房菜位於尖沙咀的一棟大廈內,唔易搵。入面有大廳同三間房。今日坐大廳。5個人揀左$310套餐包一罐汽水。先來大白菜豬肺湯,每人一碗,再加一碟湯渣。味道清甜落足料,無味精。菜乾好好味。涼拌手撕雞賣相好夏日,上面加左芒果,下面有粉皮同手撕雞。分量好大碟,每人食咗好多。芒果酸酸甜甜,手撕雞鹹鹹地,加埋粉皮一齊食,口感清新。荷葉蒜蓉蒸蝦飯非常大碟,蝦開邊用蒜蓉蒸熟,好入味。荷葉飯都有少少蒜蓉味,好香。鮑汁花膠扣鵝掌聽個名就知呢個菜好多骨膠原,鵝掌用鮑汁炆都好淋。旁邊嘅大冬菇都好好味。生菜吸收哂飽汁,送飯一流。金銀蒜粉絲蒸扇貝扇貝好大粒,厚身而且鮮甜,有咬口。粉絲吸收晒蒜蓉味。炸蟹鉗外皮炸到金黃色,點上甜酸醬食好開胃。小朋友最鍾意食。蝦干肉碎炒通菜通菜炒得好有鑊氣。好多蝦干。芒果布甸鯉魚造型,夏天最鍾意食芒果布甸加花奶,以前細個成日食。$310免加一,一大班人黎食最happy。…Read More

又來到姊妹團每月一聚的時間。臨近暑假,個個都要減肥嚴禁油膩菜式,又不約而同想念家的味道,眾人商議後敲定了在尖沙咀的名人私房菜私房菜的賣點就是可與餐廳一起商討菜式,以最為迎合大家的喜好來調整:)今晚就交比大廚發板啦!名人私房菜位於尖沙咀漢口道,漢光大廈三樓。私房菜多出現在這種商住大廈格局。眾人甫坐下,先以大白菜豬肺湯打頭陣。湯料足,帶有濃郁的肉味,明顯沒有加入任何味精,有住家的味道色彩繽紛,除了例牌的雞絲、粉皮和蘿蔔絲外,還加入了切條芒果,加添甜香,口感豐富雞肉肉質嫩口,粉皮爽口彈牙,再加埋芒果減膩配菜,酸酸甜甜開胃一流蒸籠先放置荷葉,然後把蒜蓉蝦放在飯面上蒸熟,米飯完全吸引了蝦的精華,蒜香惹味得來不會搶過蝦的鮮甜,吃後齒頰留香Oversize 炸蟹鉗,外層炸得金黃鬆脆,入口蟹味超濃,沾少許泰式辣醬減少膩感炸蟹鉗大大粒有排食金銀蒜粉絲蒸扇貝,扇貝新鮮,肥美又嫩彈,一口嚐盡油香扇貝香蔥蒜香,食多幾隻都無問題甫上枱已香噴噴,花膠炆得入味又夠淋,東菇非常香甜,越食越好味蝦干和肉碎永遠是通菜的最佳拍檔,一齊炒又香又惹味,滋味沒法檔最後以一客芒果布甸作完結。正所謂中國人最鐘意講意頭,為迎合大家,餐廳索性供應埋鯉魚布甸,有如魚得水,風山水起的意思。確實盞鬼…Read More

帶爸媽去食飯,佢地都係比較實際,不太鐘意花巧,所以決定帶佢地食私房菜。有足料大白菜豬肺湯,老火湯夠晒甜,主婦媽媽都話幾滿意。有個冷盤手撕雞,賣相好吸引,特別之處係加左芒果,酸酸甜甜,夏天食佢岩晒,已要求爸媽番屋企去試整。蒸扇貝,粉絲吸咗扇貝嘅鮮味,正。跟住有蒸海星班,煮得岩岩好,魚肉嫩滑,重有好多蔥,好香,魚汁撈飯一流。之後上既係避風塘炒蟹,適量辣椒,蒜蓉炸得夠乾身,蟹夠晒大隻又多肉,海鮮最重要係新鮮,呢隻蟹肉都幾甜,唔錯。海蝦用豉油汁煮,好惹味,但爸媽認為可以再重味啲,我個人覺得已經好夠味。魚形芒果布甸,唔太甜,幾好,唔食花奶既要預早講定,爸爸今次有得睇冇得食。一家人食飽飽後,大家都覺得可以再encore。…Read More
