閩菜是中國八大菜系之一,根據地域分為福建菜,如果說在香港食福建菜的話我第一時間會想起「莆田」,因為短短幾年它的分店已經遍佈全港而且這裡的手工菜頗有特色...但今次我們是衝著「莆田」嘅蟶子節而黎呢,首先我是非常喜歡吃蟶子的其次知道福建地處東南沿海、盛產多種海鮮,所以呢度嘅蟶子菜式係值得期特的。最就腳既「莆田」對我來說就是將軍澳區知道周末去食實要排長龍,所以今日決定平日去食餐廳位於PopCorn商場2期,地鐵站行去好方便又易搵...入到去差幾張枱就幾乎滿座了...喜歡餐廳的裝修,用上白色、藍色及木為最主要的原素,有點歐美又帶點中式,兩樣加埋挺有摩登風格。坐低後店員禮貌地讓我們先飲杯茶...好 好 飲!超 級 喜 歡 啊!!!!餐廳供應的是菊花茶,氣味芬芳,有清熱明目之效,成餐飲了非常多杯喔翻開餐牌基本上有很多福建特色小菜或小食既選擇...而我就即點了最新推廣哆頭$198「任選兩款蟶子菜式」既套餐店員話我知「哆頭」原來係解福建哆頭村的哆頭蟶亦係蟶子嘅養殖地!揀了鐵板鹽焗蟶子同埋冰爽酒糟蟶子因為都係聽朋友同店員推介,僗話最受歡迎係呢兩款咁就試試吧先黎一碟小食頭水紫菜紫菜很爽啊!可能是炸過既關係特別香脆仲有點鮮甜味,夠醒胃。鐵板鹽焗蟶子如果我話用簡單嘅海鹽烹調就已經夠鮮味又juicy。你信嗎?大約六至七厘米既蟶子放係鐵板上面用鹽焗去預熱,焗既時候可以逼出蟶子既鮮味又可以吸收海鹽既鹹香!用蓋蓋住蟶子一打開望落真的夠新鮮!正!要儘快食啊如果唔係乾左就不會鮮嫩了!冰爽酒糟蟶子哆頭蟶放入酒糟內冰浸感覺食落會有好濃旭既酒香味...冰冰涼涼其實呢個天氣食岩晒吧!我就好喜歡呢一種鮮甜酒香味...咬落去對比鐵板鹽焗蟶子既話多汁好多啊而且可能係冰浸既關係特別有嚼勁。百秒黃花魚店員一落枱放低左句說話:「呢條黃花魚用火現燜 100 秒後就得架啦」開邊以一百秒時間煮熟?感覺幾新穎...黃花魚不算很厚肉,小小一條,但魚肉比想像中嫩滑,簡單薑蔥就可以保留了魚既鮮味,香氣四溢...記得記得記得要喝點湯但要小心骨刺...因為骨刺實在太多...切記多加留意。興化米粉其實呢個米粉真係驚喜十足...超級推介呀!估唔到食評咁多人讚啦先說配料好豐富...有雞蛋絲、花生、豬肉、紫菜、乾蔥等等,味道好香口但最讚既係米粉既口感,興化米粉用上等濃湯燜炒十分幼細又綿又鬆化...最緊要唔油膩!好食到難以形容...可以說是不能錯過晚一樣菜式呀我朋友話加埋辣媽醬食更加惹味但我忘記了...幾樣食物烹調簡單但卻又非常滋味完全沒有華而不實,矯揉造作。加上餐廳環境舒服,店員又貼心會講解少少菜既特色。我相信再次到訪餐廳既時候又可能係另一系列期間限定的時令新菜呢!…Read More

小女子父母都是福建人,自幼吃著媽媽烹飪的福建菜長大,對福建菜多了一分情意,一分執著。這家餐廳光顧了數次,因為媽媽喜歡吃的中菜,附近的選擇實在不多呢!晚上7點到達,餐廳已經幾乎滿座,生意不錯呢!翻開餐牌,除了海蜇頭、炒芋頭、煎黃花魚等菜式,原來4月10至8月10有各式蟶子菜式供應呢!餐廳供應的茶是菊花茶,清熱解毒。還有一小碟黑木耳,酸酸的,很開胃。⭐️蝦苗拌頭水紫菜這碟紫菜是我最喜愛的菜式之一,送入口,紫菜很爽,很嫩,配搭蝦苗,蝦苗沒有搶走紫菜的味道,反而將紫菜的甜味引出來。⭐️鐵板鹽焗蟶子這盤鐵板鹽焗蟶子把蟶子放在預熱的鹽裏,把蟶子焗熟,所以放久了蟶子就會變乾,因此要儘快吃,所以過了一會兒店員便特意幫我們把蟶子挾出放在碟子上。店員還特意幫我們把蟶子挾出,免得放得太久。經過鹽焗的蟶子入口嫩滑鹹香,味道恰當,如果沙粒處理乾淨完美了!⭐️冰爽酒糟蟶子蟶子肥美,爽口彈牙,餘韻有酒香在口裡迴盪,不過吃下去有沙粒,影響口感。⭐️百秒黃花魚黃花魚小小一條,魚肉非常嫩滑,口感清新,連魚湯也十分清甜呢!⭐️興化米粉第二道喜歡的菜式就是炒米粉,配料有蛋絲、紫菜乾、肉末、花生和菜。米粉極幼而彈牙,加上餐廳特製的辣椒醬,攪拌起來很美味呢!⭐️酥炒芋芯以芋頭裹糖落鍋炒,粒粒香脆,芋頭吃起來粉嫩,味道不俗。▪️紫菜和粉絲很合我的胃口,有機會再試試其他菜式!…Read More

小學同學A君在將軍澳住,通知一班舊同學有新連鎖餐廳在將軍澳廣場進駐,叫我們不如去食飯聚聚。去到原來是「莆田」,每次去荃灣那間Walk-In,旺到次次去都要等位。今次終於試到福建菜。將軍澳的新店裝修用了懷舊式的地磚,入到去好像舊香港餐廳的模樣,而且樓底很高,入到去感覺很舒適。莆田裡面有「十最」的產品,我們一行有十多人,「十最」裡面我們叫了七八款吧。第一碟是冰浸苦瓜。薄薄的一片看上去十分通透,拍苦的點一點隨餸的蜜糖,吃進去有食蘋果的感覺。「酥炒芋頭」外脆內軟,天氣開始轉冷,時令的芋頭最好吃。「莆田炆豆腐」充滿焦香味,不要以為豆腐被煮窿了,這個焦香味才是莆田菜的特式。「百秒黄花魚」聽說是用100秒去燜熟上碟,那個湯就鹹了些,不過配落黄花魚中的鮮甜就剛好。用來餸飯真是最棒,一人一魚就最啱。再來「香芋鴨」酥炸的芋頭裡面包著鴨肉,兩種不同的鹹香混和其中,吃完再吃都不夠。「黑胡椒螃蟹」和「炸饅頭」同時到來,這個汁點炸饅頭最合適,一班小學同學談起以往的日子一起捱麵包跟現在的螃蟹汁點炸饅頭真是兩回事但卻是同一個回憶。「興化米粉」是同學A君的推介,這個米粉的材料我吃到的有「紫菜、蝦米、蝦、豬肉、蜆」等等,配上莆田自家出品的辣媽醬,真是吃一腕後要再添再添。吃到這裡真是能感受到福建莆田的家鄉菜的特式。甜品各有各喜好,我們叫了不同的,印象較深的可算是「酥炸榴槤」,這個賣相每隻都不一樣,外表就像裝飾品,咬落去第一啖是香脆,第二層是軟,榴槤的香溢滿整個呼吸系統,榴槤被稱為果皇真是當之無愧,最核心是雪硬的榴槤,一個甜品有三個口感,但始終是一個味道,實在太滋味。下次一定要和家人來再試莆田。…Read More
