一別數載,今次我倆試了一些以前未點過的菜式。兩茶位,一碟XO醬,埋單合共$3496. 過多月前book枱,預留了寬敞的窗邊位。由 6時坐至9時,入座率有九成幾。幾位黑衫員工質素很好,招呼週到。電話訂枱員工亦非常有禮。但有些不能負責下單的員工,可能是炒散或受訓中,服務質素有待改善。她的任務好像只是負責斟茶,其他完全不主動協助。斟完茶便走咗去,骨碟滿了亦不換,叫了亦只換一位客用的!叫了兩壺不同的茶,只提供一個暖茶器。另一壺任由凍了亦照斟畀客!我哋還有兩菜未上,竟然遞甜品牌。以前多數是和長輩一起到來,鮑參燕肚龍蝦叉燒各樣推介菜式已經試過。今次餐牌菜式少咗,例如冇咗燒鳳肝,佛跳牆等。過去我哋吃過很多懷舊手工菜,但是這年代的廚師太年輕了。。。我相信以後我們的選擇只會更加少。金絲脆腰果$120: 脆芋頭絲面, 腰果底,不油膩, 甜度適中. 試過多次, 不過不失.椒鹽田雞腿$205:  和家人吃飯從不會叫田雞。今次叫咗,我只試一隻,老公包辦其餘五隻。上枱時溫吞吞. 冇鑊氣,椒鹽味不足.,要加XO醬調味。至尊焗釀蟹蓋$288 x 2: 每次都會點,今次老公話蟹蓋細隻咗。因為較扁塌唔飽滿。以前啖啖都是蟹肉。今次中心馅料不夠熱,食到粉漿感覺。過往從不需加酱汁,今次差不多用光提供的喼汁才可下嚥!失望!化皮乳豬件$460:大多數荤素頭盤都試過曬. 未試過呢度啲乳豬. 上枱時非常工整,不含油 - 是好事嗎?我認為燒臘檔啲香噴噴有肉乳豬好味D.椒鹽吊片$280:較田雞腿好味。起碼較熱,椒鹽味都足. 枝竹火腩炆斑頭腩$520: 今次上枱時個煲夠熱。但是火腩不知是否飛水太久, 好似煲湯豬肉咁淋, 少許鹹香都沒有. 支竹太軟爛. 整體料頭不足, 香氣遜坊間小廚很多.滿福辣子雞$490 半隻: 這是家常菜, 所以不會談論是否正宗。但是起碼雞件要剁均勻一些。 這會直接影響入味, 烹飪火喉及口感. 雞件大小有些相差三倍. 所以小的很乾硬, 大件的進食不便及不夠入味。叫這個菜純粹是想看他們煮成點,並不抱很大期望。下單時已經叫了加辣,上桌時没有香噴噴的感覺。吃時又不夠香辣,不過咸道今次倒是足夠。黑椒蟹肉帶子炒粉絲$320: 炒粉絲並不簡單,講究入味, 炒得乾身, 有鑊氣. 如果見食肆菜牌有炒粉絲,我一定會叫。 這裏以黑椒做排頭, 但是黑椒味不足。以前叫過兩次, 都很惹味。今次我老公吃了一口, 立刻撈入剩下的所有XO酱。是我們味覺退化了或是廚師的功架已經有所不同!楊枝甘露$85:  我不吃甜品糖水. 老公每次都叫楊枝甘露. 他說OK!…Read More

今日黎到萬麗海景酒店staycation不過住宿就無任何package所以今次都算係第一次自費食酒店晚餐七點左右就搭lift落三樓全層都係滿福樓其實以走廊特色黎講比起之前去果幾間酒店中菜廳都靚仲擺放左一個個唔知係咪中菜廳職員既名牌係度呢種排場無論係三星既龍景軒定唐閣都無既滿福樓曾經係2010-12既一星米芝蓮餐廳而點解而家唔再有星從佢地既服務態度就可以感受到不過雖然佢而家再無星星但都有唔少人讚好事實都會有少少期待既門口有擺香檳其實係網上見佢地餐牌都有幾款有酒跟既餐單但全部都係跟一款酒並無wine pairing既餐單滿福樓樓底好高成個場好大而裝修係有少少古風餐桌擺放都算幾工整menu同網上見到既係一樣但可惜侍應態度麻麻首先我問佢萬豪會員係咪有折佢既回覆係反問萬豪有好多種會員wor有比錢定無比錢先然後我比個apps佢睇佢又再講要住客先有wor即係成個對答都好唔舒服好睇唔起人feel你本身都已經因為二人限聚搞到無咩客星期六夜晚入座率連一半都無係咪一定要咁串先反而傳菜個阿姐就好熱情我唔知係規模大細定點啦之前去開酒店中菜都係同一個侍應serve落單上菜斟茶係偶爾會有其他人上菜但呢度分得好開上菜執野斟茶都係阿姐侍應淨係負責落單埋單同check單就唔怪得可以咁串既開左壺鐵官音就唔好寄望會有人服侍斟茶係阿姐經過開先會幫下手窗外環境係地盤景加些少海景如果中午黎大概會有埋地盤配樂滿福樓既套餐數量算多而且都算抵既最平四百幾有個但就配左好多我唔太好既菜式所以最後我都係單點左而因為叫左龍蝦佢係一開始就準備左刀叉並唔係上龍蝦先配刀叉亦都無好似去星級餐廳咁拎走個大盤XO醬埋單先知要收錢我仲要無乜點到先黎既係叉燒呢度有兩款叉燒普通同叉燒腩價錢一樣我地叫既係半例既半肥叉燒腩一共六件之前聽人講滿福樓既叉燒好唔錯但食落始終都係差唔多暫時都仲未食到話好好食既餐廳我就唔知平時如果係套餐係點樣上菜既但我散叫就無等我食完碟叉燒就上第二度菜一品海皇羹淨係叫左一碗無幫我地分湯不過飲落都幾濃同足料蟹蓋都係叫左一份其實都係食第二次就唔係好知點樣叫做差我自己覺得呢度菜應該好難中伏感覺同唐閣差唔多咁咁呢其實上呢個蟹蓋既時間我係仲未食完碟叉燒既好記得係唐閣我地一日未食完碟叉燒佢一日都唔上下一道菜就唔可以話佢上得急但佢係的確無咩點理會你既用餐速度終於清晒檯面三樣野就上主菜啦我估上菜既次序就跟番我落單既順序唔知如果我亂叫佢會唔會又亂排呢風味金榜開邊龍蝦要全隻叫即係會有兩隻開邊龍蝦可以算係滿福樓既招牌菜呢個風味金榜汁好泰式話係用椰汁同其他香料整成而個炸饅頭可以用黎送汁呢一道好好食龍蝦厚肉個饅頭仲無得輸好食過唐閣而且賣相吸引有姿勢有實際因為基本上呢d餐廳都唔會再回頭我盡量都揀番佢地menu寫既sigature台山焗豆腐豆腐加魚肉呢個就普普通通主糧煲飯幾乎係同一時間上岩岩一入餐廳就已經見到人地食緊一大煲而煲飯都算係滿福樓既名物有一位廚師係專門負責一年四季都食得到而今日唔想食套餐既最重要原因亦都係因為煲飯一次就要叫二人份如果叫左套餐就再無可能食得落見孫師傅係youtube整左個蝦醬五花腩幾吸引所以就叫左個蝦醬五花腩煲飯侍應話可以食到四碗飯我地每人食足三大碗都食唔完絕對係四人份量黎跟左碗豉油一開始都仲覺得五花腩唔錯但越食就越膩而且無乜飯焦最後因為太飽變左要格硬食變成左個敗筆如果可以叫一人份量就岩岩好甜品都係叫左蛋撻都係一般般呢度無開胃菜亦都無額外甜品送點幾多就係上咁多最後參觀埋個廁所算係靚過唐閣既同埋呢度都幾多私人包廂今日應該全部都係空空如也亦有呢款梳化座位全部二人限聚而且淨係可以食到十點所以今晚真係好少人黎食飯茶錢32蚊位另外收左xo醬40蚊而家睇番福滿樓好似真係唔係萬豪大中華區用餐優惠個list入面可能七折真係住客優惠黎折後加一就每人六百三再加上之前八五折買左萬豪既gift card今餐算係幾抵食減晒所有野平均每人都係五百五左右雖然佢無等你食完每道菜先上下一道菜但叫左七樣野都由七點食到九點三食左兩個幾鐘咁食物係有質素既但侍應既態度係直頭令人不快連交戲都唔願意咁真係抵佢無星星即係我都明呢間唔係一間頂級酒店但都收得呢個價錢其實係應該要再做得更好見侍應同格離檯都有講有笑既咁可能我真係窮鬼格法官大人我都無野講啦…Read More
