記得早前經過山林道有間店名比較易記既火鍋店叫"尚上下夏", 所以係網上一SEARCH之下見到唔少好評, 所以我地今晚就去一試。今晚係星期日, 晚飯時段店內全場爆滿, 幸好我地等左陣都好快有位。店內裝修富有港式大排檔風味, 不同之處就是可以在冷氣下打邊爐。醬料方面, 每位HK$12, 可自由混醬黎呢度當然要試下佢地既招牌菜----雞煲【雞煲單鍋】HK$158/半隻雞煲可以揀辣同唔辣, 我地揀左唔辣。半隻雞已被切件, 而且已經煮熟了8成半, 上檯後稍為再焗一下就食得。當中除左有雞件外, 仲有少少豬皮同埋大量配菜。醬汁較杰, 鹹中有點少甜。 不過雞件就未見入味~呢度有一與眾不同既係平時出面食完雞煲, 都會直接加清湯/清水就開始打邊爐, 但呢度既係要另揀湯底。我地就揀左【瑤柱群翅雞湯】HK$48湯底係直接加落食完既雞煲中,不過就未見有瑤柱, 只見一件翅骨, 同埋大量配料【手切頂級安格斯】HK$238 (大)色澤紅潤, 脂肪分佈平均, 帶點牛味【鬼馬墨魚】HK$58香脆油炸鬼上加了墨魚滑同埋大量既蟹子, 呢款亦是吸湯底精華既其中一款。油炸鬼吸左湯底味道, 略有彈牙既墨魚配上粒粒蟹子, 口感豐富。【鮮蝦雲吞】HK$64雲吞比較細粒, 入面既蝦粒好爽口【手打蟹子蝦滑】HK$88全晚我地最喜歡就係呢款蝦滑, 鮮甜彈牙, 當中更有少少既蟹子, 更滿足到口感【蝦膠釀鮮冬菇】HK$75覺得呢度既蝦滑做得不錯, 所以我地再ORDER埋釀鮮冬菇, 冬菇厚度有點爽, 雙重爽口感, 正!【自家製即炸響鈴】HK$58果然係即叫即炸, 響鈴既皮好薄, 就咁食既口感好鬆脆, 不過豆味唔太突出整體黎講, 呢度既質素同樣很有大排檔風味, 加上以傳統既GAS爐做火鍋, 充滿港式味道既火鍋店。…Read More
