之前好幾次聽過友人提過「吞POT」這個大名,激讚佢既雞煲好好食、好正,令我都有D好奇,今日終於同朋友一齊去食啦!真係好期待呀!這間「吞POT」位於12樓,佔整個樓層,地方很寬敞,桌與桌之間有合適的距離,坐得很舒服,抽氣系統很好,冷氣感十足,打破了我固有以為雞煲就會很迫很熱的概念。招牌雞煲有很多選擇,即使小妹不吃辣,也有很多可以選,例如有「極品雞煲翅」、「花雕藥膳雞煲」、「胡椒豬肚雞煲」等等。因為見到牆上有這個推介,那就選「滋補螺片花膠雞煲」啦!這個雞煲一上場,我感到很驚喜,忍不住影相,因為材料實在太足料吧!隨手一舀,都是滿滿的花膠、雞肉、螺片、秀珍菇!名副其實的「滋補螺片花膠雞煲」!侍應細心地交帶,雞已是熟透,可放心即吃。每塊雞都是有均勻的雞肉,並不似坊間的雞煲得個骨。而且雞肉嫩滑,真是好好吃!上來一定要點佢出名的「自創爆芝響鈴」!因為佢係即叫即整的響鈴,新鮮炸起,直接即食又得,過湯吃又得,裡面既芝士簡直在嘴裡融化,十分好食!好想食多幾舊呀!眼見附近食客幾乎個個都有叫佢既手打丸,是出名的自家製丸,那麼我也叫「手打生拆蟹粉墨魚丸」來試下先!果然夠特別!內裡的蟹粉是真的會爆汁,吃到蟹粉的味道和口感!令我想起蟹粉小籠包的感覺!唐生菜頗為新鮮和翠綠,而且份量也不少啊!食雞煲點少得叫野飲呢?「大咸檸七」超大杯,透心涼,爽呀!小妹回到家都念念不忘佢個「雞煲」同「自創爆芝響鈴」呀!一定要再上去食呀!這是真材真料、非一般的雞煲,值得推介!…Read More

今天正值大寒﹐一定要吃點冬天的人氣食物。打邊爐和雞煲就選了雞煲了看到吞POT在佐敦開了第三家新分店﹐相信人流可能較少﹐就來舒適吃個晚餐。一踏出升降機就看到店裡情況﹐石屎風格的裝潢有點古舊風﹐感覺挺特別。石屎牆壁加上木桌子﹐感覺很配!碗碟也有點心思﹐有點藍藍的小點綴。點了個重慶麻辣雞煲(小辣)﹐一上桌就可以直接吃﹐不用再等它熟透。打開蓋子就芬香撲鼻有點芫荽放面﹐賣相不差!雞不是肥瘦適中﹐咬下去比較Juicy﹐也很嫩雞煲的重慶麻辣汁不會太辣﹐帶點甜﹐也帶點香料味道。口感﹐味道都很有層次﹐讚其他小配料也不能放過﹐洋蔥夠甜﹐芫荽很香﹐也夠吸汁。所以另外再追加了一碟!吃肉也就需要點清新來平衡一下﹐所以就點了吞POT招牌沙律。這個沙律由蟹柳﹐蟹子﹐蘋果﹐生菜絲組成。有蘋果絲的沙律在香港實在少之又少﹐要冒著會生"秀"的風險還真夠POT所以也試試這個沙律。沒想到蘋果和蟹柳一咸一甜的組合並不會很奇怪﹐還很有新意呢加上生菜絲和蟹子﹐還真有中和雞肉的油脂的效果。壓軸的就是它 - 自創爆芝響鈴﹐ 這個確實是最驚艷﹐響鈴一層一層都炸至很鬆化﹐中間可看到有點芝士。起初還沒吃到以為芝士很少﹐誰知咬到中間真的會爆芝它比空口吃芝士還更芝士這個想給六星  飲品點了個西柚特飲 $34 ﹐是看到旁邊的其他客人點了﹐就覺得$34並不貴。因為真的很大杯!後來發現味道也很好﹐沒有化學香精的味道。飲這種甜飲品就怕是越飲越口渴﹐這個完全沒有這問題。而且西柚味是很足!推介!埋單兩人 $418﹐在高水準的餐廳來說是超值的 …Read More
