首先利申我係元朗嘅永年粉絲今次終於的起心肝過嚟尖沙咀巡視下各位未食過元朗分店嘅朋友仔,我可以大膽咁話俾大家聽,佢哋嘅水準做得好好呀!因為我覺得基本上同元朗分店嘅做到一樣,所以佢開到分我覺得都非常好!可以將美食帶到喺九龍港島嘅大家**其實亦都可以舒緩到元朗嘅分店條長龍不過環境來講就元朗好啲囉!尖沙咀分店呢度非常之迫,連排隊嘅位都好危險,係條樓梯度排隊,我會唔想排囉!確實我係二點幾行過過嚟見到好多人所以冇食到,轉個頭夜晚先過嚟食飯嘅!我見到好多化妝專櫃小姐黎食。大家可以揀番啲冇咁多人嘅時間嚟食,我今次就係六點令!不用排。不過入邊啲位其實都好迫,啲枱下面有冇掛鉤,個手袋都唔知點樣,個位已經迫仲要攬住個袋!呢度啲位真係逼到其實係一定要縮住手黎食,尖沙咀貴租,我係明白嘅!大家屈就下啦!食美食係要付出少少!最後佢哋自己出咗會員制度,我覺得大家不妨都download個Apps,會有少少優惠!例如今次我就加1蚊多咗個餸!但係儲分換野嗰度就有啲不切實際,食幾百蚊嘅車仔麵,先玩得個10零20蚊嘅嘢!即係食幾多碗先至可以送一個汽水?最最後,依度冇得用八達嘟,不過由之前只可以收現金,改進到可以收支xx和微x都有進步丫!…Read More

早陣子網上有人說笑道屯門在新界北區,荒山野嶺得居民要騎牛上班。元朗在地理位置上可也是不相伯仲,但近年發展很快,多個大型商場如YOHO落成,引入了很多連鎖食店,卻不知為何也調頭將元朗地道的小店帶出市區,人們不用再長途跋涉地走進新界去吃特色美食了,如這次吃的永年士多便是一例子。餐廳十二點開門,想不到星期六我十一時四十五分到達,門口已經有人龍!香港人倒真的是越要排隊的地方越要吃啊 也代表能夠衝出元朗到市區開分店是有人氣證明的。以前吃車仔麵是吃經濟實惠,現在吃車仔麵變成一種奢侈的懷舊,更加著重味道,甚至有很多新配料,當然點起餸來價錢也不便宜。拾級而上便是下單櫃台,如多於一人來的話,可以一人下單,另一人先進去自己找位子。下單付錢後到吧台交票,再自行用刻有店名的托盤把食物端到自己位子,全程自己serve自己,像是快餐店物流一樣。交票後食物很快便做好。難得weekend又早起外出,獎勵一下自己吃好點,我倆便「不小心」地點了車仔麵盛宴。兩個人兩個小吃加兩碗麵,而麵食的份量原來也很大,非常豐富。這是新出的抹茶紅豆冰。宇治金時本來就是好搭檔,用港式紅豆奶冰底加上帶點澀的抹茶冰,不會太人工,也不過甜,是新派特飲之選。 用上罐頭糖水菠蘿及菠蘿醬,味道酸酸甜甜,還有果肉可以吃,是簡單清涼的美味。多士有數款口味可選,甚至可以雙拼,我們選了大熱的咖央。白麵包厚身,烘式烘至剛剛好的金黃色,外脆內軟。內裡的咖央醬塗抹得非常均勻,薄薄一層,倒也夠椰甜味,不會太膩。想不到通菜非常鮮嫩,完全沒有渣滓,廚師還很細心將菜莖和菜葉分開,放得整齊之餘也方便食用。腐乳醬更是精髓,夠稠杰夠濃味,鹹香惹味。來到主角車仔麵了,這是友人點的豬紅、蘿蔔、流心蛋配油麵,全都是餐廳推介配料。豬紅絕無腥血味,淋得來帶點脆口,不錯的吃。蘿蔔用咖哩汁炆至非常軟林,用筷子輕輕一碰已經會破洞,選料上乘所以蘿蔔自身本已非常清甜,再加港式的咖哩汁調調味,甜而不辣,十分推介。我這碗是流心蛋、雞翼、魷魚配生麵。雞翼滷得入味,醬油汁不會過鹹,肉質軟林但外皮仍然完整。土魷份量很多,也很爽脆,厚過味道則較淡,若能與炆蘿蔔的咖哩汁炆在一起會更好吃。我倆都有點的流心蛋,還真的是少於半熟所以做到流心效果。欣賞它在蛋黃保持流心的同時,外層蛋白已經熟了,才是流心蛋應有的火候控制。不過蛋本身沒有醃過或浸過醬油,同樣地味道欠奉。個人吃車仔麵時最喜歡點生麵,這裡的麵份量很多,彈牙得來沒有鹼水味,煮得條條分明,不會糊口,時間掌握得不錯。總括來說這家車仔麵雖然配料較傳統,但味道和選擇都不錯,飲品更是新穎。價錢稍貴,但在尖沙咀中心地帶開店來說算是可以接受。…Read More

懶得動的我, 逢星期六日都只會在屋企附近逛逛, 有時還可全日躲在家中, 的確是一名宅女!! 講到要過海? 可免則免, 但今日有點不同, 因參加了一個“香薰文憑課程”講座而需要走到尖沙咀, 既然出得去, 當然覓食。左想右想, 想起元朗人氣永年士多在尖沙咀開了分店, 元朗就很少去, 來到尖沙咀不得不去啦!門面以黑色為主調, 好酷呀! 沿着短短的樓級走上一層, 地方不多, 設有面向街景的高枱單人座和數張二至四人枱, 除了泊牆的座位有得靠背外, 其他也是無背板的椅子, 的確有省點空間, 但其實枱與枱之間的空間也不多, 大家都要坐得親密一點啊! 雖有點狹窄, 但裝潢富心思, 跟一般的車仔麵店不同, 設計時尚, 特別是迷你版的永年士多模型, 很細緻精美; 還有牆上那幅大型黑白線條繪圖, 用心觀看一番, 畫上多種香港特色, 很豐富, 當然不少得畫上自己“永年士多”和招牌車仔麵。多處牆身都鑲上大餐牌和簡介食品的螢幕, 客人在售票處下單後, 便走往隔離排隊領取。最基本是三餸一麵或淨餸三, 加麵底或加餸每份再加錢。粉麵類有五款, 而餸料就分三大類, 十一款經典類、六款素菜類和十三款小食類, 還有多款飲品選擇, 不同飲品收費不同。不止呀! 仲有五大推介, 包括大碗麵、新小食、多士和蔬菜。******************************三餸一麵($37)麵底選了米粉、小食系列的流心蛋、經典系列的牛筋 和蘿白,還有最重要的秘製咖喱辣汁 就揀了中辣。除三款餸料外,還配些爽甜嫩口的菜心,滿滿一大碗,熱辣辣上枱,散發着香辣味,挺誘人。先呷一口靈魂,即是車仔麵的湯底,用心熬製的秘制咖喱汁 果然不同,辛辣惹味而不嗆喉,甘香而不膩。米粉 煮得剛好,有咬口,但索湯力不強,故喜歡舀一羹湯放上米粉,大大啖吃,最滋味!先嚐最期待的流心蛋,咬一口,噢!極之失望,蛋黃雖鮮黃亮麗,但完全沒有流心狀,是全熟,而蛋香亦一般,跟圖片的"一軟一滑"很不同,失望...再嚐牛筋,約有三四件,每件大小中等,黏滑中帶爽,富有膠質,味道香濃,弄得入味,再索了辣汁,更加美味,正!蘿蔔約有五六件,多汁無渣,很腍嫩,而且烹調入味,還沾上辣汁,很美味,的確是推介之一。******************************腐乳通菜($25)一向是最佳拍檔,但我就不喜歡把腐乳 完全淋在通菜上,要指定邊上,免得太多而太鹹。通菜 保持色澤翠綠,上層莖部爽口無渣,而下層全是幼嫩的菜葉。只喜歡蘸上少許腐乳,鹹香帶辣,惹味得來又不失通菜的味道,最岩我口味。******************************抹茶紅豆冰(跟餐$15)又一是被認為的最佳拍檔。紅豆 佔了三分一杯比例,絕不吝嗇,但冰粒也同樣差不多佔三分一。只有淡淡的抹茶味,紅豆味較突出,粒粒飽滿粉腍,啖啖香甜,勝在甜度剛好。其實它咁足料,喝完都半飽,哈!------------------------------的確好耐沒有食車仔麵, 起初是抱着跟風的心態去食, 但真係有驚喜喎! 其實點解會叫士多? 究竟是士多? 或是車仔麵? 不過, 無論點都好, 它是給我一碗美味車仔麵的士多。…Read More

媽啊~係永年啊!一諗唔到食咩就最愛食車仔麵 咩都執d好滿足🙈所以一路都想拜訪呢間老字號但元朗對於我黎講真係有點遠~一路都未搵到時間去.所以知佢係尖沙咀開左分店 我就即刻拉埋個車仔麵控同我一齊去🤤痴線嘅長龍 同埋原來等買野食同等位係分開😳好多人都係賣外賣就走 所以唔好排錯記得同朋友黎就分開排隊同等位😂.呢度感覺好乾淨 同一般車仔麵店唔同 仲要幾chill有一行望馬路景嘅吧枱😂.期待已久嘅一碗車仔麵終於等到喇~三餸一麵($37)- 雞翼、陳皮魚蛋、蘿蔔其實材料只係普通 但如何係普通都可以令到呢間永年開到出尖沙咀個辣汁真係精髓😍辣得黎真係好惹味 但又唔會濃味到好大味精好口渴個種而且個辣係慢慢滲出黎~🤤好正而且個蘿蔔真係必嗌 吸哂個辣湯底嘅精華仲要完~全~無渣!!超清 辣味中仲帶點甜💓雞翼反而無滷得好入味 味道較淡 不過煮得岩岩好 肉嫩但無血水陳皮魚蛋就唔洗講 無得輪呀~~.朋友嗌個碗有豬紅朋友大讚滑得黎口感帶爽 而且無腥味 仲入哂味正🤤.斑蘭咖央多 ($13)本身真係大愛呢個來自新加坡嘅斑蘭味🙈真係好少見香港有斑蘭咖央多所以即刻毫不猶豫嗌左斑蘭醬香香甜甜 仲帶一陣椰味 好正💚而且仲搽左厚厚一層 唔孤寒!面雖然脆 不過多士有d略厚😫食落會有d乾.腐乳通菜 ($25)可謂係神級嘅腐乳通菜腐乳味濃不在話下 而且個質感非常棉滑 直情做到好似棉花糖嘅質地 口感一試難忘😍再伴以超~~~~~嫩滑嘅通菜!真係好超嫩 完全無渣 超甜超好食呀😳😳😳係我食過最好食嘅腐乳通菜.抹茶紅豆冰 (+$15)凍柚子檸水 (+$13)抹茶味香濃 仲有超多紅豆蓉😙 紅豆蓉唔會太甜 個質地又唔會太爛 仲有得咬d紅豆衣❤️而柚子檸水好清新 非常解渴~~~一定會瘋狂再黎永年!排咁長都係有原因的😆而且真係令我好想去下元朗間本店🤣…Read More
