【服務、食物質素從不讓人失望】 下班與友人到六安居吃飯,友人附近下班,此家酒樓亦頗有歷史,「蓮香居」,相信大家對此名也有點認識。此家坐擁數層,2樓晚市,樓上有24小時雀會「日縉會」。 雖然有點歷史,但是2樓茶樓裝潢寬敞光猛,加上原班伙計繼續接班,幾乎都是街坊熟客,邊吃飯邊寒暄,滿滿人情味。 當晚伙計們紛紛介紹名菜,又不時過來寒暄幾句,斟幾杯茶水。最後下單筍殼孖寶($288),有一碟脆皮燒鵝和一條蔥油浸筍殼;另外再加單一碟蒜蓉炒聖瓜($86)和一碗絲苗白飯($13),全單沒有收加一,非常抵食! 脆皮燒鵝算多肉,鵝皮微脆香口,蘸與不蘸酸梅醬,都一樣好吃。鵝肉質嫩,不會太榎口,且伴有少少脂肪,很不錯! 首嚐筍殼,又名斑駁尖塘鱧,魚刺不算多,師傅用了脆炸方式處理魚皮,口感像極火鍋常伴的炸魚皮,卻又保留魚肉像蒸魚一樣,鮮甜嫩滑。小小一提,連魚的面珠墩也做了一樣效果,很出色! 蒜蓉炒聖瓜更是友人讚不絕口的一碟菜,平常的他都有點怕在外面吃菜,更怕聖瓜的味道,可是他說這道聖瓜很甜,爽脆清甜,他也吃了一大半,少見! 有時候想吃小菜,除了想吃住家的味道,還想有點人情舊味,這家做到了,也是在香港的著名景點,必吃之一。 六安居 (上環)上環德輔道西40-50號2-3樓…Read More
