財記前身其實係老牌小炒店越華會,早前越華會因為疫情而結業,財記嘅總廚就鋪位連原班手足一齊接手,有心人係值得支持下嘅。茶錢$10/位,花生$20/碟。財記出名食海鮮,所以海鮮種類除左多之外,每款海鮮都有幾款整法揀,另外豬牛雞、蔬菜、煲、湯同飯麵選擇都一樣多,除左海鮮大部份都係時價之外,其他菜式都係一百幾十就有交易。脆皮炸豆腐($78) - 炸豆腐比平時食倒嘅大粒,份量都好多,豆腐炸皮夠脆食落仲係脆脆地,豆腐熱辣辣,椒鹽味都夠,個人覺得就算唔蘸甜辣醬食都好食。鮮奶蛋白蝦球($148) - 蝦球好大隻,肉質扎實,仲有八隻咁多,鮮奶蛋白好滑唔會太熟,性價比非常高。椒鹽排骨($95) - 排骨份量一樣咁多,排骨外面夠乾身唔會太油,但中間肉質仲保持軟嫩,夠晒椒鹽味非常惹味。京蔥醬爆牛肉($98) - 牛肉量都幾多同幾大塊,牛肉軟嫩,惹味得黎唔會太鹹。鹹魚粒炒芥蘭($88) - 芥蘭冇渣冇苦澀味,食落幾脆口,鹹魚雖然唔多,但鹹鹹香香幾好食。總結,小菜好夠鑊氣,惹味得黎食完又唔會覺得口渴,碟頭比出面大份,性價比高。…Read More
