2019年8月28日。尖沙咀。雨。呢日同朋友食生日飯其中一個朋友提議食呢間打邊爐~提提大家:餐廳喺寶勒巷,入咗個商場之後左手邊有上去先會到大門直行去電梯大堂嘅話會由餐廳嘅後門入餐紙有介紹唔同嘅食材要淥幾耐先食~飲品選擇大路,都係罐裝同樽裝飲品~配料非常精彩,首先每人有一罐香油,本來以為辣嘅,但作用似麻油多啲用易拉罐裝住,幾得意然後店員再攞咗三寶(蒜蓉、蔥同芫茜)上枱畀我哋自由混合,自由配搭之後再有呢兩支,醋同蠔油開始見冇豉油覺得有啲奇怪,但係撈完個醬有喜出望外嘅感覺~大骨百味湯鍋,$118因為壽星唔食辣,所以我哋嗌咗豬骨湯底唔錯喎~但有機會會再嚟食辣湯底,因為店員大力推薦~信佢!嫩滑牛肉,$98牛肉味濃,份量以$98來講算多肉質真係幾嫩滑,名乎其實手工餃子,$68有三隻餡可以揀:白菜、韮菜同埋西洋菜~我哋揀咗白菜同西洋菜,兩款都幾好~但記住唔好淥太耐,如果唔係好難夾番佢哋上嚟,哈哈脆炸魚皮,$48魚皮唔算大塊,但勝在完全冇油膱味其他配料未到嘅時候就咁當小食都唔錯~三秒海帶芽,$58呢個睇個名就知唔可以淥太耐淥得耐會消失~~所以一擺落去就撈番上嚟就差唔多喇~非常鍾意海帶獨有嘅鹹味同清爽口感~手工青筍片,$48呢個食落應該係油麥菜嚟切到好薄,所以都係淥一陣就食得,仲可以保持爽脆金牌脆毛肚,$108金牌即係金牌,毛肚非常爽口份量勁多~~~真係樣樣嘢都好抵食!!!一定要再嚟!…Read More

雖然係大熱天時但都無阻我打邊爐嘅興致🍲,之前見朋友喺IG post過勁有中國風嘅餐廳原來就係碼頭故事,網上睇完menu又覺得都唔算貴,所以就一於試下,好彩有訂位,估唔到星期四晚都咁爆場。我哋雖然兩個人,但都好好彩有張四人檯,咁我哋就可以叫多啲嘢食喇哈哈🤣。首先嗌咗個湯底先,牛油鴛鴦鍋($138),即係一邊係辣🌶嘅牛油紅鍋加一邊自選湯底,問店員有無推介,佢話大骨百味湯鍋同蕃茄湯都好食,最終決定要前者🐷🦴。個鍋底好快就上喇,四四方方勁大勁深,兩邊各有一個細兜方便淥啲細件嘢,一邊深紅色有好多辣椒八角胡椒等等,望見已經覺得🥵哈哈,另一邊就係奶白色嘅豬骨湯。聞唔到香唔香,因為一入餐廳已經充滿住好引人肚餓嘅麻辣火鍋嘅湯底味😂。店員見我哋未落調味,就好詳細咁介紹檯面有啲乜醬料,佢話食牛油辣鍋最好就係落果個罐仔裝嘅芝麻香油碟(連茶位,每人$20),因為可以解辣會食落舒服啲,個油食落無咸味,但就好濃麻油香😍。我再加咗啲醋落麻油調味,好似食海蜇嗰啲汁哈哈,但真係救咗我好多,因為個辣對於我嚟講真係太辣了,不過淥完辣鍋再點麻油中和返就ok👌。但始終辣鍋都係唔啱我,所以我主要食豬骨鍋,而佢嘅豬骨鍋係好出色,好香濃,一啲都唔味精,我專登剩飲咗幾啖🤤。但如果食完辣先食,就會變到無味,所以建議飲啖茶散返味先再食,同埋盡量分開筷子🥢淥兩邊,唔好混濁個豬骨湯哦。到火鍋配料喇,有好多選擇花多眼亂,我哋兩個女仔叫咗好多嘢食,眼闊肚窄。如果多啲人嚟食會好啲,因為佢每樣嘢份量都唔細,少人食就食唔多咁多種類🥺。btw佢張餐紙有提示每樣嘢要淥幾耐✌️。第一樣係安格斯肥牛🐂($138),諗咗陣要呢樣好定一米肥牛好(個碟勁長好有霸氣),但見安格斯牛嘅造型靚啲,同埋牛肉好似無咁肥就叫咗。果然無令我失望,雪花紋好靚,油脂分佈好均勻,每人食到好多塊,而且每塊夠大夠厚,唔會有唔夠喉嘅感覺👍🏻。第二樣叫咗竹筒墨魚滑🦑($98),個籃底有好多冰作保溫,上面就插住三支竹筒墨魚滑,自己再用匙羹刮落去,每支大概刮到四至五粒,份量十足。味道富有鮮味,但個人認為如果彈牙少少會更正。第三樣係手工青笋片🎋($48),青笋係我至愛😍。估唔到個造型勁精美,每片捲起咗再加埋啲紅棗點綴形成一個中式花形圖案。不過略嫌薄咗少少,淥落湯底索完湯都仲食到好清甜,但記住唔好淥太耐,如果唔係會無咁爽無咁好口感。第四樣係西洋菜手工餃子🥟($68),八隻整整齊齊放喺木盒到。西洋菜餃真係比較少見,我好鐘意陣味,而一咬落呢隻餃我就食到滿滿嘅西洋菜,非常正;另外個皮嘅厚薄亦啱啱好。第五樣係脆炸魚皮🐟($48),朋友想食所以嗌咗,本身自己一般。但呢到嘅魚皮令我完全改觀,因為係餐廳即炸㗎,同平日嘅包裝魚片簡直有天淵之別❗️❗️❗️上碟時仲有微溫,而且勁鬆脆,丁點硬都無,輕輕啅一啅湯,食到停唔到口。超級推介!第六樣係養生黑豆花🌷($58),即係蜂巢豆腐,大約有九嚿,打邊爐一流,可以索哂湯啲精華,但如果索辣湯的話就真係要小心會被辣親哈哈。不過呢樣相對地無咁特別,比較大路。第七樣係鮮紅薯粉($38),非常粗身,滑得嚟又夠煙韌,不過好難夾😂😂,手殘嘅我條條都要朋友幫手。呢樣亦係索湯之選。最後一樣就唔係火鍋配料而係小食甜品,紅糖冰粉($20)。我一開始就落咗單,以為係甜品會後上,但好快就同啲配料一齊上,唔知係咪俾啲人一路食麻辣火鍋一路解辣😂😂。我就當佢係餐後甜品,冰粉本身係啫喱狀就無乜味,但配埋啲糖水就唔同哂,糖水唔係得個甜字,有少少酸酸哋,因為有山渣,同埋又有啲其他配料如菠蘿、棗類等等,幾夾幾好味,而且只係廿蚊好抵食🤩。總括嚟講,我哋食咗好多嘢,唔明點解咁大食,但又真係食得哂🤰。餐廳質素令人滿意,就算好多客但店員嘅服務都好好,好有禮貌好友善😊,又會推介有乜好食。由於有茶費,每枱會有一壺茶,係麥茶嚟,幾正,可以自己添茶,唔使煩店員。湯底同食物都好味,而且份量夠,如果有啲食物可以叫半份就更好了,咁樣可以食更多。每樣食物單價其實唔算貴,但嗌下嗌下又唔係好平,不過見到openrice原來可以買半價coupon或訂枱app有優惠,咁就好抵👍🏻。環境方面,中式裝修幾靚啱哂打卡,亦夠闊落夠位放哂咁多碟嘢,但抽氣散味就一般,喺餐廳唔覺因爲夠冷氣同成場充斥住陣邊爐味,但一出餐廳就好覺🙈,不過餐廳都好貼心俾個籃你裝袋同個人物品,記得放入去哦,我就唔記得咗😅😅。五星⭐️推介呢間尖沙咀特色火鍋店。…Read More

這間位於尖沙咀寶勒巷萬事昌廣場內的「碼頭故事」,來頭都不少在中國四川成都擁有多間分店,食材和做法都非常正宗,都是由當地運來香港,跟足當地做法當我和朋友知道後都很想來試一試,不用到四川就可以食到,而且地點在尖沙咀實在非常方便。四川火鍋和其他火鍋最大分別是他們的醬料,一坐低店員便把蔥粒、芫荽粒和蒜蓉放到桌面上,還有幾瓶芝麻香油,店員說把以上幾樣東西混在一起然後加上黑醋或蠔油作為醬汁,不需加上醬油還有降火的作用,還是第一次試到這樣的醬汁,真的很香。大骨百味湯鍋 $118大骨百味湯鍋,奶白色的湯加上大蔥、杞子、青瓜片、紅棗和午餐肉和湯一滾起,香濃的豬骨味道即是每人飲了一碗,入口香醇絕不肥膩。千絲牛舌 $78千絲牛舌,還是第一次看到這個千絲牛舌,把牛舌切成絲狀再用麻辣醬汁醃過,在碟上一圈一圈,圈成賣相非常特別,入口有麻辣的味道但又不會太辣而且非常嫩滑,唔食麻辣的都可以叫來一試。耗魚兒 $88耗魚兒,這條魚非常新鮮味黃色的非常吸引,入口肉質較為結實卻不失滑溜。脆炸魚皮 $48脆炸魚皮,即叫即炸上枱的時候還感受得到那股熱辣辣的熱氣,千祈不要心急,入口脆卜卜,放湯或點醬汁一起食冇得彈。安格斯肥牛 $138安格斯肥牛,切得較為厚身入口有質感,加上油脂分布平均,牛肉味道非常香濃。鮮鴨舌 $58第一次打邊爐用上鮮鴨舌,入口柔軟幼滑,喜歡鴨舌的絕對不能錯過。金牌牛黃喉 $88金牌牛黃喉,這裏的牛黃喉,切成條狀較為厚身不像一般的薄薄一片,入口感覺爽得來還有一種厚肉的感覺,非常過癮。皇帝菜 $38皇帝菜,新鮮除咗洗得乾淨食得放心。洞庭烏冬 $38洞庭烏冬,最後當然來過洞庭烏冬,烏冬入口煙煙韌韌,盡吸湯中精華非常滋味。…Read More
