十一月二十一日 (星期四)我倆自小居住新界九龍,若不是工作地點在中環,相信會是香港島的路癡特別是筲箕灣,更是甚少踏足是晚,相約了食友們來到筲箕灣,要試試他們讚不絕口的鋒記人生路不熟,花了一點時間才找到位於隱蔽小巷的這家鋒記來早了,先坐下等齊人哈哈! 還收到一個"預期"中的喜訊,真是可喜可賀,期待喔~一場來到,當然點了羊妹大讚的胡椒豬肚雞煲奶白色的湯底,送上已聞到極濃的胡椒味這煲應是吃過最濃郁的胡椒豬肚雞煲先飲一啖湯,明顯地,胡椒是多得有點過份食友也說今次胡椒是落得比前重手然而,豬肚味也同樣的突出,爽而不韌,味道不俗雞件皮下脂肪不多,肉挺嫰滑,也吸盡了湯底精華話說,食友未到,已一早whatsapp著我們要先預點這裡的韮菜餃我倆當人不讓,一到就點定了韮菜與豬肉的份量,差不多是八二之比大大隻飽滿的韮菜餃,爽口非常,餃子皮雖薄但不易穿吸收了湯底的精華,令餃子更香口美味,誠意推介!雖然這裡叫小炒王,不過也不難發覺餐牌內有不少泰式小菜見到不少食客也點泰式蝦餅,就要一碟來試試蝦餅即叫即炸,等了十多分鐘熱辣辣送上外層炸得香脆,不算油膩蝦肉爽口彈牙,就算熱氣,也得吃多件才肯罷休~想吃蠔,在砵酒煮蠔與酥炸蠔中選了後者炸蠔的炸漿略厚,有礙口感可幸蠔肉炸得不乾身,肉汁豐盈,蠔味不算太重最後還點了一碟京都豬排酸酸甜甜的醬汁,配以口感鬆化的豬扒,實在美味在這冬季完結前,希望可以來再吃胡椒豬肚雞煲,當然,還有精彩的韮菜餃喔~  …Read More

友人一直想黎食胡椒豬肚雞煲,疑似秋風起,又係東區附近,過黎試下。店係斜巷入面既後巷,唔易搵。六點半,店已經坐得七七八八,七點幾連後巷都滿埋,已經見有人等位,睇黎幾旺下。除左叫個胡椒豬肚雞煲,3個人,可以叫多幾款拌下酒。可能早,六點幾,未夠火喉,見幾枱都係得個電爐同兜菜等緊個胡椒豬肚雞煲,不過都好快就有得食,唔知係唔係枱枱都叫胡椒煲既關係,一黎胡椒味都幾勁下。睇樣亦似樣,好豬肚湯既感覺,先試湯,胡椒味夠重,夠濃郁,係少有係街食到既感覺,不過始終都未有涼意,有少少熱,天氣涼d食呢煲野會更好。雞件都幾多下,足料,豬肚幾腍下,爽身,很不錯,一煲跟個菜,好似食羊腩煲咁樣,叫做有d纖維下肚。此煲可以加水,不過當然味會淡左好多,加水都係繼續滾下滾下食多條菜,收得百幾蚊,夠足料夠大煲,係唔錯既胡椒豬肚雞煲。小菜叫左幾款,又講下,火爆田雞,辣味的一款,田雞幾大隻,多肉,好惹味既小炒,係辣味略為蓋過左d肉味。小炒王,即係炒雜燴,咩都有,有d魷魚,蝦,瘦肉、腰果等等。有人覺得係下欄野,有人覺得係精華,哈,真係好難講,小試既一款,唔係好亦唔係差的一味。再黎要個肉,泰式豬頸肉,睇樣唔錯,不過其中一塊今次食落幾肥下,有d膩。椒鹽野係我既favor,今次係椒鹽魷魚,哈,基本上每次叫親都係椒鹽魷魚,貪夠穩陣。椒鹽魷魚炸得剛好,魷魚爽嫩,面層夠哂香口,係送酒既好朋友。小店一間,兩三個人睇住間鋪,踢哂腳,服務係可以接受。上菜不過真係要俾d時間等下,要點耐性。計埋啤酒,百六蚊一個人,我覺得抵。…Read More

和朋友在兩個月前已經留意到鋒記食評,不過當時只有很少堂座的舊址,我和朋友都打算等到冬天再吃,不會在戶外熱辣辣。 :) 恰巧十月頭有一兩天天氣很涼快,馬上和友人試吃鋒記!鋒記的位置不太容易找,到在地址的街道,轉入一條小卷(很容易走過了... )若非朋友帶路,我想自己一個兒會迷了路。 來到鋒記店舖,這裏室內座位不太多,只有八九張枱子左右。 分別是四人座位和大圓枱的五六七八人座位,由於鋒記熱點的是雞煲,在場很多二人也坐在四人座位上吃,枱子放得滿滿的,我們到場時,剛巧四人座位全滿,要和其他人 Share 圓枱... 圓枱的椅子是沒有椅背的,不想坐,於是和友人到東大街吃小食,大約一小時後回來!:):) 非常幸運,回來很等了十分鐘左右有四人座位坐,鋒記這裏出名的有小炒和胡淑豬肚豬煲!:) 幾乎每枱都叫雞煲呢!這裏小炒價錢和茶記差不多,四五十多元一個小菜,著名的胡椒豬肚雞煲則要 $120 元。:) 我們點了一個胡椒豬肚雞煲 ( $120) + 蓮藕餅 ($55)。 胡椒豬肚雞煲很大煲,雞汁味很濃郁!裏面有很多胡椒香,雞也出奇地嫰滑,有別外面煲到啲雞無味又鞋的感覺!豬肚不太多(豬肚也很貴嘛),但煮得足料又夠時間,很綿很林很入味。雞煲,附送一盒子生菜,大約兩棵左右,可以當吃一點兒蔬菜。惟一要提是雞煲沒有我們想像中那麼飽和大盆,如果二人單單吃雞煲,應該不夠飽的,幸好可以附加 $10,加烏冬或公仔麵填肚。由於雞煲太好味,我們二人吃到只剩下少量的湯汁,看湯汁黃黃,雞汁豐富。 不過吃完應該磅重會向上增長一下了... 蓮藕是很廉價,不過蓮藕餅是功夫菜,在家中也有做過,但步驟太麻煩,出外吃更好。蓮藕餅加入馬蹄,東孤,煎得很香脆!口感也非常一流! 值得再吃的一碟!感覺很不錯,價錢也適中!只是地點較難找,以及環境有點窄呢。…Read More
